I drive from the southern part of Spotsylvania just to use this shop. Having access to wholesale parts cost and projected labor hours, I have found that this shop is honest in its pricing and they do quality work. They wont tell you that little things needs fixed unless it is or will become critical. They will mention it and then leave it up to you to decide. The last time I took my truck in, they drove it to another shop to fix a specialty item, and then brought it back to finish the rest, rather then tell me the specialty issue was my problem. One stop, one bill, turn key work.

This shop has some of the best mechanics in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Especially Lupe! He is one of the most honest mechanics I have ever met. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of foreign and domestic automobiles. I have recommended him to family and friends... and everyone has been pleased.

These guys went the extra distance for us to find parts for a wheel bearing on our trailer ON A SATURDAY as we were on VACATION trying to get down to Virginia Beach. Cant say enough about how much we appreciate them and getting us back on the road! Fair priced also!! And on a SATURDAY.

Omg!!! They are THE BEST!! Fair prices, they dont nickle and dime you for every little thing. They literally put a new motor in my car, and fixed other issues it was having to get it back to state inspection condition and I was charged less than I was charged when I took my car to Adam Auto Collision to get a bumper repair.!! The guys are friendly, down to earth, and transparent with you. It felt like I took my car to friends not just business men. They werent too relaxed to the point of unprofessional at all. They just have a great welcoming personality. They did better than expected on my car. They kept me updated throughout the process, they made sure I was going to be safe. I really cant thank them enough. I would have given them 10 stars if I could. I 1000% recommend them. I know I will be using them from now on for all my families vehicles, without hesitation.

Lupe and his employees are reliable and honest. Lupe, the owner, called me to update me about my car and was elaborate on my cars needs. I drove an hour and 40 mins to get to his shop and let me tell you, it’s so worth it!

I USED TO TAKE MY CAR TO DOC AUTO THE OTHER DAY I TOOK MY CAR FOR SAFETY INSPECTION THEY HAD MY CAR ALL DAY THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED ROTORS AND BRAKES THEY WANTED $1110 I AGREE BUT THEY NEVER DID THE JOB SO NEXT MORNING I CALLED HOT WHEELS I TOOK MY CAR AT 10 AM AND LUPE CALLED ME AT 3 PM TELLING IT WAS READY I CAN TELL YOU THAT I AM GLAD DOC NEVER DID THE JOB BECAUSE I SAVED MY SELF A LOT OF MONEY THANKS HOT WHEELS.
