Dont go if you are diabetic or health issues!!I took my daughter for 16th birthday pedicure and dip lengthen nails. I have been getting pedicures and manicures even when outside. I wanted to support them and I would just get quick in and out and tip as much as possible ($50 at the beginning of Covid) But yesterday was really for my daughter. She mentioned while they were doing her nails what should she do about my cuticles? I looked and saw they were red and cut but I didnt want to make a scene. The manicurist didnt say anything! But as I paid I had her show manager/owner her hand, her response was oh she got her cuticles cut, too bad! Not sorry!!,,, my tip showed I was disappointed. I was going to bring my golden girls a group of over 80 ladies every 6 weeks but NO WAY they have lost my business. I will find consistent business that cares and Our tips can help show our appreciation.(5 stars to the lady who did my daughters pedicure was really nice, sociable and did great)

I have gone here and have brought my kids in the past 2 days ago I had my nails done and today my polish started coming off. I went back and as soon as I told the main lady by the entrance that I had just had my nails done and my gel polish was coming off she put her hand in the air and told me they were too busy and had no time for me! A man apologized while she gave me a dirty look as if I was lying or wasting her time! Okay old me to come back when they were closed. So nice unless you have any sort of complaint! I will never be back

I’ve been coming here for years! I’ve always loved this place and I’d drive from the foothills to come here. This was my first time back since Covid and I must say I was very disappointed in my services today. When I arrived there was only 2 or 3 other customers in there so it wasn’t busy, I was in & out of there in less than an hour. I spend 80$ for a pedicure w/gel and gel acrylic nail set, plus a 20$ tip for them to split. The guy who did my nails was in a rush, he did not trim my real nail like they’ve always did, after the acrylic was put on the older man with glasses who was doing my nails got in his phone for 20min before he decided to continue, and after that he just flew finishing my nails. He did not file them properly they are wide the square shape it should be don’t match, the gel polish has bubbles on the tips! As for my pedi, I did not receive the full service I paid for, my feet soaked in cold water, only got the citrus lotion and then my toe nails were trimmed & painted, then done! I will not be going back, I spent a lot of money on a lousy job! From reading other reviews the guy with the phone problem is common so try to stay away from him if you go, I did not get his name, but he has black glasses.

Wonderful NICE staff. Lucy did my dip powder nails with tip extensions! She did the very best with the condition of my cuticles. I had a horrible acrylic reaction from this other salon , which made my whole cuticles bleed. Since it was new skin i ended up bleeding a little bit from filing but it WASNT Lucys fault. This is one of the only salons who do alternative nail extensions. I will be back!

This place used to be one of my favorite nail salons. However, I believe they are under new ownership and with that new ownership the nail technicians are not very kind nor do they seem to care about the clients. I recently just went in to get a full set and a gel pedicure and my nails are not up to par. The man that did my pedicure hurt my toes when he was cleaning out underneath them, he use the paraffin really hard on my feet so now my feet hurt, and he would leave me between treatments pretty frequently and then not come back for 10 more minutes. The man that did my full set kept looking at his phone and going on his phone while doing my nails and they don’t look very good and I don’t believe that they’re going to last very long.

Poor quality, my heals were left with chunks of skin hanging. They gave me three books to select a gel color and they didn’t have any of the colors I wanted. After my fifth selection I finally had to settle for what they did have. They asked if I wanted a manicure and I told them no and a few minutes later a young man came over to give me a manicure. They don’t speak any English and try to guess at what you are saying.

My experience at Emerald Nails was absolutely horrible. The guy who did my nails was on his phone the entire time, he did not shape my nails correctly, and over painted my nails to where the first coat was not even dry, the gel polish was painted very thick. You can see from the pictures that my nail chipped the SAME day and there are bubbles and lines on my nails. I was very disappointed. From reading reviews of other clients, I did not want to waste my time on calling and having them redo my nails, cause other people had issues regarding complaints that they were not taken care of. Will not come here again.

Walked in for a full set with two other ppl and was seated right away. Im absolutely in love with how my nails came out. Molly was my nail tech and she made me feel comfortable and welcome. Will be visiting again.

Been coming here off and on for years...ok service, just convenient. But today may have been my last. Scrubbed so hard, I bled. Mani was sloppy as well. Very disappointed. Will be going elsewhere. They apologized, and I know he felt bad, but it has happened before,. A discount would have been nice!

