This team was incredible and the overall customer service was like no other I experienced before (they are about earning customer trust). They stand behind their word and assisted me in make up for the poor customer support provided by a car dealer that would not assist with the tire issues on my one-year old vehicle. My family and I were traveling on vacation when we had a flat due to a nail at 3:30. Having just bought tires a year ago with road hazard, I called the nearest shop - Fredricksburg - to see if they offered roadside assistance. This store in particular does not; however, the manager said they closed at 5 and he would be there till 5:30 to get it taken care of if we could get it there. I rushed to put the donut on our van and began down the road at 4:30. With the crazy traffic at the time, it was an estimated 45 minute drive. We pulled into the store at 5:07 and I saw all the garage bays closed and chained up - I thought we had missed everyone. I tried the front door and it was unlocked. The manager and the technicians were discussing the days work and closing up - I went around the corner and waived to them, and explained what had happened. Two technicians immediately came out and began working on the tire. It could not be repaired or patched, but they had another one in stock under the road hazard coverage. The two technicians, front desk clerk, and manager all stayed late to replace our tire so that we could make the last 150 miles to our vacation destination.The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and just plain helpful. They never once acted as though I was an inconvenience for coming in after hours and they rushed to get me back on the road. They said they would hate to be traveling and have this happen to them, so they wanted to get it fixed for us. If I lived anywhere near this tire shop - I would ONLY buy from them for the wonderful and friendly service they provided when I NEEDED it and they didn’t have to provide it.

Best automobile repair experience ever! I was greeted at the door by Heather and setup immediately for service to my vehicle. She was very thorough in assisting me and giving me a time frame the vehicle would be worked on. Upon coming back to pick the vehicle up after repair I was greeted by Joshua after entering. He was very helpful and speedy getting the bill paid for and getting me back into my vehicle. Seriously the whole experience has been the best with these two help getting me along my way! Really nice folks but slow on installing tires

Josh helped me with my check engine light on the Chevy Colorado did not start regularly after fill up and I had to give it gas to start. immediately the truck was inspected and diagnosed that the purge valve was not working properly the part came in and was fixed all in the same day. Not only was Josh quick but kind respectful and very helpful. Thank you Josh and good year!

I had a simple yet scary car trouble today. My dashboard had the “flat tire” indicator light on.I got off 95 when I noticed the indicator light. As I veered onto Rt. 17, I pulled into a Wawa to get air in my tire. Strange, their air pump took air out of my tire! I drove on and found another Wawa, added air but the indicator light stayed on. I was afraid since I still had another 50 miles to get home.Luckily, I saw Goodyear Tire... 3 “angels” were working and calmed my nerves. All 3 angels played a part in assisting me. They double checked the air pressure in all my tires and explained that the indicator light might not turn off immediately. But within 20-30 miles it should go off.Bingo! By the time I got to the 630 exit, the light went off.The peace of mind that I had to tackle 95 North during Sunday rush hour was satisfying. Thank you for helping me.You are true angels. I highly recommend this place let me start by saying josh is absolutely amazing he deserves a raise!!! Came in because I had a bullet in my f-150 tire got my 2 back tires replaced and an alignment the prices are outstanding would highly recommend coming here got me out in a matter of no time!

I came in at the start of the new year for a much needed brake-inspection after I started hearing a loud rattling sound when braking in my 2000 Toyota Camry. Unfortunately this started happening immediately after getting the back brakes replaced (shoes/drums/hardware) by another service provider. Josh was extremely empathetic of my situation and was determined to address the issue while making sure to provide me the best price. After a long diagnostic process, it was determined they were going to have to completely re-do the back brake replacement since the previous job had been done incorrectly. Josh explained the situation and gave his personal recommendation as a fellow consumer rather than as a salesman. He even wrote up a full report on what the technicians discovered so that I could go back to the original provider and request a refund, and he offered to speak with them himself if needed. Overall phenomenal customer service, not to mention my brakes are now working perfectly!!

Jimmy and the team did an AMAZING job. I was in and out in a short amount of time. The place was completely clean and sanitized. I was comfortable in my short time in there. Definitely going back there! I highly recommend!

