I really like this place. The atmosphere and the inside are welcoming and and cleanly. I look forward to getting my monthly gel pedicure! Fair prices. -1 star because it can be an inconvenience to require cash only.

I’ve been visiting different nail shops around Fresno to find my favorite ones. I heart Nails was the 4th one I visited in the past two months but they have been the best overall so far. They take care of you so well that you literally never have to lift a finger or toe. Their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding and the shop is extremely clean. I was a walk in and was sat within minutes. I felt so comfortable and relaxed, the music was in great taste too! They have amazing acrylics and pedi services, all at reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming here again. Thank you all staff for being so great!

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years, went in had my nails done on a Tuesday following week by Friday had 4 broken nails that needed repair.. Manicurist was putting on a really thin layer of acrylic then would sand it off.. DONT BE SO STINGY ON THE ACRYLIC. WERE PAYING CUSTOMERS.. WONT GO THERE AGAIN..

Tiffany is the best! Ive been going to her for years. Nails always perfect, huge color selection, just the way I like! Every time! Thank you Tiffany and staff for always making me feel welcome. See you in 2 weeks!

Horrible service from Tiffany! This lady was so rude I can’t believe this shop allows her to service clients. Pedi was done less than 20 minutes. She polished so ugly!! It’s sad that she doesn’t even know how to properly polish nails/toes. Definitely not returning!

I go to this place faithfully and have spent a lot of money here. Today I walked in, signed in, and sat down. No one spoke to me, asked me what I needed or acknowledged me. 2 seconds later 2 non black women walked in and the whole entire staff greeted them, even stood up and asked what service they needed. I quietly stood up walked out the door got into my car and left. So the moral of the story is, I will not be returning to this establishment. If you do not value my business I will gladly take it elsewhere. Very unprofessional, however I’m not surprised.

We went in with 4 little girls and there toes were done nice and a week later we got their nails done...they are great at what they do

Prices are reasonable but hopefully you get someone who does nails well. Ive been here twice. I got a full acrylic set and they werent done too well, they were bumpy and the polish looked uneven. I took my daughter the second time and she got a different guy. He was amazing, and was very patient with my daughter, as it was her first time getting acrylics. Second time was good. I will be requesting him from now on. Pic of the good set.

Today, was my first time at “I Love Nails” and it was a great place. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to get a good and fast pedicure. The staff was very friendly and the gentlemen (Danny) did a great job with both my pedicure and my gel nails. He was also great at giving my best friend and me advice on how to keep our nails strong and healthy.

I have always liked Tiffany she has always done great on my nails along with her husband and my last 2 visit were so bad with them after the 1st time I figured they were just having a bad day so I decided to go back and again still treated me badly but this time along with my daughter so therefore I will not be taking any of my business back to them.

Don’t come here if you want to pay a 40-60 $ full set of nails and want you’re nails to fall off in 2 weeks or less..

The best Nail Salon ever! I moved so I havent been able to return due to transportation issues and Im in a different city too but I sure miss the Acrylic/Tips/Gel nail jobs done on my hands and miss the friendly, caring, upbeat and down-to-earth staff there! I never had any problems or complaints there! All the staff are awesome and very professional! They all do great work including Sam! Thank you for your business and miss you ALL!

First all they’ve only taking (sketchy to since their business has been doing well even the other pandemic it’s always been busy) Second very rude and in professional, the guy that sets at seat one rude and unprofessional when I told him my nail was glued on and cricket, he wanted me to continue with service without fixing the nail and then when I suggested I leave he aggressively dropped my hands and shooed me out the shop.

The best place I’ve come across. All of them are so sweet and they do an amazing job. They waited for me and my friends till 9:00 pm and were so patient and did a wonderful job with our nails. Definitely recommend the place. 💓

Very nice and cleanliness. They use the spa disposal liners and disinfect sterilize tools in the brand new pound every time in front of you.Amazing staff. I travel across town to get my nails and pedicure done here. I am very happy with the great work, friendly staffs, and my nails always come out beautifully. Love going there. I started with a full set, the owner helped me pick a color when I was unsure and was super patient and kind. Ive gone back every 2 weeks since, always fast delightful service, calming environment, and my nails have looks great every time. They were even super kind and patient with my 6 year old when I took her in for a gel manicure.

I took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time, and Danny did a fantastic job. If I can give him 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this nail salon. You will not be disappointed.