1st time here. 1st Mani Pedi since COVID. My 8 year old dtr loved the kitty pedi chair and we were both treated like princesses. Healthy dipped nails with Don who is a true artist. Helen gave me the most wonderful pedicure! Her leg foot message was my absolute favorite part. The hostest/owner (not sure) that greeted us and took care my dtr was Amazingly gracious. Excellent customer service! Already have a return visit scheduled ☺

Julia is wonderful!!! Outside service with mask and safety precautions. Lil lady running the show? Very rude! I made an appointment and she made me wait half an hour. Rude! I made sure that she seen me tip well. As she was the issue not Julia.

This salon doesnt do fabulous nail designs and the manicure I got was pretty sloppy. My besties manicure was better, however, they did not soak her acrylics in acetone before removing the older acrylics.

When i first went in i received a whole show down like i didnt have money to pay for my services and it was crazy cause i even tipped him after and he still did me wrong because my nails came off within two days and to say the services was nice was an understatement because he was ruff with my hands while doing my nails i wouldnt recommend them at all and im back in sacramento now

Walked in with no wait time, friendly fast service. Showed Lucy what i wanted an she made it happen. This is my third time here .I definitely recommend this place. All the times had different person work on me an al three times had great experiences. They even work on your mani as one works on your pedi at same time lol kinda feel like Im being spoiled:). THANK YOU LUCY!!!

So dissatisfied with the service I received at Emerald Nails. I went in asking for an Ombré pedicure and would have much rather received honesty from the owner letting me know they do not know how to do Ombré on toes instead of giving me what looked like a VERY messy pink and white French tip gone wrong. After asking to remove for a solid color I was left with gel polish well around my nail bed and on my skin leaving me with the only option to ask them to borrow their filer and acetone to remove the mess. I felt HELPLESS. To top things off, a very dry oil was used during my massage instead of lotion all while having my toes PULLED until they POPPED. I unfortunately, had to ask the woman to STOP pulling my toes. What should have been a pleasant and relaxing experience was an overall uncomfortable and painful experience. I will not be returning to this nail salon and do not recommend.

VERY RUDE, not welcoming at all! They rushed through my nails and didn’t ask the length I wanted and tried cutting them SUPER SHORT! When I asked for the length to be longer the guy got mad and ripped the nail off and almost ripped my real nail off with it! I do NOT recommend them to anyone! After getting my nails done here they ended up falling off 2 days later, and the guy who done my nails would just stop in the middle and get on his phone for like 5 minutes!

Best pedicure Ive had in years. I recommend the Aloe vera jelly pedicure with Ken. He gave a great massage and focused on me instead of talking to his coworkers like many other shops. Its pricey $68, but worth it. Gel color, callus remover, scrub, exfoliate, paraffin wax, hot towels & stones, the works!

Great pedicure today by Miranda. She was super friendly and took her time. Even with it being a busy Friday and without an appointment the wait was minimal. Everything was very clean and the chair was nice and comfy. My mom was also with me and was very happy with her pedicure as well. We will definitely be back!

Clean, friendly, and professional. Bau the owner greets me by name always. Leo and Brian are the 2 that do my nails and ALWAYS do an amazing job. If there is ever an issue with the way it looks or holds up they make it right. Highly recommend this salon and the Jelly Pedicure, very relaxing!

Came in with coffin, left without. Bummer. The workers are very kind and sweet. My fill took longer than any full set I’ve ever gotten because my nail tech was sitting talking to other workers with my hand in hers filing without looking, then decided to clip her own nails. Odd place, but overall sweet people.

I bought my niece a gift certificate here for Christmas for $40. When she went to use it, somehow they lost $25 on the card. I had to call while out of town and complain/raise a stink and they miraculous located a card with $25 left on it. Despicable to try to take advantage of a 12 year old like that! I will NEVER give this place my business again!

Gentlemen tech did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. Giving it 3 nails started chipping two days later. That’s what happens with you apply acetone in bottle of polish. Just like I and everyone else that pays for service owner of salon should always stock up on products.

