Every time I’m in town from NJ I go in to have a pedicure. Everyone there does a great job!!

Very friendly staff. My pedi was not rushed, gentle hands, and super neat. My co worker and I went in after standing for 6 hours. They were very accommodating. Updated office. Will come back! Unsure what her name was, but she wore glasses.

Dont waster your time making appointment, they dont believe in them. You get there and wait for 20 min and you still dont get on a pedi chair

I love City Nails. I feel like a new woman when I leave. The work is good, and the people are great. Ive been going there since 2006, I wont go anywhere else. They are like family, family that I really like. Lol

My family has been coming to City Nails with Helen for years. My daughter has been coming to her for a year since her last prom- they wont go to anyone else. I decided to spoil myself a bit and have Helen do my nails . Wow! I already knew how amazing she was but experiencing first hand is a completely different experience! Helen is an artist , and a perfectionist. She takes so much pride in her work and her priority is for her clients to be very happy and satisfied. LOVE my Ombré ring fingers! Ive always lost nails in the past ...but not with Helens set! I went in for my fill today ...she is so fun, warm, inviting , honest , and talks the whole time ! Which is nice ! I came in showed her a pic of what I wanted, and of course she executed and exceeded expectations! Theyre so pretty! (And Im picky) Also, the shop is always clean and everyone is nice! I highly recommend Helen and City Nails:)

If you want basic no designs no anything( had to almost talk my way into getting the guy who did my nails to use white acrylic POWDER and not NAIL POLISH) this is the place to go but if you do want a design that requires encapsulating anything forget it..

If I could give 0 stars. I would. The owner, her name is Helen, short hair one of the first seats. I made an appointment for 2:45. When I got there she was helping someone else (not a problem), she then stopped the other girls nails to do mine (not cool or professional), she asked me 10 times throughout doing my nails what color I wanted but I couldnt decide just yet, she got a little aggressive and told me to sit somewhere else while I decided and then went back to working on the other girls nails. Once I chose a color, she again stopped with the other girl and took me back into her chair. While waiting I noticed that she didnt fully apply acrylic to some spots of my nails for my fill, some parts were still rough to the point that it was catching on my shirt. When I sat back in her chair and pointed this out, she got aggressive yet again and tried to pass her lack of work off as I just tried to make your nails thin, which has nothing to do with spots missing acrylic for my fill. She then added entire gobs of acrylic onto my nails, enough of it that it got uneven and it was the amount that would normally be used for a full set! She was rude, did a bad job and could care less about fixing her mistake. She also rushed way way way too fast in doing my nails. This was my first and last time here. If you go, dont get your nails done by Helen the owner.

I went here randomly and Im so happy with my nails and the service. I normally get long stilettos and at most other nail places it takes 2 1/2 hours. I had Helen and she was great; she only took 45 minutes AND she shaped them perfectly. I didnt have to ask her to fix them and she was so nice and gentle. Also, Ionly paid $45 and the price didnt suddenly go up because the length of nails I get, like at most places.This nail salon is the best one Ive ever been too in literally every way. The quality of service is amazing, the price is fantastic, and my nails are actually perfect.If youre looking for a nail salon definitely come here and ask for Helen.

Ive been coming to this spa for years and I love it, Helen, Tommy, and Jenny are the absolute best, theyre so nice and take the time to get to know theyre customers, they just the best and fantastic at what they do I highly recommend this salon and those employees theyre just the best!!! The new owners are wonderful also, all staff is great!!

I am new in town and was searching for a new nail salon. So glad I came across this place. Staff is nice, friendly, the place has a great atmosphere and is super clean which is major plus. They also have a great variety of colors to choose from and great prices. My manicurist was Tommy and he was excellent, super attentive and funny! Wow I had a great time. I will definitely come back!! Thank you Tommy for making have a great experience.

Best Place to get your nails done. They keep up with whats in and they Have the Best Price in all of Fresno! There nails last a long time. I would recommend this Nail shop to anyone. They are fast at what they do and believe me you will not feel over charged at all, they have great prices. They are also friendly and accommodating.

Just wanted to give a shout out to all the staff at City Nails!!! They do an amazing job, they are always professional and they take their time. I love the fact that they take pride in their work, and make sure that their customers are satisfied! I also noticed that they never overbook, unlike some nail salons that are more interested in quantity vs quality. I don’t know how anyone can say they had a bad experience here.

City Nails is an awesone place. Everybody is so friendly there, especially Helen. She does a beautiful job on my nails. They last a very long time. I highly recommend her. I take my elderly mother too and they are very patient with her too.

Went in for a pedicure, no customers waiting, one technician was available, but on a break, 2.5 hours before closing and they said come back tomorrow. The owner/manager asked the technician if she could help me and the girl said no, Im taking a break! Really!!??

Loved my experience here!. Made an appointment because it does get pretty busy. There was little to no wait time. Helen took care of me right away & was awsome!. She listened to exactly what I wanted & made sure along the way that I was happy with how my nails were turning out!. She really took her time with my cuticles which I loved!. I made an appointment and came in on time, the nail tech was with a customer and seemed upset I arrived. She made the other customer wait while she started on my full set. When she finished my full set it looked like I was ready for my fill, she did not put acrylic or gel anywhere near my cuticles. It looked horrible! I really didn’t want to say anything especially since the other customer was waiting. One week in 2 nails started lifting, it looks like I’ve gone a month without a fill. Horrible!

I have been going here for a few months now and am very happy with the service. I will continue to go here and highly recommend it.
