First time there, I loved the customer service and the way Mani and Pedi came out, short, simple and cute, just the way I like them

My pedicure was painful and my color I wanted wasnt it and my big toe was hard and prickly and chunky not smooth like. A regular pedicure

I needed my nails done quick. They sat me down and gave me exactly what I wanted. I left my cell phone and they held it for me.This place is truly a awesome place. 👌🏾

Fabulous. Walked in both times for a mani and pedi and Moon was excellent. She took me right in and got me right out. The attention to detail was fantastic, no cut corners or messed up lines.

Worst place I ever been too,horrible customer service. Shouldnt have even paid for the trash they did to my nails.

Decent quality but overpriced! They dont listen... They dont pay attention to what you want. Daughter of employee, who is approximately kindergarten age was constantly running around, with no regard to others and without boundaries, pushing customers chairs and overall distracting her mother and other employees while tending to customers.

Ive been trying places around Fresno for a while and have had horrible experiences... This past one the acrylic in my nails was so thin it was chipping after 4 days when I was on vacation. When I returned to get it fixed they filed even more acrylic down, never filled the gap, then painted over it.It turns out that place(Super Nails on E Shields) didnt apply the acrylic correctly and my nails were very damaged and cracked in some places...I didnt know what to do so I asked what they suggested because though Ive only had them for about a week I refused to return to super nails because my nails were lifting off in some places. They took great care of me and soaked off my nails with minimal damage being very careful because my nails got so damaged from the other place... They were very gentle and their tools were clean! I have yet to find a place that pays attention to that. They even double check to make sure theres no residue or dust and that it has been sanitized. When filing my acrylics, they were very gentle and held my nail in place so it wouldnt be dragged back and forth by the file and hurt after a while. They really know what theyre doing! In all they only charged me 45 for the soak, repairing my nails, and a new set of gel acrylics. I will definitely be coming back! You get what you paid for here and an extra 10 dollars is worth it

My nails came out amazing! Got them done by Kelly & even though me and my sister we were last minute walk-ins for pedi and mani They took good care of us!Pedi -30Acrylics -75 (with jewels on ring finger and ombré)I didn’t mind the price (keep in mind they’re open during the pandemic for us)

I’ve never been so disappointed after getting a pedi 🥺🥺.. 35$ and went home took it off painted them myself 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was skeptical when I entered this salon. I usually go to my salon but they were too booked so I decided to give this one a try. And I am so glad I did! The young girl that sits in the back corner all the way at the end did a fabulous job on my nails! I believe her name was Krystal. She took her time and payed attention to every details, I did not have to tell her to fix this or that. I am very satisfied with this salon and will definitely come back again.

On there price sign it clearly says deluxe pedicure 35.00. We asked for deluxe predicare the one for 35$ when we got done she tried to say 45$ for my sister and 50 for me I was like oh hell no the sign says 35$ she tried to say it was old priceing well you should change your sign i set 35$ on the desk and walked out.how can two of the same pedicures be different prices and we didnt have anything extra. Horrible service

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Ive been here before but never had this bad of an issue. A male worker tried to offer to do my wifes nails, said if she didnt like the job she wouldnt have to pay and quoted a cheaper price because she said she would wait for her usual person, reluctantly she agreed. At the end she didnt like the job that was done and voiced her displeasure when he was done. He then asked for more than what he originally said. When she protest again he raised his voice forcefully scaring her to pay. I had to go in to try and straighten it out. (Already) long story short, he gave me the money and said they would fix it but only cut her nails off then said since I wont pay thats all they will do to fix it.

They do good work. But the wait is forever. Walk in only, they dont do appointments. Thats why I stopped going. Once waited over 45 min jus for eyebrow wax, left and went someplace else.

They were so nice and for a simple gel French tip manicure it was reasonably priced compared to a lot of other places (apx.$30) I’ve had a few very bad experiences in the past (at OTHER places) that made me not want to get my nails done; but decided to give this place a try and I’m SO glad I did. They gave a nice experience and WILL be getting my business again!!! Side note: Krystal was super nice and did a good job exactly what I wanted she did it quick but with quality work!!!!

First time here tonight, they were really busy and the wait was long but was worth every penny. Got my nails and pedicure done, fast and excellent job! Im so happy how they turned out. I will definitely come back again.