Ive gone here for as long as I can remember. Service is always great and Ive never been unhappy with my nails. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Special Valentine’s Day

Don’t waist your time or money. Worst place I’ve ever been to. The guy was filing my nails so hard I wanted to cry. He did one nail sideways and I told him it’s not straight and he said it’s my nail. No. Underneath the nails was not filed all the way and was lumpy and sharp. Asked for coffin, came out with claws. I’m soaking them off ASAP.

Nice people working here. I was able to walk in with my two daughters for pedicures. We were welcomed and settled quickly. We had a wonderful time. I will be coming again.

The people working here are extremely rude and if I could give them 0 stars I could. We made reservations and confirmed with them twice but they rudely denied the fact and did not serve us. I will never be coming back here ever again.

DONT GO HERE!! They smell like smoke, expensive, they charge you for things that other places do for free, the guy made my cuticles bleed after I told him not to file my cuticles but to give me a normal manicure before he put on the gel but he didnt listen. My nails turned out so bad and flat with no curve. I went back 30 min later because I was so upset with my nails bleeding and the shape of them. I sat down and the man slammed his tools down started yelling grabbed my hand and started to cut my nails. I pulled my hand back and thats when I asked for a manager. After 10 minutes I finally got my money back after I said I would call State Board letting them know that they made me bleed with a file Im sure they put right back in their drawer with out it being sanitary. Way better places in the same area to go to. The smoke smell should have been my first clue.

Service is exceptional! Spa is well kept and clean and professionally presented. I recommend to anyone that wants to have beautiful nails and a relaxing time with their friends and family.

Terrible experience. One lady started my nails then after she puts the artificial tips on her 1:30 pm appointment comes in , she says she forgot about the appointment and sits me aside for another 10 minutes another lady calls me & finishes the set & paints it . I wanted designs on my nails so I was passed back to the Other nail tech . Long story short they couldn’t even do there own designs that were on display I left very dissatisfied and they charged me 42$ and I spent nearly 4 hours for black and white nails .. look at the pics and don’t waste your time here or money

Came back from international travel and visited family in Fresno. Wanted to treat myself to mani. Was able to walk-in on weekday at 3pm. Looking for basic mani, reception immediately tried to sell me upgrades. Got older man who was rude. Did horrible job. Barely pushed back cuticles and paint was like a child did it. Honestly worst mani I’ve had. And it was $20.

Got an appointment for the first time, was there 5 minutes earlier, the guy (maybe the owner) didnt even bother to help me finding the sheer color I was looking for on their messy shelves . found the color I was asking for french mani in their album , He said oh thats another color, the color on that sample has faded , seriously?! update the damn album that you dont even know which number belongs to which row and dont waste my time! All the one star reviews are accurate! It was my fault choosing the closest salon. Drive 1-2 extra miles to somewhere else but dont go to this unwelcoming salon...

Terrible service. We made a reservation for 11 people and when we got there they lied and said that they called us to confirm when they didn’t and we went in person 2 days before to confirm. They were so rude and dismissive. Worse nail salon I’ve ever been to and worst service I’ve ever had. Terrible. I wish I could give zero stars.

The dip gel manicure lasts for weeks and is better for your nails than gel! Call and make an appointment, they get busy.

I used to go here all the time ever time i needed my nails done. they have charged me 2-3 different prices when i always get a full set so that threw me off... the one guy i went to always did a good job, i always came back. however he hasnt been there the last few times ive been. i just went in a couple weeks ago to get a regular gel mani and they charged me $30 !!! when i paid $27 last time.....when i can easily get them for $25 else where.... the lady who did my nails wasnt very nice and kept asking me to use this more expensive matte polish instead of gel when i told here i wanted gel...and she also messed them up and the gel was uneven and smudged on the sides to it wasnt the nice smooth gel feeling i get when i have gel. so i personally didnt feel the need to tip her. i was going to tip at the counter and all i had was $1 on me... so i gave it to the man checking me out and he had to GUILT me into tipping 4 more dollars. i told him thats all i had and he said you cant tip on your debit card? im not trying to cause a scene so i just did it and walked out. i have been coming here for two years and now i will not be returning.

Horrible customer service. My guy who was wearing a Gucci mask(he didnt tell me his name) was rude, talking on the phone, wasnt nice and made my nails uneven. I asked for 5 coats so my color is dark and he told me no only 3 and you can see through my nails. Not happy and not going back ever again.
