They don’t follow safety procedures to protect clients. There wasn’t a sanek strip used on me. For those who don’t know, they are there to protect you from any diseases that may come in contact with the cape. I also didn’t like my haircut, but I could have lived with a bad hair cut if it was just that. It’s the lack of sanitation that forces me to go out of my way and give a bad review.

I have been struggling with my mental health and I wanted to treat myself for once. I went in and it was a slow day and it was peaceful and quiet. They took me in right away as I was a walk in. The woman that cut my hair(I can’t recall her name) was extremely nice and took her time. I appreciated her attention to detail and how she really listened to what I wanted. I also got a gel manicure and the woman who also did my nails also was super nice. She also took her time and my nails came out amazing. I love my new haircut and nails and it made my day. This is my first google review ever as I felt the need to let everyone know what a great experience I had. I left feeling super good about myself and was treated with the outermost kindness♥️

Customer Service is great, very friendly staff. They welcome everyone who enters and they ask what you want. Mani and Pidi come out great. Waxed eyebrows and lip come good. Haircut good. However, Rose did my red streaks (Fri). I was embarrassed with the results. Come (Sun) all the red faded. (Mon) She put red on again at no charge; to add to this story on Mon she wanted me to pay for a haircut cuz she said its burnt. At the top of my head one bleach streak was about 2 inches, it did not go down all the way. So this means on that part, I had 2 inches of red on the front top of my head. I will still come to this location for the above mentioned services, but Never ever for highlights or color. A month later my hair is burnt and poofy, all red is gone. Im debating dying it al black or going to someone else to fix it how I orginally wanted. I showed Rose a picture of what I wanted she said she could do it, $220 it came out absolutely nothing how I wanted. I believe, she believes she did good.

I have been locked up for a year from this pandemic and I needed to get out so bad so I went to Hans and I had the best experience ever they treated me like a Queen I got my hair coloured my nails done and a pedicure and they just did everything treated me good quality was great my nails look great my hair colour came out good And a first time ever being there and I will go back many many more times

After researching a number of places I came across this salon and was pleased that it had such good ratings so I decided to go get a haircut that I had been hoping to get since March. When I entered I noticed the salon was tidy and I was politely greeted, plus I did not have to wait too long. When I was seated I asked for a bob with blunt cut, sadly, the end result of my session was disappointing. The lady that did my hair did so very fast, probably took less than 20 minutes and it shows. When I got home and started looking at my hair more closely I noticed something was wrong. After I straightened it I saw just how bad it was. I am so embarrassed by this haircut, easily the absolute worse haircut I have ever had :( Now I have to find another place to go get this disaster fixed.

First experience was a very positive one. Went in on a Sunday afternoon was greeted promptly. Originally went in for a trim but ended up getting a haircut. Sue was very friendly and seemed to be very accurate as she cut my hair. I was very pleased with the outcome. Price was amazing. Great time of day to be in the cool calm atmosphere.