First time here, they were so busy so my wait time was an hour. But the end is worth the wait because my nails came out exactly how I want it. I think is better if you call before you come in and ask for wait time because it was a full house when I came in.

So I thought I would give this place a try came in for a full set and a pedi and took in my daughter along with me to get her nails polished. It was a very pleasant experience Linda worked on my nails and she was great , she made sure I was happy with my nails and was super friendly. Thanks Linda ! Well def be back .

This place is so terrible, I will not be returning. Linda has given decent manicures in the past but the last two times, My 5 year old could have done a better job on my nails then this place did. Not only did they screw up my eye brows but the young man that did my nails clearly did not know what he was doing and the staff was a bit rude.

I usually love going to this nail shop, I’ve been going for months. But yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had. I had my nails done by an older guy who was very rude and rough. He grabbed my hands with way too much pressure and argued with me on multiple accounts about how I wanted my nails to be. My nails are chunky and crooked now. I will only come back if it’s with crystal or Linda.

All the staff were friendly and experienced. The best nails tech is Krystal. I am guaranteed, You would be happy with the expertise having Krystal do your nails.

Ive been going to this place for over a year they are good however lately the staff has been very rude and not welcoming plan on finding a different nail salon very soon! I spend too much money to be treated so rudely ill take my money else where!

Last time I came to get a fill I waited a long time. Which I didnt mind until I saw someone get helped that came after I did. They claimed they left and came back. Well I was there for a long time and didnt see them once. My nails didnt come out that great. Then I go in for a fill over a half hour before closed, and am turned away because 2 people in the middle of pedicures were gonna get their nails done after. Im done with this place and will not be returning.

She actually hurt me a couple of time and I dont like the way they did the pink and white nails.

I am a royal client at this salon, until last Friday the older lady did my fullset, she made it super FAT, CROOKED, AND RUSH through, she put on the tips and her son come over to put on acrylic, they jump back and forth for my nails, not happy at all. I think she should never be doing nails at all, or else she will ruin the business. I like the 3 girls Crystal, Lynn,Linda they did an excellent, i would never come back even if i do only ask for the 3 girls to do them.

Paid for a pink n white French manicure..got a 3 day white stripe with one cheap coat of top coat. Never again.

Asked for coffin gave me square and asked for a black tip with nude nail polish and messed up my whole nails and while buffing my nails she scratched my skin with the drill warning they charge 45 for a full set and gel polish don’t go.

They are open and fast.

The ONLY reason Im giving 2 stars because the man that did my nails was very polite BUT I DID NOT like my nails one bit. They were okay the first day but the 2nd day 5 out of 10 nails were lifting! And the 3rd day my nail popped off (All i did was pick up a blanket) I was so upset because they were my birthday nails and I normally dont complain I just deal with it but I never experience anything this bad and I paid $40 for it! So I went back to get them fixed but he did a EVEN WORSE JOB trying to fix them!! He shaved them all down and the nail he put back on was WAY longer and skinnier then the original. Ive never been so disappointed about my nails in my life!! And the only reason I went there is because Ive been there before and they did a GREAT job. Guess a lot haschanged. With that nail job i definitely should of asked for my money back but its okay i just will NEVER go back to that nail shop again in my life.. Horrible.

As a former Inspector for the Board of Cosmetology, I was shocked to find the service to be extremely poor given the 4 star rating that brought me to this salon. The manicurist that did my fingernails was rude and the person who changed my toenail polish was equally rude as she complained about how hard it was to get the gel polish off my toes. She actual looked at me with mean face as she drilled the polish off of my toes until they burned.The prices are higher than Ive seen ($10.00 for gel with an additional $3 .00 for certain colors). The $10.00 extra for gel is standard but this place adds $3.00 more, for example Mood polish (ridiculous).There are hundreds of nail shops in Fresno. Service and price must be above average and the price MUST fit the service.I will NEVER come here again.

They did a great job on my mani/pedi, gel nails. I didnt get any art work done, it was all pretty basic. Spent $52.

If you dont mind the wait, this is a great place to get quality nails that last 3+ weeks! They really spend time on the detail of the nails, and even under the nails. Prices are a bit higher, and it didnt seem to matter what time of the day i went its always about a 45 minute wait. But in the end my nails have come out spot on and last..

My nails for my wedding came out so ugly left there and got them done again at another place
