I had a very bad experience. Do not recommend, I assume that like most people when you look for a review its to find out if this place is a good place to rent and it is not. the staff was all smiles at the start ,but when they had my card guess what, new charges were made . It doesnt matter if manager says it fine manager in this branch has short term memory loss if it meant more money for them . Very weird condescending vibes like I said in the beginning it was smiles, but after wards even my accent was an issue. The workers and manager wanted me to speak louder and in there words better I was shocking. Over all bad experience

I got an upgrade! I was pleasantly surprised. All the staff was super cool at the. Downtown Tower location. Very cordial and knowledgeable associates. The car was clean and all virus protocols were in place.

The people try to be friendly. they get you in a but the condition of the car is not all that sometimes it can be nasty. I always take and use my own cleaning products to disinfect. I always check the fluid cause I had a car that I had to go find a auto zone to get coolant so the car wouldnt over heat this was in the middle of no where also. but if the car fluid is low if the have it on site they will top off or up grade your car. dont get me wrong I love enterprise I wouldnt rent any where else the are quick and hassle free Ive been a customer for years.

I am the only thing that wasnt really good was the fact that the car was basically on empty when I got it. Other than that it was very good.

The check engine light came on in my rental car, so I called the branch (Redding) I rented from and they recommended I go to the closest branch for them to perform a diagnostic on the issue. So I went to the 1122 N Abbey location in Fresno.The employee at this branch offered me two solutions, first that I go to a pepboys and diagnose their car for them. I refused, so he countered that I should go to another branch at the airport nearby. I was a bit frustrated, and given his reason that there were no cars there for me, I requested if he could see if the other branch had inventory. He refused, and recommended Id call instead.The Airport branch was great when I got there and I was given a different vehicle without engine issues.Ive just never experienced customer service where either its basically solve it yourself or go to another branch.Is it standard practice for enterprise to require customers to diagnose their own check engine light at a pepboys?

Great experience. Fast check in and check out and very nice accommodating staff both on check in and check out. My kids and I LOVED our 2018 Nissian Maxima drive to Arizona. A/C super cold and such a comfy luxury ride.

I dont normally use this location but they had the vehicle I needed so I came here. I made my reservation online. Came in a few mins late to check in. The car was being cleaned so had to wait about 15-20mins before leaving the lot. Other than the short wait for the vehicle, customer service was excellent. Dropping off the vehicle was a breeze, as I was in and out in about 5 mins.

Was good untill i walked in and spoke with a rude employee, im no different then everybody else i eat, drink, sleep, just like you guys.

I used the app to pick and reserve the car I wanted. Many choices to choose from. When I went to pick up the car, service was quick and friendly. The car was in good condition almost brand new. Will definitely be a long term customer

Ebony the “Branch Manager” who made us very aware of her title that we don’t give to cents about is condescending and downright rude. The employees were promising a discount because the car we had, had a tire pressure warning on, and they let us leave with it but the new car also had the same warning message.There was a lot of back-and-forth between the employees and the managers and each one of them said different things they promised us a different price and try to charge us a lot more once we spoke to Ebony the careless “branch manager.” We let her know that her employees promised us a discount and a different price when we took the car and that she became irate and very rude and condescending and let us know that she was the branch manager and she personally said something different. Bottom line is train your employees to know what they’re talking about and not a promise customers things that they can hold two if you are the branch manager which is so proudly display train your employees to do the right thing and know their job correctly.

Reserved a full size car for a few days while in town for work. I got a very nice and clean 2020 Chevy Malibu with only 2,000 miles on it. I was very pleased with the condition of the car and courtesy of the staff. Would definitely go to this location again!

I’ve rented from the Abby Ave Enterprise in Fresno about 7-8 times over the past year. There are plenty of other locations in town, and I’ve rented from many of them. While the customer service is good everywhere I’ve been, the Abby location is superior. The staff is always personable and professional. Even when they’re swamped, they take time to acknowledge each customer and are respectful of their customers’ valuable time. Each car I’ve rented has been clean, well maintained, and has run great. Enterprise locations in Fresno always have the best rates, and I’m willing to bet, have the overall best customer service as well.

The local branch up graded our auto at no cost to us which was nice! The car drove well with no problems they worked with us on pick up and drop off times. Overall a very nice experience.Thank you to Greg and the team at Enterprise on Abby, in Fresno!greg smith!

I love enterprise they are reasonable and you earn points that u can use towards your rental days ..I had 1700 rented car fri until tues paid 69$ plus deposit 200 but got my 200 back..Jason is my favorite person hes a great manager met him at the willow. And shaw one but now followed him to abby enterprise. Only because he knows pretty much what i like..everyone is nice and calm..SO IF YOUR READING THIS I ADVISE YALL TO CHECK IT OUT I BE GETTING NICE WHIPS

Enterprise, the car rental place that picks you up. My experience with them was great. The only negative things were you had to give phone numbers of at least 3 people to rent the car. Also, because I paid with a debit card attached to my bank account and not a major credit card, I had to provide proof of income and show my electric bill. Overall, though, I had a good experience. The car was clean and rates were reasonable -- even for insurance.

I can truly say the customer service is excellent there! Ive never had any problems with them. They really take care of me and my family when we need to. Just recently got a rental over the weekend and they were out of cars, but tried their best to accommodate me. I ended up with a truck! I was very pleased how it was handled. PJ was awesome!! Quite happy with the rented car n the staffs. The only thing which need to be improved is the car should be checked for safety before renting out. The car which i rented actually has problem with the wiper blade which was not locked or not in wiping condition. Luckily there was no rain during the 1 week rental period. Once switch on , the wiper blade just thrown out if its wiper socket / connector.