Called Thursday morning a few minutes prior to opening had to leave message Wanted the no contact. No return call. Called a little after eight no one one answered phone left message no return call. Went to Goodyear at ten went in nobody at desk girl came out with no mask on or anywhere in sight. Told her I had called twice. She said I guess I didn’t check messages. Told her I had nail In tire and needed oil change. She said no openings until Sunday. I went 3 doors down to ntb. Left car there to have tire patched went to sonic to eat while I waited. As I ate could see Goodyear bays girl was outside smoking talking to male employee and smoking cigarettes right outside bay

I brought my car in in the morning, diagnostics was done by noon and they were able to get the part same day and install. Car was ready by 230pm and is now running great!

This has to be the cleanest Goodyear I have ever been to. Plus, it took them only 30 minutes to change out all 4 tires. Well deserving of 5 stars!

My daughter was driving from NY to NC when the front tire of the rental car developed a significant golf ball size bulge. She pulled into a car dealership and they instructed her not to drive very far. I called this Goodyear tire store and spoke with Chelsea who researched tire options and prices, confirmed the right tire was in stock and welcomed my daughter upon arrival. Aaron replaced the tire even though it was end of day. It was anticipated the rental car company would pay for the tire, but they are indicating my daughter may have to pay for the tire. Aaron has sent a letter with pictures of the tire indicating the cause was a tire failure and not as a result of her scuffing a curb or running over an object resulting in the tire damage. Thanks to both Chelsea & Aaron for being so helpful.

Took my vehicle in to get a tire repaired. The staff nice enough. 1 hour later they tell me it cant be repaired because the hole was too big. They show me where a rock was stuck in the tire. They never took the tire off the wheel. I ask about another tire place repairing the hole and he stated again the hole was to big. I said OK and left. I ordered two new tires for the rear at NTW. Just out of curiosity on my home I stop by Garanteed Tires in Hartwood and tell them the story and the young man and Lady that worked there were very helpful. The young man took the tire off the wheel and inspected it. Removed the rock and showed me a tiny hole about the size of a nail in the tire. 20 minutes later I was on my way. He even put the spare back under the truck for me. I DO NOT RECCOMEND GOODYEAR.

Went for a front brake job and was quoted about$486, called a competitor and was quoted $320 for the same job and quality parts. I left, had they compromised a little I would have stayed

I have been a customer at the Goodyear on MacWhirt loop in Fredericksburg for 6 years. Aaron is the only guy in Fredericksburg that I will let touch my vehicles. He is always professional and knowledgeable. He never tries to sell me stuff I dont need. He repays my loyalty by making time for me when I need a last minute look. Today he helped me out with a tire that needed immediate attention. I bought a set of 4 tires at NTB on 610, ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS A BUY TWO GET TWO DEAL. I purchased the raid hazard warranty. When I called them and asked if they look at the tire, I bought from them, the store manager told me I would have to wait 36 hours. I called Aaron t Goodyear fans I was in and out in 20 minutes. That is why Aaron and Goodyear on MacWhirt loop will be the only place I take my vehicles.

TPMS notified me of a loss of pressure in one tire. Called Goodyear and they got me in right away and checked it out. Fast service, really nice people. Highly recommended.

I took my car in on 10/9/19 to have 2 tires replaced and they left the old tire that I Specifically asked to be taken off. See how I know its the same tire is because I put my Initials into different places on the tire. So this really needs an Explanation of what type of business they are running.

Always take my car to them! Aaron and Mark at the front desk are so Awesome!!! They are so patient and friendly! I have a very busy life and Mark always does what he can to help me schedule the best time and day for me to come in. Very honest mechanics and they go above and beyond! A little pricey at times but well worth it! If youve been cheated or lied to by other shops, you can rest assured this shop has never lied or tried to cheat me or my husband!!! I would recommend this shop to everyone!

