Purchased 2 vehicles from Pohanka. The service I have received the last 2 trips have been horrible. Most recently, got a email quote for a auto starter install for $150. Get to the dealership and service writer wanted to charge me $425. He reluctantly honored the quote with an attitude. I requested the Service Manager call me but, still waiting for a call a week later, surprise! 2017 Honda Accord and I spend $3,500 in maintenance on a car in excellent condition with less than 53,000 miles. Its always something recommend that I need. I purchased a 2017 Acura MDX last year with a service package and I will now, I will drive all the way to Chantilly Va for service. Not sure what is going on at Pohanka Honda in Fredericksburg but, for me, I have had enough.

Service department is so horrible and unorganized. Sales department will help you quick to buy their car. When it comes to service department they leave you standing looking lost. Plenty of people working at desk and still wont acknowledge you.

The service from Sharon was outstanding. This was my second car from her and 7th car from Pohanka. The managers are outstanding too. Was in and out of dealership with the car in 15 minutes. If you are looking for Honda, this is the place to get it and ask for Sharon.

As always top quality service. All areas of routine schedule service explained. Comfortable and spacious waiting area. I very much like the interaction of the service techs...how they complimented and assist with other on satisfying any customer needs. A+ on team work.

I took our Pilot for an inspection and forgot my credit card. They were very nice enough to waive the cost of the inspection and also washed the vehicle. This speaks volumes about their experience and customer service. As a result of this, they now have a customer for life. The place is well kept and please keep up the great work. Ill be advertising for you.

Diagnostics took a while, but service and repair were excellent. The staff is knowledgable and personable. My experience was good. Hondas warranty is great!

I dont mind coming to Honda for service and inspections. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee is awesome. I enjoy the quiet room with the massage chairs. Thank you!!

Pohanka Honda is the best choice for service of newer Honda vehicles. Their excellent, skilled technicians have the latest software to diagnose and service them. Considerations are made for Covid-19!

Every time I go for state inspection, I expect an upcharge. First, it was $120 for air filters (the performance filters for my Corvette were half that). Then a $60 oil change. Now its $150 to replace the brake fluid on a 4-year old car. My 6 year old Mazda, 10 year old Chrysler, 17 year old Mitsubishi, 21 & 22 year old Fords, and 42 year old Corvette have never needed a brake fluid flush. I suppose Honda vehicles are just that fragile...

Staff were all very friendly and professional.Ive been coming here for some years as this is my 2nd Accord with them and I try to have all my services at Pohanka.Prices are mostly reasonable but I especially like the professionalism and friendliness.I highly recommend Pohanka for your Honda needs.

Id love to come to Honda for everything in the perfect world but the service is always lacking. I had the chrome looking plastic start to peel off the grill of my accord and it took 2-3 months for the service dept to get it taken care of. Then i came in for a VA state inspection this morning. Took an hour (whatever its fine) then they said it needed 2 minor things done and itd take 20 mins; its been an hour. I went to ask the lady about it and she said give me a minute. And its been 10. Im just standing here 10 feet away waiting for her to acknowledge me so I can ask for an update.This is why I never come here. I can go to a Mr Tire by my house and get better service...

Pohanka diagnosed a problem: mice had chewed wiring. They gave me an estimate of $1600 to replace the engine wiring harness. My insurance towed the car to a another repair shop, who confirmed the diagnosis and fixed it for $285.

Great service. Public WiFi didnt work. One message chair is broke. Car ready but wasnt notified. Emissions paperwork not in passenger seat. However, it was crazy busy.

Not very happy today but I did not make sure they took care of me and ask the right questions. Dont depend on your advisor.

Quick service and polite employees not pushy but make sure they let you know whats needed and are willing to check for after market products to help save a little money.
