Great communication and are usually very busy, but they did a great job with my vehicle plus helped me with a U-Haul reservation.

Why have an appointment for 11:30 and the car is not touched at 12:40 when you know people are waiting. Really poor communication.

The tire prices are good and the people who work here are very polite and anxious to help you. I am very satisfied with the work Ive had done and will continue to be a customer:)

So I’m new in town and I rented a Uhaul from this place to move. That went well. Then about a month ago I tried to get my car inspected and that didn’t happen because apparently they have a staffing issue like everyone else in town due to the high cost of living. Fine. Two days ago I take my car there because the brakes are so loud and need replaced bad, I called around and they were the only ones who could fit me in the next day. I’m told to drop my car off at 12 and it would take about 2 hours. I call 2 hours later and the front man (Will, very nice and I know none of this is his fault or anything he can control) tells me what I already know... front brakes and rotors. It’s already been the 2 hours but i don’t care as long as I get it by the end of the day. They close at 5. I get a call at 4:50ish from Will telling me the mechanic left at half a day, leaving my car half finished. Can I come get it tomorrow? I said “doesn’t sound like I have a choice”. Who leaves half way through a brake job, mid-day so I can’t use my car at all and then I am not even told about it until they are closing and I need my car to pick up my daughter. Again we are new in town and I don’t know people to help me with rides. I was nice and understanding.I finally go to pick up my car the next day around 10am. They wouldn’t give me a discount, said they would give me one on my back brakes. They had fixed my front brakes knowing it wasn’t going to help the sound but didn’t tell me. After I drive off I of course I hear the sound again. I read over my invoice to see they had charged me for premium ceramic brakes which I don’t need, I don’t live in the mountains. That should have been an upgrade choice. I spent $:300 for them not to address the problem, do it In in any reasonable manner snd the price he quoted for the back brakes is not a “deal” anyway. Seems like some food people there but I’ll never risk my taking my car there again. I’ll work on it myself. Bottom line. 300$, 2’days later snd my car sounds the same.

I stopped by this facility because we were getting tire pressure warnings from our rental car. They took very good care of me and were pretty prompt about it as they had 3-4 other customers also sitting around. I thank them for their attention and concern and heartily recommend them to others for service.

Auto was in for tire rotation. Sign on door stating in BIG LETTERS MASKS ARE REQUIRED. Including Nathan at service counter, there were five rather senior adults ALL with masks on. Two young adults came in WITHOUT masks and sat down in the waiting room with everyone around them masked. I took it upon myself to inform them of the mask policy stated on the door sign, with some grumbling was I the owner they exited and went outside. NATHANS RESPONSIBILITY IS TO SEE THAT THE MASK REQUIREMENT IS ENFORCED.

This place is under new ownership, any good review was probably a tire change. I personally know 4 people David Tanner has done wrong in one way or another. His work is sub par at best, and he stands behind nothing he sells. He doesnt answer BBB complaints, if you read the rest of his reviews Im sure you can find a much better place to do business.

OMG on our way back from Abilene we got a flat tire in the middle of the night and no one was open had to stay overnight hoping wed find something opened.Called around and found Express tire&brake they were very professional, friendly and reasonable. Greatly recommended.

A friend referred me to come here, she was right! These guys are friendly, attentive, timely and have reasonable prices. They gave honest assessments of my car and when I should anticipate future larger maintenance jobs so I wont be shocked at the next visit. Ill be back!

This Uniroyal auto shop provided great service for me this morning, when I came in right as they opened. I had an issue with the undercarriage of my tire, and they fixed it in five minutes and didnt charge me anything! Thank you so much for letting us keep on schedule for our road trip.

My dad had purchased a new set of Michelin tires for his Dodge. He wanted to stay local so he went here. He purchased the extended warranty on all four tires. He had a blow out and it was about a year later. The owner would not stand by the warranty. It’s a shame too. You try to go local and someone like this pushes you back towards the big corporations.

