I had my son (Josh Booth) take my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in for service 9/23/21 everyone was very polite and greeted us waved us in no wait, things are going great had the oil change done they made several recommendations and we were on our way, less then 1 miles down the road on Fall Hill Ave I heard a sound that was not there when I took my car in, I drove the few miles home and called my son in law and explained what was going on he told me to check the receipt maybe they put the wrong oil in, I told him it was synthetic 20 oil he said all good there, He told me not to drive it and he would check it when he got off work. He came over and checked the oil filter, the oil filter was not on properly installed the air filter had not been installed properly and the top not secured there had also been a large amount of oil spilled inside the engine area that had to be cleaned, What a disappointment after reading so many good reviews, they were not busy when We arrived as we were the only vehicle there in bay 1 bay 2 was empty and bay 3 was blocked off so I am not sure what happened except maybe under trained /lack of experience.

Been here twice and every time i go there they dont have oil or oil filter why even are you in businessYou never have anythingFor the record i sit there for 45 min and then u tell meYou dont have the oilI do not reccomend this business

Went in for a quick oil change. There was a bit of a wait (appx 20mn) before it was my turn because there were two cars ahead of me. In addition to the oil change the guys checked the tires, battery, serpentine belt and all fluids. They also replaced the air filter. Overall my visit cost me $79. The team here is friendly, active and competent, Ill come again.

Great place to get an oil change! I love it and prefer it over any other place Ive ever been. You get to stay in your car while they preform your oil change and its very fast, 15 minutes or less. They have a screen and cameras so you can see whats going on the whole time from the comfort of your vehicle. The staff is very polite and friendly. You can usually find a Groupon for oil changes, just make sure to check the locations.

Super quick and easy! They checked my signals and tires while I was waiting. When you pull in they have a screen with cameras showing your vehicle and the pit underneath so you can see what is going on as they work. I absolutely loved being able to stay in my vehicle. They did not make me feel bad about my lack of vehicle knowledge. It took just under 12 minutes from when I pulled into the bay for them to finish. They did not rush, they had a good workflow and worked as a team so I did not feel they were trying to push me out. I would 100% come here again!

We use this place regularly for oil changes. We have to drive quite a way to get here though. Today they turned us away 1 hour before closing time. The guy just waved his hand across his throat and said he wasnt doing anymore oil changes today... we wont be using them anymore.

I was recommended by my dad yesterday to come here and I see why! I just moved here for college and I don’t know much about cars but Canaan helped me out so much! Such a sweet wholesome guy! I got my oil changed as well as a fuel cleaner.

The first time I got a oil change they left my hood up on my Nissan today I got a oil change on a different Nissan that I own and they forgot to reset my button

I have had bad experiences with quick oil change establishments (Jiffy Lube), so I was hesistant to try it. I am glad i did though because not only was the service quick and convenient, but the staff was very friendly and not pushy at all. You are not pressured into having any additional services completed, all while never having to leave your vehicle. Give them a try.

Service was great, fast & efficient! Location is very convenient. They check air in tires, all lights, battery, etc... I think the price of $45 for conventional oil change is a bit high. Had a $10 coupon & an additional $5 at a 1st time customer. So $30 is more in line to what I was used to at the dealership in Louisville, Ky.I will definitely go back, especially if I have coupons.

They beat jiffy lubes base price for an oil change on my old lexus. courteous staff and good teamwork going on w their crew. A+

I always take forever to go and get a oil change because the wait and the fact the kids get antsy in the car . Today I went in to this location Nate was amazing assuring an polite felt as if u knew him personally , Zachary was super quiet an fast if it wasn’t for the camera screen you would never think he was at the bottom . Dylan was super vivid about every move he made under the hood , Austin brought me my receipt he reset my Warning light fast and easy . I needed an oil change and had a coupon. Normally i perform this task myself, but its becoming increasingly cubersome from a time/effort standpoint. Pricing was competitive with others, staff was friendly and attentive. Work was done quickly. In light of social distancing, I never left my vehicle. 10/10, will take my other vehicles in for oil changes.

Different experience with a drive through oil change. Some services not available due to covid-19, but Im open to a return visit.

I noticed my truck was leaking oil on my driveway, so I decided to take my truck to the Valvoline service Center. I pulled into the bay and they checked the oil filter and said it was loose (last oil change was done by the dealer). They tightened the filter and would not let me pay for the service. Wow, what a great expierence! I highly recommend this place!

Ive tried other places before finding Valvoline, and this location is the only place I will go now to take my car to for an oil change. First off, I have a fleet leased vehicle so thats kinda hard to deal with so the staff was more than nice, respectful, polite, all around good people but im concerned if everything was properly executed , but when I got home I checked the oil and it was right so I can not complain to much, little oil on parts that shouldnt have any oil but all in all good job, just clean up little better, thanks vavoline

I went to get an oil change and they found a problem with my axle. I was shocked to find but pleased if they go Far and Beyond just whats asked. We for the part, went back and they finished within 2-3 hours, and I was back in business by noon. A+
