Amazing price! Nails look just like the pictures!Did my niece and moms toes and they look great. 10/10

I absolutely do not recommend this place. The people are rude and dont know what they are doing. It is all about money, speed and bad service. I was cut bad and they were not professional to disinfect it. No first aid kit or help.

Great customer service, very clean with their handling of tools and overall facility. They stay committed to their appointment times. Only gripes are not all the chairs are massage chairs and typical services are more on the expensive side. If you would like a spa pedicure then you pay extra for the massage chair. Im used to nail salons where all of their chairs are massage chairs and there is no additional cost to the service.

Amazing place! Kimberley is the best. She is a podiatrist, massage therapist and pedicurist al in one package. I loved every moment. I closed my eyes and doze off under the most relaxing Christian music. I can easily give them 10 stars!!!

Tommie is the best. I have been coming to him for the past year and always been thankful for the care he provides. I have issues with my toe nails and he always is able to get my toe nails fixed and looking awesome. I have gone to too many other nail salons and none compare. He also provides the best foot massages. If you want great service, go here.

I think a lot of people are mistaking this location for the other 2 imitations. My experience here was no less than excellent. Prices are on the higher end but its comforting to know that I will walk out with quality service. Great job Aqua NAILS BAR (not nails and spa). Keep up the amazing quality of your salon. I am a forever client there.

My mom is 95 and we get our pedicures done here. They are always so kind and gentle with her. The service is efficient and friendly. They also do manicures and have regular, gel, and powder polishes. My 20-something daughter also goes here - services for all ages.

Great pedi service, my feet always look and feel refreshed when I leave. The nail techs are super sweet and very attentive. Great color selection, theyre also good if you bring your own. Its always pretty packed but they get through everyone without too long of a wait.

I had two appointments at 1 PM for a manicure pedicure at the same time and for a polish change for my daughter. After waiting 37 minutes, they still do not have available people, and said we had to do one service at a time. That’s very unprofessional. We will definitely not be back.

Not all but some of their technicians are too in a hurry and do a really bad job because of that! The drill burns you, cuts you, makes you bleed! And some of the nails are uneven and filed unevenly! This is by far the most expensive nail place I’ve been too so you would expect them to be better then other cheaper places, but they’re not.

I have been to Aqua several several times but today my mom and I had such a rude experience. I saw that one of my nails (just one, not all) was curved so I asked its a little uneven can you please go over it with a file? and the lady stared it several times and told me to look at it again and she said what do you want?? Its even. Even my mom sitting right next to me saw that it was clearly uneven. And I said I would just like it filed more, its uneven. SO, she handed me the file and said you can do it then! I wouldve stayed at home and paid myself if I wanted to do my own nails, my goodness!!!!!!! I get my nails done every two weeks for years now and that has NEVER happened to me where the manicurist hands me the tool. When I first gave her the polish (a pink and a clear sparkle) I said I wanted sparkle on just my ring fingers. After the manicure and pink polish, (right before she started the sparkle) I said Oh actually can I please have it on all my nails instead (the sparkle). She looked at me like she was irritated and said But you had told me only the ring finger! I said I know but I now I see my moms and its pretty (my mom had done the same sparkle. And she said So youre changing your mind?? And I said yeah if thats okay.. I mean, she hadnt even started the sparkle yet, it wasnt like I was asking her to take it off and start over. Even my mom agreed she sounded annoyed. Clearly she was irritated and she completely rushed on my sparkle, missing the top 1/4 of every nail. She didnt go up to the cuticles and I could so tell she was rushing because she was mad I changed my mind. I didnt dare mention it to her though, who knows what wouldve happened. After these situations, my mom and I thought it seemed as if she was talking about us behind our backs in their own language, and even laughed. But I waited to go home and write my review instead of talking about them in front of them. When she was putting on my flip flops, I noticed there was still one tiny piece of cotton left in between two of my toes. So, before she put on my right flip flop I said Oh, theres still a little bit of cotton right there, and pointed to it. She said I know.. its there to keep your nails from rubbing against each other. There was no other cotton anywhere else, even between my toes that actually WERE touching, just that single piece. So I showed my mom (it was so small she couldnt even see it, it clearly was not keeping my toes apart, and it had slid down beneath my toes to the bottom of my shoe). So when she walked by, my mom mentioned it to her and said excuse me, I think you left a little cotton there can you please take it out? The lady did not even look, she just I know its there to keep the toes apart you need to leave it When I got home (once my fingers were dry) I took out the cotton, it was barley a sliver of cotton, underneath my toes, doing absolutely nothing. If she had more than one super tiny piece of cotton, like on all my toes or at least in between the ones that actually needed it, it wouldve been fine. But it was just on that one, and it was so small it clearly could not even keep them apart. It was very clearly she just left it there out of laziness, or because she was upset and knew I couldnt take it out on my own because my nails were dry. So, dont go to Aqua unless you want to do your own nails and you wont ever be allowed to change your mind!! I have been going for a very long time and after today, you would have to PAY me a lot of money to convince me to go back there.

