Omg I love my nails a lady named immet them she was very professional wonderful done in a good manner in time Im so satisfied I found my new nail shop and person who I would have do my nails from this point on out she was really respectful gentle doing my nails I will refer anyone and everyone to this nail shop most of all to her I never had my nails done to perfection til I went to her I love her work and much more she is the best everyone needs to go to this nail shop I have no complaint at all thank you for the wonderful experience

I wanted a French tip with hot pink with almond nails. She was fair with the price which was $40. But she had such a hard time trying to make the French tip that her lines couldnt be even, so I just told her to cover it up with something because I didnt want my whole nails pink. Definitely going to find an IG nail artist here in Fresno next time :/

Went in to get pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was great no complaints but when it comes to my manicure experience with them nothing but negative. My first red fall should of been the fact she pulled out plastic tips to do my nails with. When the elderly lady finished my nails and passed me off to a man to to designs he noticed the acrylic part was not set at all but he didnt bother to fix issue as well . He did the design and just complained that matter to her. Design was okay BUT THE SIMPLE FACT THAT ALL TOGETHER THE COST WAS $80 not worth it !!! My nails only lasted 3 days !!!! And when I expressed this they said they have a 24 hour policy . Never will go there AGAIN ! Better going to a Instagram nail tech.

The chinitas dont let you relax as soon as you get in wants to start doing your nails..Let those feet soak at least a few minutes 🤦They work to fast and want to get you out in 15 minutes.. they dont do the work correctly!!!

Where can you relax away from the kids at the Spa if course bubbles and warm water and the treatment of the staff is 💯 going back ASAP 👍👍

$25 pedi. U get what u pay for. Worst pedi I ever got.

Even though I came without an appointment I didnt have to wait. Came with my mom and daughter and we all got our pedicure right away so that deserves 5 stars. I couldnt really understand the ladies in there but we both communicated. Clean place. They use plastic bags for every single individual so thats really comfortable to know.

They do a good job but the wait is too long. Friendly staff and its super covid safe.

I asked for a gel manicure because the place that I usually go to was all booked that day. The nails came out fine. However, for one of the nails she painted outside of the line and since some was on my skin it peeled off part of the polish on my nail as well. My gel nails only lasted me about 3 days when they’re supposed to last about 2 weeks. Definitely not worth $30.

I always have good service but today the lady I got messed up my toes because she was talking too much. Clearly you can see that they are square and she rounded them. I am very disappointed.

This was a treat to get a pedicure from a friend, now I have burn marks this will turn into scars for life it may affect me with cancer. This place denied any wrong doing.

I would give this place zero starts. The lady that did my nails was kind buy did not know what she was doing. She didnt clean or cut my cuticles at all. She did not clean up any of the polish she left while doing my nails. She messed up on two of my nails by grinding down to far and then proceeded to cover it up with a diffrent color polish. I will never go back to this place.

I used to always go here one of the ladies is the sweetest but I had to switch over to the sun because she had another person waiting well I got my nail length a little bit longer than I normally do and it came out to 25 when I usually pay 20 then mom kept questioning the sun on my length and he had to show her my hands so therefore I will not be going back

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. Annie is my favorite, but the lady and older guy on the left always do a good job as well. I go to them when Annie is booked. These three never cut me when working with the drill thing they use, some of the others are a bit rough and charge higher rates. Also, Brandon, his wife and a few others are really nice and welcoming.

Also pleasant and polite I always receive great service

I went to this place for a fill because I was in the area my mistake! The lady worked so carelessly on my nails. She kept looking up while filing my nails and my fingers which hurt a lot. Ive never been to a place that CHARGES YOU BEFORE YOUR NAILS ARE EVEN DONE! I always tip and I tipped her not knowing the outcome. MY NAILS WERE HORRIBLE! Gel is shiny and smooth No not this time. I had bubbles under the color. Nails not straight, very clump and thick. VERY POOR JOB! DONT GO THERE!

I went yesterday on April 19 2019 in the 9:10AM so there wouldn’t be a lot of people and I wouldn’t be a rushed customer. Well w that said I was! I wanted to post a pic of the work they did! It’s horrible, it’s bubbly, dents everywhere. Mind you I got the most simple work done to my nails. A pink clear and a silver glitter on one damn finger! There’s acrylic under the nails as well. Don’t got to this place!!! They rush and don’t care about fixing their mess. I went home and called to ask when can I go back (same day) so I can get better work and take off the nail polish they’ve used.

