Linda was amazing and took great care of me during my pedicure. Her gentle demeanor put me to sleep! She had to wake me up lol she was so very sweet and kind, I only wish they had a way we can tip using card, I felt awful not being able to tip her what I wanted because of that issue. Other than that, AMAZING.

Convenient and a typical walk in nail salon. Does offer lots of upgraded services. I amNot certain about the cleansing process of the tools. The tools used on my pedicure did not come out of a seal bag as I’ve seen in other salon that use outstanding sanitizing processes. The. I watched as the tools were just wiped off and put back in the drawers. I don’t have faith all things are as hygienic and could be. But it was a good experience.

Very please with this place. Clean, friendly, well maintained salon. Yes it is a bit on pricey side but the quality is very good. I got the spa pedicure for $31 which is the lowest priced pedicure. Place is recommended! I will be back!

I was looking for a good nail place near by as I don’t get my nails done ever but I got a new job so I wanted to look nice. I made an appointment the day of and actually came late because I got the place mixed up with another salon and they were still able to fit me in being 15 minutes late. They do accept walk-ins. Anyways the lady who did my acrylics, I didn’t catch her name but she did a great job and made sure to ask after each step of this is okay or what I was looking for which was appreciated. I could tell she was a little rushed since a few of the sides of the acrylics next to my cuticles are a little big but not noticeable to anyone but me but I also came late so it’s understandable. I think she did a fantastic job she did exactly what I was looking for, oval shaped French tips. The price was very fair as well, $54 dollars for the set and a gel coating. I will definitely be coming back here again and next time I’ll make sure to tip!

Great work - the snobbiest of snobbiest patrons would come and pick on small things, but these ladies handled it with a smile. Good service!

Today I was pampered! Jenny did a wonderful job on my dip nails. This is my second time with her- very talented. Troy did an excellent pedicure - very good foot massage. Both of them were very professional - we also enjoyed some laughs. It was so nice to come back to Venus and see the nail techs happy and back to work. Thank you see you in a couple weeks!

I got a gel manicure and pedicure. They didn’t put a barrier between the woman in the chair next to me until they came to start my nails about 10 minutes later. I got it on Sunday and on Tuesday one of my nails has already chipped. Also the most strenuous thing I’ve done since getting my nails done was the dishes. The woman doing my nails was very nice. I do not live in Fresno I live in Wawona in Yosemite so spending 100 dollars on a mani pedi that chipped two days later is to say the least extremely disappointing.

Julia performed a fill with gel polish and a spa pedicure with gel polish. She was amazing! I am going to try the Luxury Pedicure next time for a longer massage and extras! Their pedi chairs include a full back massage while you are receiving your service! See you in three weeks!!! 😍 THANK YOU!!

Straight to the point. I got a manicure pedicure combo,one of their technicians cut me with the pinchers in one of my fingers so obviously these girls are not careful enough and the best of all is that I got an infection not even from that cut but from another cut I never noticed in one of my toes during that same manicure pedicure combo. My toe is still swollen and hurts a lot, so thanks to Venus nail spa Im gonna need a visit to the doctors office and Ill need to get antibiotics as well.

Never coming again these employees cut my toe

Customer service is great. always willing to help. Nails are horrible, sloppy and lumpy. I went twice to give them the benefit of the doubt. Was once again disappointed. I have gone there because my regular nail guy cant get me in last minute. But I wont be coming back to Venus.

Horrible nails. If I could give 0 stars I would. My nails were done so thin they popped off within a week. Fungus grew on one of my pinkies because they obviously dont sanitize. They guy that did my nails was pleasent but the some of the other nail ladies there were rude. Thankfully I won a gift card for here because I would be pissed if I had to spend my own money on this place. I still have enough money on my gift card to get my eyebrows waxed but Im scared to try it! Might just pass that up.

They did a really bad job. I paid $25 for the nails I didnt even want which lasted less then a week and were very flimsy. They didnt clean the edges good which caused the nails to come off very soon.

They dont have half of the colors on display... I went though 12 before I said forget it.. I will just paint them myself.. then she painted my toes the wrong color and still tried to charge me for the gel One of my nails was so crooked, I asked her to redo it and she refused.. never going back.