Everyone was very helpful. My only down side was the amount of time it took because the cars werent checked out prior to rental. This caused me to wait an hour to get the car assigned for me. Would encourage the staff to make sure cars were checked before they were being picked up. Mine needed a tire fixed. If it had been started prior to my arrival they would have seen the warning light. Otherwise I would have given a 5.

Didn’t have the vehicle class I prepaid for but was willing to accommodate. Only real complaint is on the cleanliness of the vehicle. The windshield had haze on the inside making it difficult to see when the sun hit it.

We rented a car in September to drive to LA and back. From the moment we arrived at the office on Abby, a customer service rep responded right away to helping us to get the best car for our needs. We received great customer service. Most of the time when we go into a business, customers are required to wait while reps are on the phone or computer doing other things. Sometimes I feel like I am invisible by the treatment I receive. Not so at the Enterprise on Abby. They made us feel welcome. They were very professional. I just wish more businesses would treat customers in the same manner as Enterprise on Abby treated my husband and I.It was a great experience and I look forward to renting a car there in the future.(The car we rented was top notch also)Thanks, Enterprise!

Very not welcoming, walked in with no greetings or nothing, & no help was offer. Waited for a good 10 mins, & then someone walked in & they greeted her & automatically helped her. Never again :)

By far the worst enterprise manager I’ve ever had the unfortunate of interacting with. So unprofessional so unhelpful and just all around a very negative woman. If all other enterprises are closed within a 2 hour radius , and you’re forced to use this enterprise please be careful dealing with the manager ebony, she shouldn’t even be allowed to work in a McDonald’s how rude she acts . I don’t know who or how she got hired as a manager but enterprise needs to really consider letting her go, they lost my business three days ago for good because of her i can only imagine how many other’s business her poor attitude and lack of professionalism she’s costing the company.

They were very busy but great at multitasking and got us all out very quickly. The staff was friendly and professional. Once I rented a van that had a difficult Bluetooth system and the salesman connected my phone for me. I will definitely come back.

My family and I have been renting cars from this location for a long time now. Every time is a pleasant experience, they take care of us and sometimes even throwing in a free vehicle upgrade which is always nice. The last time the manager (I didnt get his name unfortunately ) hooked us up and made us feel like valuable customers. This location compared to the others is the best.

Two experiences here and I was overcharged both times. I think its an issue with corprate and their business model and not necessarily the staff but cmon enterprise - stop ripping people off.

Went to check in early around 9am and had to wait an hour for our car to get cleaned. We were told itll take 15 minutes for our car. After about 30 min the One who helped us check in told us itll be another 15 because the guy havent got to our car yet. We got our car around 10:20am. Many people who came in after us even got their rental first. Good service but the wait was too long.

I rent both commercial and personal vehicles here. The managers are the best darn people on the planet!! Good job enterprise for hiring these fantastic people!! I was going other places now i will gladly go out of my way just to go to this location!!

Not accommodating at all. Waste of my time

My experience at this Enterprise location was decent. I was able to pick up and drop off my rental in no time, but the customer service was lackluster. The representatives weren’t disrespectful but they weren’t pleasant either. I have had better experiences at other Enterprise locations. Mostly because the customer service was AMAZING and they offered Uber rides when their staff was too short to “pick you up” (as their slogan promises). This location did not offer so much as an apology for not being able to accomodate me. As much as I love Enterprise, I don’t think that I will be returning to this location.

Second time getting a vehicle from the Blackstone store. Good service, and clean nice vehicles both times.

It was busy when I went to pick up AND drop off my rental but the staff did their best to tend to customers as quick as possible all while keeping a pleasant demeanor. This is my second time renting from this location. I would definitely rent from them again.

This Enterprise is very bad to people who dont use credit cards. They have you put down a HUGE deposit just to rent a car for the day. They also want to see check stubbs and a bill! We wanted to rent a car twice per month just to go out of town for a day but the huge deposit makes it too far out of reach for us. I know first hand that the Enterprise Rentals in NJ and NY dont do this and they actually respect their customers.

It is a smaller Enterprise, but all of their employees are really great. I have never had any problems. I like this location because it is close to where I live. Its great!

Customer service is totally lacking!

I always have a great experience at the N Abby office. The staff are all very friendly and efficient, and they take a lot of care in finding me the right car for each trip I take. I rent from them often, and plan to continue to rent from them for all of my travel.

I love the customer service at the cart Enterprise on Abby in Fresno California. There customer service is phenomenal. I am a member of their Rent-A-Car plus program. It is very rarely that I go and have an issue or problem. In where there is a problem they do their best to solve it.

Very nice. They picked me up from my hotel and brought me to the rental location. Then they gave me a ride to my destination when I returned the rental car.

Rented a vehicle last weekend accompanied by my son and brother-n-law . We were assisted by a trainee. While in the process of signing the agreement, we looked around for any damages. The employee insisted that small scratches and dents were not noted. The vehicle had numerous scratches and dents which were not noted on my receipt. However, there was a visual scratch on the passenger side of the vehicle approximately 12 to 14 inches long. My receipt was noted and described as SCRATCH ON PASSENGER when returning the vehicle, I was charged for that scratch and was not refunded my deposit despite that fact that the trainee had noted it down on the receipt. I made several attempts to dispute the damage I was charged for with no success. Mat, the General Manager indicated that the wording on the receipt was vague. I Had been a loyal customer until then. Be on the Lookout! They might get you too!!!!!!! If considering to rent a vehicle from Enterprises, take pictures before driving out of the lot. This shall help people be safe and not charged for existing damages.
