I always walk by this place during my lunch and decided to get a full set since it is right down my work. I went in everyone is friendly. The lady that did my nails was nice. I wanted regular nail polish with my full set and she suggested the color dip which okay let me choose what I want. I wanted just the tips colored and she told me that was more, which is crazy for what I’m already paying for. She didn’t file them correctly and some nails are shorter than the others. I was hoping this was going to be my new spot but sadly no and for the price I’m expecting them to be done correctly.**Update: Thank you Joslynn for taking care of the issue. She cares about her customers and made sure she took care of the issue. Highly recommend Tessie for nails. Thank you again and will be returning:).

The nail techs and the entire staff were so sweet and professional. They did a wonderful job on my nails. I got a gel manicure with french tips. New nail spot for sure.

I’m not one that typically commits to any nail artist let alone any specific salon when it comes to my nails. This place though has ALWAYS done such a great job to the point I haven’t felt the need to try a new spot for over a year and a half. I get my nails done religiously every 2 weeks and consider it as my “me time” so I don’t really like to chat much but I do like being greeted and acknowledged. This is the first time I’ve ever claimed a salon as my own. Highly recommend.

To be honest, I’m a very picky person on my nails and luckily I found Adorn Nails and Spa☺️I came in for pedicure and new set. Tessie was my nail tech and she did an absolutely amazing job. The shape of my nails came out exactly how I always wanted. The receptionist was very friendly. He made me feel very welcome when I came in. One special thing I noticed that the owner walked around to communicate with her customers and made sure that her customer is satisfied with the service. This is something that I never seen any salon in Fresno have done. Thank you all the staff for treating me like a Queen. I highly recommended for anyone want a relaxing environment and high quality.

My wife loved this place, she was really happy with the way they did her nails. And as long as shes happy, Im happy. Its worth going to this place.. Really, it is.

We called in to see if they were accepting walk-ins since we didn’t have an appointment and they booked us right on the spot!Owner was very interactive and talkative, making sure her customers need anything or were well satisfied. She was on top of her employers, and they also did a great job. I went in with a friend and we were both well satisfied with the result of our nails. They even gave us $10 off for publishing their amazing work! Def would recommend coming here. I was very pleased with my experience.

Best salon in Fresno. I recommend Yuna but all the staff are amazing. Great environment. I work in North Coast 6 days a week and refuse to go anywhere else. I wait til my biweekly visit to the valley. So worth it.

Lan is my Go-To-Girl! She always does a great work when giving me a pedicure and no one does a better job of massaging my feet than her. Id follow her anywhere and fortunately she is now working at Adorn which happens to be a wonderful little spot. Kudos to the owner for hiring Lan and making sure your patrons have a nice place to relax and enjoy.

I go to Bao for acrylic nails and he always does a wonderful job and my nails always last and never break!I go to Lan for pedicures , she always does a good job, holds a good conversation, and gives great massages! Left the salon so disappointed. I had to ask for 2 of my nails tips to be reapplied because they were put on cricked. Not to mention they are all sticking up at an angle because of the way she filed them. Another lady who worked there even came up to me to tell me they were all the right length/size/shape when I had asked if it were too late to fix, belittling me as a customer. Super upset I paid $75 for a set of nails I hate. DO NOT recommend

Just went in for a pedi and lasted like 15 min and I was out. I usually go to VIP nails in clovis and they do the hot towels and longer massages for much a lower price 25. I decided to give this place a try and it was dissapointing. Will not come here again. Will recommend other nail salons but NOT this one for sure.

Went in to get my eyebrows done and worst decision ever ! Left my eye brows really un even and really messed up my shape they charge $15 for waxing but definitely not professional if you thinking about getting your eye brows done here don’t do it! Worst place ever !

Got a full set of nails. By the third day one nail completely broke in half. Two others were chipping (acrylic) and then on the 6th day another nail cracked in half. They wouldnt refund 100% of my money but did offer to fix. But at this point allThe nails are chipping l so there’s no point I just wanted my money back to go elsewhere. They are also expensive. It’s the acrylic that’s chipping. I get my nails done regularly and I’ve never had this happen.

Great service and the nail technicians are very nice. It is pricier than most other salons, but you pay for the quality.

I had an amazing experience. All the employees were very welcoming and polite. I didn’t have an appointment but the salon wasn’t busy, so I was seated an attended to right away. The salon was very clean, had no harsh acrylic smells, and had all covid precautions in place. Masks are required and a temp check is done at check-in. I received a gel mani and pedi from Amy and Nikky. Both were very kind and professional, and did an awesome job with my nails. Definitely returning and highly recommend.

I showed up for my appointment and showed the tech the set I wanted for my nails. Waited about 20 min for nail tech to work on me. The tech barely worked on me for 5 minutes and asked me to give her 1 min while she assisted a couple who walked in. She stayed working on them and had me wait almost 30 min until I spoke up. Another tech came, but then she too had left to work on someone else who had walked in and again I waited another 15-20 min. Finally, a different tech came and finished me off. Didnt leave with the set of nails i chose, because i was told at the last minute they didnt have it. It seems like they run their place by racial profiling. This visit was just so ridiculous.

Masks are required, hands are sanitized before services are performed, temperature is taken and documented, along with other precautions taken to ensure that we are all kept safe. Lan is the best!
