Terrible nails for a very high price, they didn’t even know how to do a regular pink and white. Worst nails I’ve ever gotten.

My daughter and I went here on May 6th. It was very crowded, which was fine. My daughter got acrylic nails and I got a pedicure. My pedicure was awful!! The lady did not massage my feet nor did she bother to get the dry skin off of my heals or toes. It was $42 and Ive gotten much more for $20 at other salons. My daughters nail set/manicure was also $42. She had a man do hers, he used kids glue and three nails have already come off a week later. She is an adult. Just a horrible experience, both services were EXTREMELY rushed and we did not get what we paid for.

This would have been at least 4 stars, if not for their...higher than LA prices. Competent job, but the last time I paid this much for a pedicure I was in Beverly Hills!

The guy was super nice and friendly, he did an awesome job on my wifes nails. Also wasnt too expensive, great customer service and super friendly staff.

Im highly disappointed in the service I received today. The nail tech seemed to be in a very bad mood with a nonchalant demeanor. She burnt me several times with the electric nail file and proceeded to argue with me about the color I selected for my nails. Im an earth tone kind of gal and when she came over with a fluorescent orange, I immediately indicated, it wasnt the color I selected, She then said, you did select this color and proceeded to walk away with an attitude. I typically tip well at establishments however, I left this place without a tip being rendered.

The lady that did my nails wasn’t that great. I felt she did better with solid colors than the French tip. My French tip was okay, but she didn’t use a clear or pinkish color to cover the nails before applying the white so my nails were lumpy on one side. It was a decent job but I wouldn’t go back. My toe nails were better. She only filed my toe nails on one side and didn’t file the other side. My sister also got her nails done by a different tech and she liked the result. Overall, the job wasn’t as messy as the other place I used to go to.

Danny did sooo great on my nails! Truly appreciate the patients he had with me. He took his time to make sure my hands looked great! Thank you so much Danny! 💙

Did not polish my nails right, cut them slanted ,hurt my toe when filing and the art I asked was not even close to what I wanted . Was my very first time there and my last .Definitely will not go there again .

Got a full set. Almond shape. The environment was nice. Nice people. But the lady doing my nails didn’t seem to care to be there, I had to have her make my nails thicker because she had made them really thin (someone who is experienced should know to make nails thick enough to last and not SNAP off) I had told before the process to make them thicker due to my job, so that way she wouldn’t have to go back, but she didn’t listen and it took a bit longer, she was more worried about everything else, not the customer. So I didn’t tip. Not satisfied with my shape but it will do. It’s not the worst. But some more attentiveness to her customer would be greatly noticed I’m sure, but the rest of the workers seemed to be attending their customers a lot more professionally.

Ive been getting my nails done by Charity for a few months now and she does a great job. Decent prices, right next to a Starbucks and across from fashion fair mall so if you catch them when theyre busy you dont have to wait & be bored.

I have given this place a couple of chances and its last resort emergency type of thing now. I would only go for polish change with a sting face lady again when it is an absolute emergency. One of the girls always has a RBF and is always talking on other coworkers. Its funny that a couple of customers picked that up that day and we do not understand their language. Today was the most recent time I have came to young nails. I do not discredit the man and he may have really been trying idk, but The he managed to cut me and did not make mention of it at all. He also fixed a couple of mistakes I had asked and he was a good sport about it but even after I asked there are several things wrong with my nails and I honestly just wanted to leave as we were approaching the 2 hr mark (with no wait time). With this being such a competitive field they should be on their A GAME. #close to home but rather drive miles to my SPOT. #WE WANT CLEAN CUT NAILS .

I would recommend this place to everyone. Great staff, great out come of hand and feet no matter what you get done and great prices. The gel polish actually stays on your toe nails for a long time. So they have great product. We will be going back for sure. Thank you, have a Blessed Day.

My friend and I went together to get our nails done expecting a nice job done since this place has good reviews, but we shouldve went somewhere else tbh because it was a waste of time and money. The people doing our nails couldnt do the simplest of designs. After showing the lady multiple pics different sets that I was interested in getting, she chose the simplest one and said that she could do it. I dont understand why she said she could do it, if she couldnt, I wouldve just asked her for a full color with no design. My nails came out soooo ugly and I was charged 45. The shape was sloppy and design horrible. I paid just because the lady was nice and got my nails fixed the next day at a different nail salon. My friends nails started to pop off the day after getting them done. I wasnt going to write a bad review until my nails started to pop off yesterday. I got them done at this place last Sunday and they are already popping off?? Never coming here again.

I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. Sam is great! He didnt hurt me at all and my hombre nails are perfect!Because my feet are so ticklish, I only get pedis when absolutely necessary. Ban actually listened to me and I can say its the best pedi Ive ever had. I guess I finally found my spot!!!

The worst experience Ive ever had in a business ever! I had an incident occur where I was physically injured and asked politely to speak with the owner or manager, all employees refused to address the situation at all and would not provide any information on whom to contact about the physical injury that occurred. Outside of this I STILL stayed and PAID $120 for services and within an hour and a half my nails are already chipping. I called and calmly asked when the manage would be in and for their name as I felt I needed to speak with them about the service and treatment that I received today. The man on the phone said no I cant tell you, Im busy, bye, dont call again. I will be calling again as well as reporting to the BBB about this. At no point did I tell or become hostile I was just asking for some documentation as I am 104 pounds and within 20 minutes had a lump and bruise forming on my leg from where the sink originally hit my knee. To be talked about like I was there and being called a liar was so insulting and humiliating Im still shocked that this happened. All I was trying to do was treat my disabled mother to a girls day to make her feel beautiful and she had to listen to people call her daughter a liar as she could see I was in pain. Hands downs the worst experience ever. NOT WORTH GOING HERE EVER! That sink could fall off and hurt someone at any moment! Think of that would have been a child..

I get manicures all the time, very few in Fresno even do a good job. A full set, french, white nail w/clear polish $40!!!!! Gees no hand massage, or water nothing. When i see that its difficult for u to take pride in your work then forget about it. Thumbs down!

I loved it here! I went in wanting matte nails, coffin style and took a picture showing exactly how I wanted it done..and Alanni got it done! She was amaazing and so friendly to talk to the whole time! Make sure to ask for her when you go in. Ill definitely be back!!💓😁

The man who did my nails took over 2 hours. I asked for one thing and got way different. I even showed him a photo of what I wanted. Now its been like 4-5 days and nails are breaking. Worst place ever.

In all honesty, probably the worst mani/pedi Ive ever had. No massage to feet or hands- she asked me to rub the lotion in myself. They were very nice, but it looks terrible. The lady who did my finger filed them down SO short and didnt trim my cuticles. The nails are bumpy and starting to peel (its been 1 day) and the toes have obvious chips/bumps from the guy hitting them when he slid the light in to dry the gel. Hopefully this review saves someone the $60 I paid for basically nothing. It also seemed like they had never been professionally trained (the girl told me she was 19) curious to see whether theyre even licensed.

Worst experience ever with my mani and my pedi!!!!! My pedi she just soaked them in water and filed my nails. Didnt even clean my nails or rub the bottom of my feet. And with my mani they didnt want to do my nails how I wanted them to do them. Once I said I dont like them like that they were in a bitchy ass mood after that and I only wanted pink and white ombre nails😡
