First time trying Bellagio Nails & Spa! The leg massage was awesome!

This place was recommended by a friend. I am surprised with all the low ratings because this was my second time here and I left this place feeling happy! I received a #4 pedicure with gel and they did an excellent job! They messaged my feet, cut cuticles, put on a parrafin wax, applied lotion, and this all happened while I was in the message chair watching TV. The lady did not speak English, but took her time and did a great job! I was able to relax and enjoy getting pampered.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever gone to! Price is cheap, like they say you get what you pay for. Came in on a Friday for a full set with regular polish(matte finish), my nails started chipping the next day. Called in to tell them what happened and they told me to come in at 5:30pm and when I got there it was closed!!! They close at 9pm! Called back the next day and the guy who did my nails began to argue with me. So I came into the salon and the owner refused to redo them and said they would only repaint over the nail polish. The owner said it was my fault the nail polish was chipped and the acrylic was uneven!!! Brought my mom in who speaks Vietnamese and went off on the owner and eventually she redid the nail polish and acrylics. Very poor costumer service!

Amy is amazing. I wish all her employees were 1/4 as good as she is. I will not be returning they hire inexperienced nail tech that are color blind.

Kind hospitality and friendly service: When I walked in during my first visit, I inquired about their hours of operation. The salon spa operator was very accommodating and professionally friendly. I hope they could upgrade to a bigger and better facility someday soon... 🤩I like how they acknowledge my presence everytime I get to Bellagio. They listen to their customers’ requests and makes sure you feel comfortable beforehand. The manicurist 💅🏻 and pedicurists 👣 whom I’ve been assigned to are meticulous experts who have gentle hands with a keen sensitivity to work on my fingernails and hands; as well as my toenails and feet—that’s what We all need. In my opinion, their Establishment is tidy and their salon operators have good teamwork to maintain their clientele.👍🏼 I would definitely recommend others to experience the esthetic services at Bellagio Nails & Spa🌷Also, they take good care of people who are prone to ingrown toenails (aka. hangnails); and if you’re diabetic, they’ll pamper you! I always leave happy from there...hope you will too! 😍

They take forever to seat you and do anything to your nails. Had my appointment at 5:15 pm and was not attended until 6:45 pm. Rushed my to be finished because it was almos closing time for them 😒 Prices are pretty high as well, for the poor service they give.

I love this place Steve is the best and does an amazing gel manicure. Such a nice family run business.

I dont like to give bad reviews when I am a walk in client. I appreciated that I was seen but was so disappointed in my manicure. Bare bones here, no hand massage, polish hastily applied not even to cover the entire nail and no cleaning up of polish on skin. I wont be back.

It happens way too often that people only leave reviews for anything only when they have a bad experience somewhere. In my case, I was in desperate need of finding a good eyebrow waxing salon close to home, and I found this one through Google. Ive never left an online review for anything before today, but because my eyebrows are something that I am very protective about, Im going to leave this review for those of you who are the same way as me. The lady did a very good job on my eyebrows. She did the whole trim, wax, pluck strays, and oil and lotion afterwards. She was very nice. And the price was very good too! I think I found my new eyebrow waxing salon finally!

Take forever to seat you and do anything to your nails. Been there 3 times and have had to pay for a full set because they say my nails are lifting when they are the ones that did my nails therefore the reason they are lifting. Told them my nails were crooked before they even put acrylic on and they didnt do anything to fix them. I have gel polish on my cuticles from them rushing to paint my nails. Terrible experience do not reccomend at all

A man did my nails and they were horrible. It looks like I could of did them myself.

Worst experience. Didnt even finish my pedicure. Awful.