Dont believe youre going to get a good deal from Goodyear on your AC service that $9.99 special is really $150 bill just to put some Freon in side your car. .Thanks a lot Mr. Good wrench; you know where you can put that wrench dont you? Just a heads up there are plenty of places in town that will do the entire service for 80 bucks

Had appointment for 8:00am. I was asked to leave and return at 9:00 am because only one employee was present. This is on a Friday by the way. Came back at 9 AM waited over two hours for two tires and in a state inspection. This is one of the worst managed garages I’ve ever been to and will never be back. I also had to pay for the windshield wiper scam and additional $35 to get our truck back

Big help with a flat tire, very fast

Paid $250 in labor for a job that cost $50 in parts/supplies. The next day, I realized my radio was not reassembled properly. When I had my sister take my vehicle back the following day to get the radio fixed, she was told the technician who worked on my truck was off & we had to wait for him to return the following week. Sales associate Mark was very helpful & friendly, but I will not be returning.

Visited these guys for oil change and tire rotations. There are apparently only a couple folks that can do certain jobs but theyll let you know if itll take longer due to scheduling. Theyre friendly and honest and there are few exprises.

The name Goodyear I believe it is a TIRE company. So how does a company that specializes in tires not able to do it without destroying it. First you strip the lug nut completely then when you go and fix it you put the wrong size on it. Can you do anything right?

I had a flat and I was desperate for a fix. After being turned away by two other locations that closed early the employees at Goodyear helped. All employees were very friendly and helpful. The flat was found and patched quickly, turning around what may have been a disaster for me. Thank you to the store and its employees on a Saturday evening.

While getting my brakes replaced, AJ told me there was some uneven wear on my tires but nothing that I needed to look at right away.Then I took a long trip and came back and suddenly the steel is showing through one of my tires and the other one is almost completely worn down. I was told I needed to get two front tires right away.Goodyear replaced the two front tires but could not do the alignment because of the type of rims I have so I took it to NTB. NTB was able to find a big bulge in the back left tire that Goodyear overlooked. NTB was also able to find the same tires Goodyear put on my car for $50 less.I have been a long time, faithful and enthusiastic Goodyear customer but when I called Chad to report the less expensive price on the tires and the dangerous bulge in my tire that Goodyear missed, he was not overly concerned. In fact about the price difference he was not concerned at all. I got a canned response “sorry we missed that problem with the other tire” and for the difference of $50 he told me, “Good for you.”I’m confused. Is Goodyear really not concerned about keeping their faithful customers? Is business really so good that they can just bedismissive?My son, who has also used the same Goodyear, was with me at NTB and witnessed the whole conversation about the tire bulge and the tire price difference. He said he’s going to bring his car to NTB from now on. Unfortunately, NTB has won me over. I also will be going to NTB from now on.

Went in for an alignment and they wouldnt let me. Not that they couldnt do the work, but it would have been a waste of money. They took the time to show me what needed to be done to get it ready for an alignment and even hard a hard time giving me a quote for the work since the vehicle was 16 years old, the parts would be expensive to source. Really honest work and when i fixed the car, i took it back without hesitation.

Scam artist.I brought in the car for a vibration and was informed that it had a broken belt or cord in the tire causing the vibration. The tires are under warranty at Merchant, so I am taking it there to have the tires replaced, but they still charged for a wheel balance. Why would they proceed with a wheel balance if the tires are being replaced. They are either bad mechanics are just scamming their customers.They did ask my boyfriend if he still wanted the wheel balance done, and after working a 12 hour night shift agreed because he wasnt thinking straight. they should have informed him it was not necessary if the tires were going to be replaced.

Great customer service, theyre open on Sunday, its not small and cluttered and its clean.

To keep it short and it the point, the staff was friendly and not rude. The issue was organization and communication between the front desk and the techs. I dropped off my car on a saturday and didnt get it back till monday afternoon. I heard several excuses as to why it wasnt complete. At the 11th hour when it was time to pick up my car the guy at the front desk said, oh yeah do you want us to check the alignment. Even though the print out he gave me the day before said they would do it. Point being, nice people who are full of excuses and lack organization.

I stood at there counter for 5 minutes before seeing any employees. I was treated very disrespectfully. I was told the service was going to be HALF of the amount that I was charged. I have spoke to multiple people since my experience and have heard similar stories.