When into this place at 2:24 p.m. finished at 4:58 p.m. I do not know how this plays got a 4 and 5 star rating. Now these set of nails I got before was done here and they treated me phenomenally but now that I come back for a fill its $5 to take the Polish off $5 to shape the nail after they had cut it in the square shape then they asked me what shape I wanted so I told them and its 5 extra so now Im walking out with square nails. Then they proceed to patronize me about how their work is not fun when Im in tears because my nails are Not what I paid for. Any time you say something theyre extremely rude coming back at you but I guess for a nice attitude and good customer service that would be an extra $5. Very disappointed and the lack of accountability and professionalism when their pricing on their wall says absolutely nothing about charging Extra. Oh and did I mention that in the 2 and a 1/2 hours I was in that salon never once did I see tools or drill bits be sanitized. As a matter of fact the drill bits were switched between technicians and people And cross contaminated between toes and fingers disgusting.

Great! My friend and I went as walk-ins for Pedis got us both done really fast and gentle..Great prices our pedicures were $20 with gel $30..Danny did our nails very kind and made great conversation.

I went to this shop at 0855 in the morning after I called the previous day and was told no appointment necessary. The owner started my manicure- dip nail. No other customer was there so no need to rush or be sloppy. My nails were lumpy/ bumpy and untidy. She barely used the top coat. I pointed out the corners of my nails that were undone, her reply putting stuff there wont look good. Its day number 8 and my nails are so bad. For my pedicure my feet were soaked on and off for 30 mins. When the guy try to put the final touch on my toenails ( 2 mature ladies walked in for service) the owner speaking in her language to him. He quickly and hastily finished up. He actually put my flip flop on my feet and gesture all done.Honestly, this was one of the worst manicure and pedicure I ever had. Hopefully, others will get there moneys worth. Seventy one dollars and $5 tip....it wasnt worth it.

Ok so this was my first time here and I can say the place is very clean. It was cool inside which was nice since some places ac sucks. Anyway I got a gel pedicure and my daughter just wanted her toes painted. So she sat next to me in the chair and she wanted the massage on while she was waiting for her toes to dry. I would say 5 min past by and the owner said something in her language and the girl came over and told my daughter to go wait in the chair by the doors to wait for me. I could tell the owner looked annoyed that my daughter was using the massage part. But I never let her do it herself I did it for her and we left it alone. Anyway that was a red flag for me but I was like ok whatever. I also got my finger nails dipped so I waited which was fine wasnt long at all. As customer kept trying to pay the owner kept pushing for cash like saying oh you dont have cash or we take venmo as well. I dont understand the big issue with cards and a lot of people dont carry cash its how it goes so I didnt like she was pushy for cash. Some lady paying was like no I have card can I pay with that. So finally my nails are done and Im paying well I always have cash so I pulled out cash and she told me the total and I gave it to her plus 5 bucks for her too. So when I told her this tip is for you she goes oh ok we all share our tips. So basically Im a nice way she was asking for more tips because they share. So I go ok I actually gave each person there own tips. So I gave a tip to the lady who did my daughter toes ,I gave a tip to the lady that did my toes and I gave her some too. Im in the service industry so I get the tip thing but one of the worst things to do is ask for more tips. Thats a big no in any service industry! Thats why Im leaving a 3 stars! I wont be going back to that place. They do nice nails and good job but asking people to pay cash, and basically asking be to tip more without saying it was not cool with me.

The prices are ok and they are very quick.

One of the staff started bleeding from the electric filer and used the acrylic powder to make it stop bleeding and then continued doing my nails. I thought it was my blood at first but then I seen it was hers and after that I never went back.

Got my nail done two days ago and three of them came off already . Will never go back

Today I went into I heart nails and had a terrible experience. I was being helped by sam I sat down to get a manicure and asked for my nails. He began to put on the nails and file them down when I noticed my nail was cricked so I pointed it out and he seen it to so he said he will fixed it after that he began to put apply the nail powder and ignored my request to fix the nail. He polished my nails and they came out clumpy and he did not polish the whole nail. He finished with me then I went to get a pedicure. They lady doing my pedicure messed up my toe and continued applying layers of polish thinking it would help now my nail is all clumpy with polish. I then asked the owner if sam can redue my nails because they looked terrible! I am not a very picky person but I know how nails are supposed to look especially after paying 70$. Sam painted over my messed up nails and told me to put them in the drying machine and my nails started to peel so he got upset and said never come back to me again I never want to do your nails. The owner was standing there and did not say a word. I just asked him to take off the polish and while I have my fingers up he slapped them down. The entire time him and the other workers were laughing and talking amongst eachother. I have never in my life been treated this poorly at any nail salon I have been to this was very disappointing.

Very disappointed went in to get a pedicure and the lady was very fast she barely even scrubbed my feet and when i told her ahe actes like she did not know what i was saying i will never go back there and i do not recommend it to anyone its not worth your money.
