So they did my toes good. Hand they were okay. So i go to pay is $55 I give a $5 tip I went to check my account why the hell did I get charged $70!

Rude staff. Not only did the person cough in my face, he also sneezed into his hand and then took hold of my hand! He spent the entire time watching movies on his phone. I went in yesterday and I didnt like the polish color - it was not the color I chose. I decided to go back in today to change the polish. He argued that the samples are faded out. My fault, I should have made him stop after he painted the first nail. I picked a new color and was charged $15 for a polish change. I did not expect it to be free but, that seems a bit much. Too many other places to choose from. I wont be back.

Dien is the best. You have to call ahead for an appointment because he is always booked. My nails last 3 to 4 weeks and they rarely break. They are never too thick and he gets the almond shape just right.

ATTENTION!!! BEWARE!!!!! MY MOM LOST HER BIGTOE NAILS! This is the most diagusting and filthy place. If you value clean and safe services then this is NOT the place to go. My sister and mom have been going there for a while and i was the one who introduced them to the place. I moved. The last time they went, a few months ago, my sister notices that the tubs werent being sanitized between clients and tools were being reused!!!!!!!!! My mom said they always dug too deep and it was painful. Well this time my mom had her 2 big toenails FALL OFF!!!!!!!!!! Obviously from the filthy salon.They need to be shut down. I plan to report them!

Horrible! The lady actually asked me to help her because she was sick and tired my nails were bumpy & crooked & flat. They were rude all of them & lazy but one & go figure hes the only one that had people actually interested in having an appointment with him. They are so embarrassing I actually have to have them fixed & when I asked them to do so no one owned up to it the guy actually tried arguing with me by far the worst experience Ive ever had!

Wow. Ive been there before and have some reaervations, but tonight i was in a pinch. Its been hard to find salons that are good with dipping powder. I called around 10am and made an appointment for 6pmUpon arrival there was a board over the window as it looks like they had a break in and glass was at the window in piles... 1st red flag.Also , there was double the amount of clients than employees.. 2nd red flag.I told them i had an appointment at 6pm (i arrived at 550). She said it would be about :30.....3rd red flagAfter my wait, one lady told the gentleman that i had an appointment...4th... 5th.. 6th.. FLAG! PLAY ON THE FIELD.I guess he was ready to go and they had FULL SCREAMING MATCH... IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS.Im totally ok with them speaking their native tounge, whatever makes it easy but it is already is a hard sounding language and you wanna yell??He swept his station, grabbed his lunch bag and BOUNCED.AND HE WAS THE OWNER!!!The poor lady, who did her fair share of yelling apologized and asked of i wanted to reschedule. I gracefully declined and found another place down the street who did a great job even though they were closing she took me.Now im hime havung a glass of wine trying to decompress. Lordt!!!

HORRIBLE! Service was miserable the gentleman who did my nails was watching YouTube on his phone THE ENTIRE TIME! He kept pitching my skin way lower than the nail because he was to focused on the T.V. than his customer! DO NOT GO HERE!

I personally love this place.. they take their time- so if youre in a rush, go somwhere else. Howver, if you want a decent gel mani pedi for about 60$ this place is my GO-TO. and they do a great job and the polish will last!

I used to like this place but the last time I went there with 2 other friends, they made us wait for a really long time. Then only did 2 of the 3 pedicures before helping another customer who came in after us. The 3rd pedicure was eventually done. None of us were satisfied with the results. The polish wasnt completely covering the toes, the nails were jagged. It seemed like the manicurists were not interested and were being rude to us.
