I called in and made an appointment for noon. I still waited 30 minutes before someone even came to put water in my chair to soak in. I got the $35 pedicure and ended up paying $52 because I had gel? I did ask prior to my pedicure if there was an extra fee and was told no as long as I get gel again (which I did) so I have no idea why I was charged an additional $17 but additional charges should always be made clear PRIOR to any service. Pedicure was decent but not for that price.

So my husband and I got pedicures yesterday. My pedicure was great. But the lady who did my husbands cut his toe and made him bleed. Now today both sides of his big toes are super swollen and sore to the touch. We went back to show them and they said it was from a ingrown toe nail (which it was not ) . Then the lady said “I better not see a view about this on Facebook or Yelp if I give you your money back.” Super rude and unprofessional. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I went in for a pedicure and the lady that performed the service kept insisting that I get gel and not a regular pedicure. .. I said No more than once .. but I finally got the pedicure I asked for.. ( gel pedicure is more $$$).. The lady was so in a hurry to get it done and even the color I pked out wasn’t even the color I chose. The service was not great to say the least and I Will not be going back!!😤

Yes there was a bit of a wait, but as a walk in I totally expected that, although it wasnt too long of one. The customer service was superb, everyone was very nice and the man at the front counter was extremely courteous, he kept apologizing about the wait time but for me waiting was not a problem. Now let me tell you, I had a wonderful woman named Nancy tend to my nasty unkept feet, and she did a absolutley wonderful job! She was gentle but tough enough to soften up all the roughness from constantly being on my feet, massaged away all my tension, and well basically made love to my feet lol. Definatley returning and bringing some guests with me next time as well as recommending this place!! I was terrified initially but all that was literally scrubbed away hehe.

All I need ed was one nail fixed but since it wasnt their work they didnt want to fix it as swore that they didnt have the glitter that I had which is nothing really Special and add a few little gold flakes but no they refused me because it wasnt their work I dont care they should have tried to help me

I went there maybe a week ago & got a full acrylic set & they charged me 42 it’s been a week & 4 of my nails have fully popped off. Their nails don’t last & they don’t take their time

There very busy place but they are the best by far nail salon. I went in for acrylic nail removal that I got done at another salon on shields and first that was awful and cheap work. This salon diva nails was able to do manicure at the same time and it was great!Im so happy with my nails. The gentle men who helped me was so nice and did what I asked.Diva nails is the place to go. For all your needs.

This place was so sophisticated and professional , the staff was very nice and attentive to the customers. The establishment was over the top decorated like it was on point . Had ombre nails done today by Jason. He did an AMAZING job. He didnt rush but wasnt slow either. They are bit pricey but when done correct like this it is worth it.

This is my second time going to get my nails done, the first time I was unsatisfied, I gave them a second chance and I love them! It gets pretty packed, so plan on going early because they only accept walk-ins.

Always busy and the techs are great! Always good service even if the manager is a little quick with clients, but its usually packed so hes efficient and fast. My husband works for a company that services appliances and out of the many nail salons hes seen, he said theirs was the cleanest. Very organized and no cockroaches or other issues hes seen in other locations back areas. Going back today for a pedicure!

Best place to get any nail service needed in Fresno! From pedicures to full sets I absolutely love their work. Ive never had a bad experience! They are very clean, the owner is very welcoming and helpful! Walk ins only but theyll totally take care of you! I drive from Hanford because I love the quality of their work and service!

This is a great neighborhood nail salon. The techs are friendly and good! They have the chairs that recline and bring your feet up! They also have a variety of levels of pedicures. I have never waited more than 5 minutes either.

There was a misunderstanding about what I wanted even though I showed a photo to the manager and the technician. But she was able to fix them to look exactly how i wanted. Ive been here before and they are honestly extremely busy all the time but honestly the wait is worth it. Their work is great.

I love this place. If you really want a good square, roundish shape, and gel.... Yen is your girl... very sweet... I will never go anywhere else. The owner makes sure your work is beautiful.

The quality of work was great. Now it says $25 for a full set - I got a basic set, with plain gel polish. I get up to the counter and he charges me $42... apparently $12 for the “gel” and $5 for shaping the nails to coffin. There is no where that says you have to pay for gel, and it doesn’t say coffin is $5 extra. Apparently $25 is if you get regular polish, I didn’t see anywhere that getting regular polish was an option. This isn’t “build-a-nail” workshop. How do I have to pay for every step? Not coming back, scammers.

My first time there and I loved it. The wait can be a bit long but its definitely worth the wait. Jimmy did my coffin shape nails and they are perfect! All the other salons Ive gone too can not perfect the coffin shape but today jimmy did! I high suggest jimmy and this salon. I will definitely be coming back here for future appointments.

The wait time is ridiculous. I was there for over 1 hour and still wasnt attended. Ive been there several times and each time Ive had to wait for a while. Safe to say I am never going back!

