I tried this salon based on the reviews and just like everyone else, I have to say they didnt disappoint. They are a little pricey but definitely worth the investment. I got the First Lady Pedicure which is $48 and comes with a paraffin wax and massage that was everything! They massaged my feet with the wax application and it felt soooo good. I did the hombre gel nails and they came out beautiful. Both of my technicians were males and they killed it! I think I found my new shop. Ill go again and let you know if its the same. I do recommend the First Lady Pedicure for sure! Great work here.

Ive been getting my nails done by them for years, and they never disappoint. Their nails are TOP TIER! Even when I asked for certain designs, they pulled it off. My nails have always looked amazing when I leave, unlike other salons like Aqua, where nails are dependent on the nail tech. Quality and professional service that is, in my opinion, worth the money spent.

This was my first time here. I found great reviews on line and decided to try them. I was NOT disappointed. They were friendly, reasonable and accommodating. Trisha did my new full set of pink and white and it’s the best set of nails I’ve had done. She did exactly as I requested and in a timely manner! Can’t wait to try their pedicures next time!

I heard about this place from a friend and I have been coming here ever since and I recommend all my friends to come here. Trisha is my go to. They are soo nice and greet you by name. They offer cold refreshments which is nice when it’s hot out. Their work is great and you can’t beat the prices.

I usually only get a mani and pedi but I went for a full set for my birthday vacation and they did not disappoint I loved my nails I recommend them to any and everyone very nice and professional people

Helen is a professional and a perfectionist. My gel manicure looks great, cuticles clean and healthy, and the polish lasts for weeks. I highly recommend Helen for manicure services. She’s worth every penny!

Will never go back. I always get French tips white tips. The lady that helped me I told her French manicure white tips she says yes. So I see the white tips and scrolled my phone then after the gluing saw they were regular tips.. when I said something she said she would paint them,, which my question was why.. hotter then sin in there,, she tales an HOUR to file put acrylic on and cut them an HOUR and ee are still not at the paintings process.. 90 dollars later not whata I wanted and finally said just paint them one color.. all the other ladies had there clients in and out my daughter included who had gems put on hers.. I am so disappointed and have nothing good to say.. e and

Van did my pedicure! I got a First Lady pedicure with her and he took his time, he was pretty funny! Its close to my house & Ive never been, but now I will be back!! The service was amazing I felt very well taken care of.

By far the best nail salon I’ve been to in months! It was not packed inside at all very little people. There was a front desk worker I wasn’t able to get her name but she was so polite and welcoming. Helen was the one who did my nails. She didn’t once complain about not being able to do what I wanted or asked for. At first I was unsure of what I wanted but she was able to put something together on my nails that I wouldn’t have even thought of. For what I got done it was cheap and beautiful looking. I would inform people about this salon more then others 😁

Ive been going since they opened. Its been over a year (COVID) since I last had a mani pedi. The place is updated and more organized. Great, caring staff, asalways. They also do waxing. Guys dont be shy...a lot of men come here. The treatments offered are spa quality for a fantastic price.

I usually get my acrylics done somewhere else but was in the area and needed a fill. Helen did my nails and not only did my nails turn out amazing, the service was amazing! Very gracious and kind staff and very clean environment. Helens attention to detail was a big plus for me and I will definitely be returning!

Mai did my fills. She fixed the shape and thickness. Was very kind, courteous and professional. The entire salon was clean and well kept. I feel that I got a good deal considering how much attention to detail there was here. I dont recall the name of the person that did my pedicure but she was very thorough and gentle as well.

Ive gone to First Lady Nails twice and I am 2/2 for being super happy with my nails! I first went to get my nails done and the owner was my technician. She is really nice and does such a great job. I had shown her a picture of what I wanted done, and she delivered exactly what the picture looked like! Ive never really been a girl who always gets her nails done, but its safe to say that Im starting to get hooked on having beautiful nails all the time! Overall Im super happy I went to First Lady Nails from recommendations from my friends and I think its going to be a part of my regular beauty time!

So glad to have found this place! It was my second time back today and I can definitely say it is very clean and all the technicians are very attentive. Technician really pays attention to detail and makes sure to take care of the natural nail. Make sure to bring cash for tip as they only accept tips in cash.

Wow I finally found a great nail salon where they have great customer service and do a great job on my nails! I really enjoyed the fact that it is family owned . They have customers that have been coming there for a long time and I can see why. It was fun getting to order food and have it delivered while I was getting my pedicure. Great experience! I called right when they opened and asked for a noon appointment on a Monday. I just need a shellac manicure and they had me in and out in 30 minutes over my lunch break and the quality of their work did not suffer! Im very happy with my choice of going here.💝

I did make an appointment ahead of time and there was a small wait. Prices are moderate. I paid $70 for a gel manicure, regular pedicure, and a kids manicure and pedicure. Great selection of gel colors. Well organized.

Everyone was very friendly and happy to assist us with getting our nails done for her wedding....very clean...good customer service and tony was awesome! After having a terrible experience Down the highway at elite nails- it was so refreshing to come into natural nails! They were professional, clean, and didnt charge an arm and a leg for a mani/pedi! I rarely get manicures and pedicures usually only twice year since Im a runner and its hopeless to keep my feet pretty and I struggle to grow out my nails because I pick at them a lot. Ive tried gel and it doesnt last as long as they say. The SNS though is great. It really lasts and I grew out my nails! And ya less damaging than gel/shellac, but worth it for me. There arent a ton of color options and they dont always match the samples, but it doesnt take any longer than gel.🎍🎍🎍🎍🎍🎍

Hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to in Fresno! Everyone was extremely friendly and my nails were done perfectly. The salon has a calm atmosphere and all of the staff are super sweet. I am so pleased with the quality of my manicure and the price was very reasonable. This will definitely be my go-to. I can’t recommend this place enough!Heads-up: Google has this place located in the wrong plaza. This nail salon is right around the corner from Save Mart on Nees. If you are taking Lyft or Uber, have them drop you off at Jimmy Johns or Save Mart.

The owners are rude to their staff. Service is below average. However, Becky rocks! If youre lucky enough to get her. Beware, they may have you soak your feet for 30 minutes while you wait. This is only a place to go in a pinch and its cheap.

Never. Again. If 0 stars was an option...went in for a fill and they told me the acrylic was lifting so they needed to do a whole set. Fine. They literally RIPPED OFF my nails and CUT OFF my real nails that I had been growing out so they could put the acrylic tips on. Not even the bad part. THE LADY CUT MY FINGER NAIL AND MADE ME BLEED. She wouldnt let me wash the blood off and instead GLUED a nail on top to stop the bleeding after applying alcohol. Absolutely horrible experience. Save yourself and your hands. Do not go here.