I walked in before they closed and sat and waited while they worked on other peoples nails. Near closing time they told me that nobody wanted to start on my nails so I have to leave and come back another day. I asked if they can just remove my old nails before I go and nobody was willing because it was only $5 and it would take them too long. They dont appreciate loyal customers, they only care about getting paid well.

Would not recommend this place. The woman with short hair who did pedicure on me did an awful job! She made my toes bleed which been hurting all day, some of of the polish were not filled all the way in, and the polish on my toes already crack. For $30 I think she could have done a better job.

Daughter wanted nails soaked off and was told not necessary. Station 5 lady took off her nails her way and made my daughters nails bleed. Called and complained will never go back.

Terrible place to go to.. The Asian man who worked on my nails did a terrible job. The acrylic look very thin and he did not use any fake nails. My nails looked uneven and not squared like I requested. Do not come to this place!! They are also expensive for a terrible job. I usually get my nails done at an Asian place close to Foods Co but since they were packed I decided to try something new. I wish I can post pictures to show the low quality and horrible job they do here.

I really like getting my nails eyebrows and pedicures from the shop. Unfortunately I will no longer .Twice I had nail fungus mold Under fullest gel , and fill.

I came to Crystal Nail & Spa and I thought it would be good. I walked in, there wasnt a wait. The lady who did my nails was very rough and rude. I went in for a manicure and I had such a horrible experience. I sat down and the lady who was working with me had super cold freezing water. When I asked her if she could change the temperature of the water, she got offended and just ignored me. I told her that the water was cold and she finally switched it. She was cleaning my nails and was digging really hard into my nail bed. I asked her to be more gentle because I started bleeding. She just looked at me and continued at the same pace. I told her again that she was hurting me and again, she just looked and continued. I told her that I wanted to end my service. And walked out. It was the WORST pain and customer service I had ever encountered. I will not be returning here again.

Great experience, I will return again and tell everyone I know or talk to.

Been a customer for over a year always go there no problem I always do gel 30$ for color and shape and usually go back for a full and always pay 15$ to 20$ depending if I do color change ... today I went in and asked for a fill and to have two nails fixed and she told me 35$! I said for a fill and two broken nails that’s more then a fresh set , she continued to argue w me saying no it’s 35$ blah blah . She was booth 7 looked new and her and the lady next to her started speaking there language and weren’t even tryna talk to me .

My first visit to this salon and I was hugely happy with the results :) They were packed with ppl but my wait didnt last more than 15 mins. If that! DUYEN IS AMAZING! !! ATTENTION TO DETAIL FOR SURE! She was very patient and listened to exactly what I wanted done. I have been to many nail salons and payed so much more for less quality of work. I love it! I will definitely be heading back again :D

I’ve been coming here for months. Always had a great experience until today! I went in to get a fill. It was a young girl who did my nails(chair #9). She hurt and made me bleed on two fingers! She FORCEFULLY pulled 3 of my nails OFF (my nails were half ways off) and cut me. She didn’t even bother to listen to me when I told her it’s hurting or notice when I moved my hand due to the pain. She wasn’t gentle either shoving one of my hands to work other other. Not only that but the girl next to me was getting her nails done by a girl who had her son with her(chair#10). The child yelling and screening asking for candy and the girl doing my nails MOCKING the little boy!!! Towards the end she asked if I wanted oil or lotion. I told her oil and she sprayed it on my hand INSTEAD OF MY NAILS!! It was such an uncomfortable experience!!! Don’t think I’ll be going back to do my nails!!

$30 for gel spa pedicure, $20 for gel nails (no acrylic). This is usually my go to spot because of how close it is to my home, but it is a hit or miss as far as how well my nails come out. Most times, my toes come out well

I paid for a gel fill on nails and color change on my toes A hour later I tried to put my sandals on and my polish was not dry messed up my toes three days later on two of my nails the gel just popped off I went back to get them done over she tried to charge me $20 for a color change or just fix the two she fix the two that the gel popped off up but put a total different color than the color I originally had

All I have to say is that Im really disappointed my toenail got infected I believe the young lady who did my pedicure cut my skin and nail too much and probably didnt disinfect her tools and now my foot is in a huge amount of pain and very infected they were polite but this happened not happy at all wouldnt recommend it for a pedicure at all.
