I have never been to a more helpful rental car shop! The level of customer service went above and beyond. I live 20+ miles away and will make the drive to rent from them everytime. After discussing the reasons for renting a car they helped me to save money on my rental by a lot. Not only were they already cheaper than most, they helped to save even more! Every penny helps these days and the fact that they went out of their way to help was truly amazing! If you need to rent a car this is the BEST place to go!

Fantastic customer service!! Brian was so friendly and efficient. I picked up a Dodge Caravan for a week long trip and it was the quickest rental transaction Ive ever been a part of. The van was pretty dusty so I said to myself oh this ones going to need a bath before we go. Brian heard me and gave me a coupon to go get a free wash. I was happy to go myself so I wouldnt have to wait longer. It was great of him to offer!

It was a great visit at this location. Very helpful and friendly staff. We were out of there in 20 minutes with a nice rental car. Car is very clean. Very happy with their service. Surely visit again in future for any rental needs.

This is the first review Ive ever written, for anything. Brian was an extraordinary individual, the best Rental Car representative Ive ever dealt with. I was in quick need of a rental due to a recent car accident in LA, that compelled me to take a lyft from LA to Fresno and now I needed to get to Lemoore every day for work. He continued working through my much needed extensions and kept the price was reaching unreasonable levels, and always kept a positive, glad to help you type demeanor.

This Hertz location is always great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I make my reservations online, and when I get there everything is ready, and they get me on the road right away. The cars are clean, and if I ever have problems, they take care of them right away.

I rented out a vehicle for about 10 days. The customer service here is phenomenal. They prioritize your needs: find you great cars, great prices , make you feel welcomed, and are always willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs. The management and staff are friendly and hardworking. Also, shout out to Bri/yan for helping me out, he is amazing. He managed my rental process and picked the perfect vehicle for my family. My insurance company sent me here after I was in a car accident and needed a rental car. Hertz treated me great. I got a very nice car, so I could get to my appointments while my car was being repaired.The staff was very professional and friendly. So helpful. The car I got was nice, clean, and reliable.

The process was easy. They guys were great. Go here first before going anywhere else. We will definitely come back.

Worst experience EVER! For started the car I reserved wasnt there. They couldnt get me a car nor did the male workers there provide me with any help or offer me any other cars. Every worker (male) that I spoke too kept telling me that they couldnt help me because they ran out of the vehicle I had reserved after speaking to them I ask the gentleman is there any other vehicle Hertz can offer me and thats when he reply yes. But only a 5 seatter. After I dont remember how many run around and calling serveral times they said they can try and find me a 7 passager. The workers there work lazy and arent helpful or have a good customer services. I would never go back there again. They need to learn to be more polite and provide better service like the airport.

The car smelled like weed when we first got in. But Ithey didnt car if we took it or not. I filled up the gas and drove to drop off the car. And the gas line was just under the full line and they wanted to charge me $10 to put in $2.78 in the car.

Over charged lied to and waited four hours