This place is the biggest rip off in town with the worst service! Im a born and raised local and Im usually all about supporting our local businesses and realizing were small town and people are people. After SEVERAL bad experiences with this place I thought Id finally write a review about my dissatisfaction. First, since Im a woman, they think they can take advantage of me supposedly not knowing crap about vehicles. Well I sure caught on a while back when they tried to charge me $10 more for an inspection than the listed price! I brought my husband in and they were tripping all over themselves trying to cover their butts and apologize. That was a while back though.Just last week, my husband took a trailer tire in to get repaired. The guy tried overcharging him and wouldnt budge on the price. He ended up calling the manager over who agreed with the posted price and told the cashier guy he was in the wrong. Then, the cashier tried to keep $25 change and we had to fight with him over how much money we gave him!Just today, we had another situation thats really the last straw with this business! My husband just bought an old trailer from a friend for dirt cheap and limped it 15 miles into town on a flat to the closest place- which unfortunately was this place. Once he got there, the exact same cashier as last time said they dont deal with those types of tires and nobody in town does. so were just SOL and refused to do business with us. I called 7 Day Tire across town and they said- Sure! Come on in! So, on the way over there, the flat tire we made all the way into town on blew and we got stuck on the side of the road. We had to temporarily abandon the trailer and go buy a $50 specialty wrench to get the tire off and take it over to good old 7 Day Tire who happily helped us out and will be getting our regular business from now on! .My husband has several trailers, boats and vehicles and is somewhat of a fanatic about having quality tires. Hes constantly getting tires replaced, fixed, remounted etc. Express Tire has officially lost our business until they reconsider some of their employees they have in there! I guess well be taking our business across town to 7 day from now on!

Had a low tire pressure dash light that would not go off. Read up on the manual, checked YouTube videos and googled. Nothing helped. Scott was there with a machine and checked the automatic tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) at each tire. Then he got into the vehicles master control and was able to clear the fault. I asked him how much it was and he said there was no charge. After spenting 10-15 minutes with me I said theres nothing free in this world. Hard to believe! I gave him five dollars to have a beer. It was hot. Great job & outstanding service. Highly recommend business.

David Tanner owner, sold us a car for 4000.00 that started blowing all the transmission fluid before we drove 100 miles, he refused to help in anyway. I know the good reviews are probably from the previous owner.

They ruined my vehicle.Days back I paid over $555.00 to have my water pump replaced and the timing belt. This is what they told me I needed. Then after not hearing back, I called and they said my car was ready. I picked it up at their closing time which I later realized was intentional. I got less then a mile away and knew something was very wrong. I went to shift (2005 Dodge Neon/ Standard) and the engine revved up but there was suddenly little to no power to the wheels!! I was shocked as this was a brand new issue!! As I was closer to home then the shop I quickly parked it and called.Information of note to add is that the mechanic had admitted that he had had left my engine running all day to look for a leak!! In one hundred plus degree weather!The owner did not come to the phone so I brought it in first thing in the morning. It took me three times as long as my car had little to no power.Their response was unconscionable and shocking: They handed me a $670.00++ estimate to fix my clutch!! The car had been in their possession the entire time yet they accept zero fault!!They have ruined my car and now want more money to fix it!!From the onset I was crystal clear with my expectations. When I handed over my keys I stated that my car must be issue free/ working perfectly as I was giving them 3 months of savings that had been intended for my sons September Army Cavalry Scout graduation ceremony. There were 4 people waiting there in the lobby who heard all of this.My son was the one who insisted I use that money to fix my car as he is that selfless.The shop then assured me again when I reiterated this expectation in telling me that my vehicle had been inspected top to bottom.So now I am out over $550.00, my car does not work and I cannot attend my sons Army graduation!!This is a cruel, unimaginable act. I am also disabled from a motorcycle wreck so now I have no means of transportation indefinitely and am all but home bound.I am praying that anyone with any ideas that Ive not yet explored to solve this will post a response.I am in complete shock and heartsick.Thank you and God Bless.****THEY OPENLY IGNORED THE CASE BROUGHT AGAINST THEM BY THE BBB. They repeatedly take advantage of countless and do not care. They charge hundreds of dollars, ruin a car and dont care. They handed me another estimate at over $650 for WHAT they did. As a former investigator for the State of Arizonas Attorney Generals Office I will use my years of experience and training to seek retribution and to close this operation down. Place is an absolute waste of time nothing like the guy, only one in the place, already in a bad mood, taking my keys and just setting them up behind the desk without giving me any time indication on how long itll be nor anything else, while answering a call on the phone. Once done with the call, slams the door opening up into the shop and working on another persons car. Note myself and one other person were there. They need another staff member... Ill take my chances and fill up the spare tire with air up the road.
