Went to tires plus today for an oil change. As always they are professional and just all around a nice company to deal with. I have been going to them for a long time and I will continue going there. I like a company you can trust. Love those guys.!!!!!!!

Very reliable, clean and efficient. Have taken all of my vehicles there for years. Tried other mechanics whenever there is a special but Tires Plus will accept competitors coupons. Joe, is who I usually deal with at this location. He keeps me updated whenever a special is upcoming based on my needs but all other service managers are helpful as well. Never had a bad experience!

A garage/autoshop open on Sunday?!?! I got a flat the evening before. Jacob was able to get me in and quickly got me back on the road.

I am very pleased with the service done on my car. I can now drive with ease. The employees are very pleasant, and they make you feel that they are really concerned about you and your vehicle.

Fantastic and quick service. My car had an unfortunate flat / runflat tire on 95 nearby. Pulled in and Russ helped me from start to finish - terrific customer service, friendly to me and all who came in. He even found the normally rare tire size and type I needed and had me back on the road safely within a very reasonable time. Ive been driving all over the States and the world for decades and its rare to find service like this, especially when youre in a bind. Great job, Tires Plus.

I’ve been coming to tires plus since my first vehicle. 5 cars later and I’m still bringing my cars here for all our tire needs. Joe the manager at the location continues to provide exceptional customer service which leaves me feeling like family everytime. Grade A customer service, Grade A tires. I vote Joe for district manager!

This location does not uphold the same standard as the one in Stafford, Virginia. I love the company but after coming here 2 visits I am not happy with the customer service. First, they do the bare minimum and then try to upsell on smaller jobs. I came in with a suspension problem and asked them to diagnose it for me and that I also had a fan sound dealing with suspension. They only checked the fan sound and nothing else. They also noted some other minor issues but now that I’m driving my car they failed to mention I will need brake pads/rotors. I was not told I now have an ABS light on that was not on before I drove in for repairs. I would rather drive the extra miles to Stafford then to go here again.

Been going here for 8 years. A guy named Gary use to run the place, hes retired now. New management is all about upselling and price gouging. My passenger front window wasnt rolling up. I took the car there and got a call saying I needed a regulator and window motor. They said they were going to charge 560.00 for labor and installation. They said the parts were going to be 400 alone. I found the entire assembly for 80 bucks. Changing garages after 8 years.

Great service. Bought some tires back in September and one started losing pressure. Took it in and they found it was a nail but patched it up for free even though Im pretty sure they didnt have to.

I had a flat last night on a trip down to Norfolk, and I took my car in this morning to get a new tire. I dealt with Gary, who is kind and professional. The whole tire change took less than half an hour, and at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this shop

Another flat tire this morning!The last time I came here about 2 years ago, I had a flat tire. Again, this morning when I went to leave for work, I saw the low tire and the pressure light was on. I have run flats and went directly to Tires Plus. They were able to fit me in, transfer the tire I needed from another store, and get the tire on within a very short time frame. Gary works hard to get you out of the shop asap and is honest and professional. He explained how I could drive to a competitors store, who had the tire I needed, and get the work done there or wait for 30 minutes for him to get it. I chose to wait. He also let me know that my tire had a warranty on it and I would not have to pay the full price of the tire, which would have been $223. Gary and his store has always treated me fair and honest. I will ONLY go to them for tires now.

Friendly staff. They make it easier to find the best deal for your vehicle. They will mount and balance tires purchased elsewhere.

We had our first visit to Tires Plus today and it was great! Besides replacing our two tires in our truck in a timely manner (and with a nice discount) they also helped us with some other non tire related items. On the same truck the battery went wonky so they tested out the starter and charging system free of charge. That gave us what we needed so we could get our under warrant battery replaced just a few doors down from their shop. No charge. Also, they checked out a cooling issue on our other car that also decided it was a perfect day to over heat as we were driving back to go pickup our truck. Talk about bad luck on the same day. Anyhow, Ryan, a super friendly employee at the desk, showed me how to get to the radiator (Its not exposed when you open the hood) and we filled her up to the rim. After that great assist by the Tires Plus team all was great with both vehicles and all we paid for were the awesome new tires. They have gained two new loyal customers. Great job by Tires Plus!

I love this place, as a female its scary going to places for car maintenance. Ive been going here for regular maintenance on my Sonata for about 2 years and I love the atmosphere. To the point I have brought my cars in and asked for service they have on more than one occasion told me I would be wasting my money because the vehicle did not need the service I was requesting, I highly recommend them to not only my family but all my friends as well. Best shop experience ever. I will be back for all my service needs just due to the great guys that work there. My wife had bought tires there that were 40,000 mile tires. They happened to wear out in 20,000 miles for no apparent reason. They checked over the car and did not find any reason for these tires to be gone in 20,000 miles so he upheld the warranty with no problems at all. I was expecting a battle as usual but not here. Stand up strait up guys. much appreciated!

Unbelievable!! We will never refer our friends here again. What a disappointment. They wanted to charge 700 DOLLARS FOR A FRONT BRAKE JOB. It would include pads, rotors and one caliper. A fair price would be 250 for parts-300 for labor. Who is the owner of this store? Does he know? Ill tell everyone I know and see.

A great place for tires, oil, fluids, and air filters, with great prices. Anything more complicated than that, go to your local independent full service shop or the dealer. Regardless, what they do well, they do well. Im sure weve all read the viral Jiffy Lube and Pep Boys horror stories and experienced some of our own, so I was prepared for the worst from any national tire and lube chain, but so far Tires Plus has been completely on the up and up. Id definitely recommend them if your local guy isnt similar in price. Also, the wifi in the waiting room works, which is a rarity in this industry. Not that you should care about that more than your car, and you probably have a smart phone with data anyway, but its a nice bonus.

Do not trust this shop. State inspectors will tell you that your ball joints, steering rack, or struts are bad to make a big sale. I left with a rejection sticker and went to a reputable shop and got my truck inspected without the fictitious high dollar repair. Do not trust this shop.

Beware of these guys. I only used this shop because I had a coupon - Big Mistake. They failed my truck on a state inspection for worn tie rods. I took it straight to Little Tire and they said my truck was fine and it passed state inspection.

Well only inspect your car when its convenient for them and will make up hours of when they can do it so they dont have to do it

I brought my vehicle in for a problem that they later told me I didnt have. They apologized for my wait and didnt charge me. Honest people here.

My car was in limp mode. They repaired and charged me a fair price.

Dude at the counter...big beard, tattoos...has no customer service. He neglected to tell me that the 24.99 shop special was a better deal than the 20% coupon I had. So he took my coupon and told me it was gonna be $31.00...20 % off of $40. No no no a good customer service associate would inform the customer that the special is a better deal and would advise me to keep the coupon. I also asked him if they could just visually inspect my brakes and let me know if my rotors might need to be replaced when I come in for a brake job he pauses and says so basically I can do a full car inspection and thatll be $21.99. My girlfriend had 4 tires installed here spending $500+ and couldnt get out of the door with out this same dude pushing every service under the sun on her to spend more money. Now, in my opinion its obvious this place doesnt care about customers and is just out to make as much money off of you as they can. I wont be coming back here.Oh btw Im sitting here listening to him talk to another customer and the customer had work done recently and something is wrong with the tires and he wants them checked. Same dude :thatll be $21.99 ...awesome service.
