I am glad this place closed. I went to have my eyebrows done and the unprofessional person burned my eyebrows because the wax was to hot. I told her I was not happy at all and still paid. The next day my eyebrows had scabs from being burnt. Never went back called them and they acted like it was not them. I never burned myself even at home using wax I sure thought they knew what they were doing wrong. It was like a rug burn mark or eraser burn if you ever seen those it hurt too. It was long ago but still so glad to see them closed and signed removed I was chuckling when I drove by watching them take it down clearing the place out brought me joy.

Gave my son a ride and saw LA Nails for the first time. Walked in and was able to get a full set of nails and a pedicure. Very friendly staff that makes conversation and makes you feel welcomed. Not packed on Tuesday morning so not sure about weekends. Didnt feel like they were rushed while working on my nails. They paid attention to details and did what I asked for. Very low key place with good service.

My nails lifted a week and a half thru having them done, she did them in a hurry and not close to the color I wanted. I have been hunting for a convenient nice place since I just moved to the city. I dont mind paying pricey if the job is done right. I got full set gel for 40 and she was kindah kicking me out like after this one u can go it was a nice cozy atmosphere though news on was cool but wont be back

The ladies there do such a wonderful job. A relaxing and nice experience every time. I got acrylics, a pedicure and my face waxed.

Because my first time tonight my nails came out very nice thank you Nancy I will be back.

COOL PLACE I ATTEND TO GET MY PEDICURE DONE AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH DEPENDING, VERY EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS WHO ENGAGES WITH YOU A DECENT CONVERSATION WITH A SMILE, AND U LEAVE SATISFIED AND WITH A SMILE TOO.

Not really satisfied. When my friend and I walked in we asked Nancy for a full set and said NO GEL specially . When it came to us paying she charged us for gel because she said she forgot we didn’t want it and laughed . Plus she was in a hurry doing our nails and expected more because we’re giving her our service and money. Just really disappointed:( won’t ever go back

This is a very warm and inviting salon, the employees are very frendly. I got the ice dancer spa pedicure it felt wonderful. The only bad critique i have is the owner kind of yelled at the nail technician in front of everybody, it made me feel bad because she did such a nice job on my gel nails.

Very unsatisfied.. I Paid for 3 sets of nails. I felt like it was expensive for the job that was done. The owner went back and fourth working on doing mine and my sisters nails. She could not do the design I wanted (marble) so I asked her to change it back to the solid color. The matte was not done right. My sisters nail fell off literally just 12 hours later. My mom was in the pedicure seat for about 2 hours while they traded off doing other people. Plus she had to wait to get her nails done too. Ive never been to this spot before but this would be my last time coming here to spend my money. Im not sure if they only have 2 girls all the time but they should get more help. I would not reccomend to anyone.

Before working at LA Nails I was a client. Nancy has owned this business well over 10 years and she always does a beautiful job! We are a clean friendly nail salon. Mornings and M-Wed are the best times for walk-ins with minimal wait time. I generally handle all of our mani and pedi clients and have 10years of experience.
