Will not be going back, ripped my nails so had no choice but to go short and they aren’t even.. ugh don’t waste your money trying to rush you in and out. Never again

My first time coming to this nail salon and I had a great experience. Ben was my technician and he gave me exactly what I asked for and was so patient and I had a time limit he got my full set done before. Thank you BEN from creative nails you are awesome. And the atmosphere was so welcoming everyone was so nice.

I was recommended by someone who frequents this salon. My spa pedicure? Fabulous! My massage was nice and firm and the color has stayed on for nearly 3 weeks. My nails have lasted about 2.5 weeks, one broke and a couple have chips in the side, but my problem is not with how long the nails lasted. I had to show 3 different pictures before they said they could do my nails. “Creative Nails”...Then the one they could do she tried to talk me out of it by saying it was “too expensive” whatever that means and by saying they all wouldn’t be even because it was marble etc. So I left with something that looked nice, but wasn’t even in my top 3 choices, and I felt a bit insulted.

I haven’t had a pedicure in a REALLY long time. I walked in, they served me right away, did a thorough job and didn’t take more than an hour. And it was less expensive than I was expecting. I’m so grateful!

Creative Nails is always good. I have been getting my nails done here for a year now and have tried many other places before I finally found this excellent little nail shop. I have always had great service here and nails that last like they should.

Wanted a fill. Asked me if I wanted a pedicure as well. I said yes, if you can do them at the same time. They said yes. They tried to start my fill at the end of my pedicure. Crafty upsell. I wont be back 🤘

You get what you pay for. One of the worst mani-pedis that I have ever had. Roughly cut cuticles with skin sticking up over the nail that was then painted over. When I pointed it out, she just put more polish on top. Doesnt help! Toenails were not filed so I can slice my husband with the corners at night.

Do not go to Creative Nails unless you like throwing your money away. The first time I went there Christine did a fantastic job on my nails, she did the gel dip and they looked amazing. The 2nd time I requested her, they said she was booked so they had someone else do them, the color she put on my nails didnt look like the color I choose, when I told her she said that the color would look right once she finished...wrong! They really didnt care that I wasnt happy but finally one of the guys Andy added a lighter color over the top so they looked better. Today I went back and Andy did my nails...I should have known better. First, it took almost 20 min before anyone acknowledged that I was even there, then you could tell that he really didnt care about the quality of his work because it was sloppy, uneven and one had was shorter than the other. When I expressed how disappointed I was they told me that I was too picky. Save you time and money and go somewhere else. They are rude, dirty and they dont care about customer service.

I went therr yesterday to get a fill and a color change and left unhappy the lady cut my cutlices and my fingers hurt necer going back!