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment. I used to love this place, they used to do so good. This last time was so bad I had to have them removed right after they were done. I dont understand why this happens. The quality isnt a priority for them anymore it seems

Really nice, clean place. Everyone is super nice and fast! I got the most expensive pedicure and it was very relaxing. $45 for the pedicure and $12 for gel. Gel manicure was $30.

Very clean! That wrap every seat and tub with plastic and change it after every use. They do a very good job. A bit more expensive than your typical nail spa but it is worth it as they do a very good job and if you chip a nail within 3 days you can come back and theyll fix it for you for free.

First time ever getting my nails done and first time here. Went in at 4:40ish on a Monday, they werent super busy and I was helped right away. Jason did my nails and was very friendly with small talk and other customers seemed to be very happy with their service while I was there. Would go again. I got a full set with coffin shape and total came out $42 and I gave a $5 tip.

Because there is no zero, pedicure was great, I believe the owner did my nails, worst experience Ive ever had, dry cut cuticles, no oil, no soak, spray bottle???? Really??? Spent most of the time up selling and not even looking at what she was doing, left with 3 fingers bleeding, one stayed scabbed for 3-4 days and I didnt see running water to even wash, no massage, I believe a good chance for infection...I will never go back, again decent but not spectacular pedicure, avoid any and all manicures and settle on $ before they start and refuse the upsell, basic service does not include what is normal in other salons

I took my 3yr old daughter to get pedi. When I walked in the man that greets you asked what I wanted for services and I explained I wanted polish for my daughters finger nails and pedicure. He said ok. I then asked him how long the wait since it was really packed didnt want to wait a long time. 30 min later he sits us on a pedicure chair. As other techs were finishing up their other clients I noticed that they were not getting to us. The man would say something to the techs (talking about us) because he would point and that alone was uncomfortable bcz they were speaking their language and I couldnt understand. That happened about 4 to 5 times with other techs like as if no one wanted to do my daughters nails. Mind u I am very patient so I tried not to be rude or be impatient. But then girls just started walking in and getting services right away while we just sat there waiting being ignored...I will never go back. My daughter was upset bcz she really wanted to get her nails done. It was so disappointed. He could have told me upfront that they dont do children and not have wasted my time!

Amazing very detail otiented nail technicians and very considérate more expensive than average prices.

I have been coming here for years and today will be my last. I was very disappointed in many aspect. The tech placed a smelly steamed towel on my legs. When I complained she brushed it off and ignored me. The next thing I notice she uses the same pedicure tools on another customer. Gross!

Of I could give zero stars I would. The guy that wanders around helping people told me he was too busy to get the gel color to match my nail color as he was helping customers. Not sure what he considered me to be. Will never return.

Bad service, didnt offer the message chairs and when I asked, the manager guy said we can only do two and we were a group of 5. He claimed the chairs were broken but coincidently the first two we asked for were the only ones that worked. They dont offer a service for children, when we asked for a just polish for my 8 year old niece they charged almost full pedicure price.

This place has the worst customer service ever! The man in the front is rude and they are demanding the color you want as soon as you walk in but they have over 300 colors that are unorganized to choose from. This was my 3rd time going for a pedi and fill and the same attitude was given each time.

I am updating my review. As I said in my original review, I would be coming back. I came back to Diva Nails anywhere between 4-6 times since my original post one year ago. The only person worth the money in that place is Chi. Everyone else seriously has no idea what they are doing. The last straw for me was on March 15th. My mom, maid of honor and I went in to get our nails done before my March 17th wedding. My mom and maid of honor got acrylic nails and I just got gel. As usual the man who greets everyone was rude and pushy. We got seated and one of the older ladies got started on my nails. Not only do NONE of my nail lengths match, she also made my thumb bleed excessively. So, on my wedding day, on my left hand, the one all of the pictures are focused on, MY THUMB WAS SCABBED UP, PAINFUL AND SWOLLEN. One of my mothers acrylic nails were noticeably crooked. Then, the morning of the wedding, my maid of honor had to be rushed back to Diva Nails to have a nail replaced because it popped off.....and the replacement was, of course, crooked.Diva Nails & Spa is the worst.

I went to get nails removed and a new set. Well were to start...I got in and they told me it would be $5 to remove the nails thats a great deal its usally $10 were I go. So I get seated and right away I knew it was wrong the guy never soaked my nails in acitone no he pulled the nails off it was painful my real nails cracked and bleed. After that he cut down my real nails so short that it was lower than the skin that frowns behind the nail. Now that they are growing long again it hurts, it was horrible I didnt even wanna see how they do actual nails since it was painful to just take them off. I went to glamor nails on Shaw and marks to get my new set and they were shocked by how damaged my nails looked😒 I will never come here again. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone

Went in to get a pedicure.. left with bloody toes. I wish I caught the name of the girl who gave me my pedicure, I cringed the whole time she was extremely rough I had to tell her to please stop because she was digging her knuckles into my shins. And she cut my nails so short my toes bled . I will NOT be going back.

My experience here wasnt all that great. I got matte grey acrylics in the coffin style & the polish came out looking streaky. Also half of them came out looking crooked by the time they were finished. One by particular is very crooked.