I have been going here for years and its always a good experience. I definitely recommend making an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome, but because they do such a good business, the wait time is probably longer. The atmosphere is very relaxing and they offer a variety of services. They are always updating the decor, so they take pride in making everything nice.I recommend the spa pedicure with the gel color (very long lasting color). Very friendly staff.Bring cash for tips, but they do accept credit cards for the actual services.

The quality of service has gone down. It is hit or miss whether you get someone that does a good job on your nails or toes. I started getting my nails done again in October and I have gone to Aqua Nail Bar only in this time. In fact, I just got my nails done there yesterday. So far, I have had the gel polish lift three times including the gel that has lifted on my thumb since yesterday. I believe they just rush and dont leave my hand in the light long enough for the gel to set. The lady up front is really nice and Im sure they will redo it if I go back in, but I dont live close so its super annoying that this keeps happening simply because some people wont take their time.

Terrible. The girl at the front counter was schlepping around in flip flops and a sweatshirt. After asking for a pedicure, she told us there would be a 45 minute wait, just sign in - promptly turning her back to me. We left and came back a couple of hours later. Same girl with the same poor customer service. This time it was a 20-25 minute wait. I asked if they take credit cards. She said yes, but tips are in cash. I went to go to use their ATM machine - it was out of service. I asked the girl where there was an ATM. She directed me to a Credit Union I could walk to. After waiting 45 minutes, I was cut by my manicurist. While being gouged by my pedicurist, another customer went to use the ATM. The girl at the front desk un plugs it and plugs it back in so this other customer can get cash. So bottom line, bad experience. Despite being nicked by my pedicurist, he was kind. In their defense, it was a busy day - Sunday. But, I definitely think they could step up their game. Especially with the girl at the front desk. She really ruins it for the manicurists.

Very clean, first of all. Seems like following California laws and regulations is optional for too many salons. Its quite sad that something so basic is rather impressive. However, I did notice that the manicurist did use a new file, buffer, and foot scrubber on me. The metal tools were also in a clean paper pouch which she opened in front of me. The pedicure tubs do not have jets(bummer because theyre relaxing, but also very unsanitary.). The only thing I wish they did was put liners in the pedicure tubs. I got a manicure and pedicure with regular polish, and was there a little over an hour. I only waited about 5-10 minutes, but I was already seated, just waiting for the manicurist to gather supplies after finishing the prior client. I paid $40 for this mani and pedi. The polish job was pretty good, not messy and didnt leave off the corners or sides like a lot of places do.

They messed up my acrylic nails, they were crooked. I went back the next day and they refused to use my nail polish I had originally on the first time. They also cut open multiple fingers and made me bleed. The lady upfront was nice though

Over priced manicure. Horrible service. Paid to much for minimal. It was empty today so I thought of trying this place. I still had to weight over 30 mins to get a technician to help me out. Then she gave me the shortest massage on my hands I have ever gotten, if I can call it a massage. It was pointless. Then I got charged $35 for this bad service. Never again

I come to Aqua Nail Bar regularly for pedicures. The customer service is consistently excellent and the quality is high, and for a reasonable price. I do recommend making an appointment.

Genuinely the worst service ever. They charged my card twice and did nothing about helping me out. When I went in to ask then why I was charged the lady was rude and didnt do anything to fix it. Them charging me twice had put me negative in my account and then my bank charged me a fee and they still did nothing to accommodate me. Do not go here if youre expecting good customer service.

It is so relaxing great customer service Im a guy and my wife had me come try it have never been to one of these places but I will deffiently be back thank u for a great experience

I went in to get a pedi and was debating having acrylics done. I found the nail shape and size I wanted and a design all in one picture. I showed the lady at the counter the picture and said I wanted something like that with different colors; she says ok so I make the decision to also have my nails done. I get sent back to do my nails in about 10 minutes, wonderful compared to the 30 I was told. The guy doing my nails ask me if the color I had was the color I wanted or if I wanted gel, because Noone paints their nails anymore. I say gel is fine and start looking through the colors in front of me. He starts prepping my nails and before I know it hes got them on and ready to start adding the acrylic. At about the time hes done doing the acrylic he asks what design I will want and I show him the picture. He tells me that no one there can do that, because they do not specialize in nail polish. I already have the nails on and cant say I dont want them, which I didnt. I didnt want plain colored nails I wanted a design and then I ended up walking out with pale blue nails that already look like I need a fill. There is a gap between the polish and cuticle large enough to fit a large rhinestone. Needless to say I did not have a pedicure which is what I really wanted and I left highly disappointed. Enough to write my very first bad review in life. Now I have to sit and place rhinestones on every finger after they stop hurting from having the skin rubbed off from the grinder.

I got my nails done at this place for the first time today and I had the worst experience. The lady that was doing my nails cut my nails 3 times and one time my fingers was bleeding for a few minutes and she was pinching it so hard that I still feel pain after 5 hours . And my nails don’t even look good .

He was very rude he did my.nails like he wanted them not what I wanted. Hit me 2 times with nail file. NEVER going back. Went somewhere else had them like I wanted
