Ive been to this location 3 times now in a span of 2 years. Each time I speak to anyone on the phone or in person, I am greeted and treated with friendliness and professionalism. They address my questions and do not speak to me as though the mechanics of my vehicle are beyond my grasp.Furthermore, they are very thorough and extremely quick. Do not plan on your vehicle sitting around long before its ready for pick up!Lastly, I have not had any issues with any work they have performed. I am confident that I what I have paid for has been done and done well.

We were on the road and needed a front tire on the RV. They set up a appt. And we were pretty much in and out. Id say they did a very good job.

I had been a loyal customer here over 5 cars and many years. I was started to lose faith with a couple of guys behind the counter but never the mechanics. I’ve had one too many instances of my wife being convinced of work that didn’t need to be done and work that was approved to be done after no one actually called for my approval. I give 2 stars because the mechanics deserve 5 but today was the last time I will give them my business.

Absolutely the best price in town for my Firestone Destination tires I bought and had installed at Tire Tread. Hoping these tires last a long time. Got them on my Tundra and they ride great. Used these guys for RV inspection before, when had RV. Always helpful and get the job done quick. Glad I got my tires there!

Been there several times with my old beater. And every time, no matter who I dealt with, I felt like I was being told the straight truth, and I left confident I’d gotten good work at a good price. Last time I was there Bryan the manager? took The time to explain why I needed to get another car (rather than sell me on repairs), and also gave me great advice on a vehicle that I was thinking of, as well as things to look out for when dealing with use car sales people.

Chris and the crew at Tire Tread have been offering great prices on tires and alignments for me for years.They take great pride in their work and are very courteous and professional.I take all our family vehicles their for oil changes. They are very reasonable on full synthetic changes as well.I would recommend not going there on Mondays and every other Fridays as they are in a government employees and military bases area so a lot of feds get every other Friday off . Mondays are filled with folks stretching out a 3 day weekend so the wait times can be quite lengthy.Short walk to Captain D’s, KFC and Sam’s pizza if you need to grab a bite while waiting.

Came into the shop to get a wheel alignment. Was planning to drop the car off and walk around downtown with my 4 and 2 year old kids but it was a little cold and wet. Chris was the gentleman who checked me in and recommended either the 2400 Diner or Mason-Dixon cafe if we were looking for a place to eat. I decided to go to Mason-Dixon cafe and I was notified 45 after we left that my vehicle was available for pickup. We hadnt even finished our meals yet!I chose this shop because they were the only ones that I could find that publicized they used a Hunter wheel alignment machine. The price was great, cheaper than any of the franchise auto shops that I called. Be forewarned that youll need an appointment for a wheel alignment. They seem to have a single bay dedicated to wheel alignment and it always seems theres always a car getting an alignment. The only downside is they dont have a lot of parking available on the lot, but thats the case for almost any business in downtown. Street parking is available though.Im fairly confident Id take my vehicle here for other services like state inspection but I live on the opposite side of Route 3 near Harrison Crossing so its just more convenient to travel to the local shop. Would definitely bring my vehicle back if I needed another alignment though.

Great experience! I walked with out an appointment, was charged a fair price & got out the door with 4 new tires in under an hour. Also, they took the time to complete all the manufactures rebate forms, provided a 2nd copy of my receipt & all I needed to do was drop it in the mail. My company has been taking vehicles here for inspections, alignments and tires for the last 12-14 years. Ive have been taking my personal vehicles here for the same items the same amount of time. Never been done wrong by any of them. Inspector is extremely fair unless you start getting pushy with him. He is much more fair than the previous place we used. He isnt going to pass an item that is borderline unless he is certain its safe, hes thinking of YOUR safety while driving! He found A arms that needed replacing on my wifes car once. It was a wonder either side hadnt broke loose and caused her to crash when I replaced them. Another time he found a small patch on a tire that was ready to blow, I had looked the car over but that patch must have been sitting on the ground unsighted by me.Tire Tread is a very popular place, busy all the time. Do not be surprised if you walk in and find yourself waiting 2-3 hours at times. They move as quickly as they can to get you in and out. They also do road calls for heavy trucks, extremely fast service to get you going again once they get on site.

I needed three new tires. I called and got a quote. I showed up the next day and got 4 tires put on my car in less than 45 minutes. Everything was clearly explained to me prior to any work beginning. Everyone at the shop was kind and personable. They were also patient and pleasant with my chatty 4 year old daughter. I will definitely be back!

First this guy told me that free alignment done when you buy the tires, I did buy four I thought I will get free alignment which would cost $35, after my car 🚗 is on the jack this guy said the alignment would cost $80, I don’t know why it went from $35 to $80.

Let me say, Kevin P and the guys there do a great job. This place is the best we had a car at another shop and had it towed down to Tire Tread for a few reasons 1. It was cheaper and they arent about screwing people over on parts and labor like the other shop was trying to do. 2. They are very honest and easy to deal with no guessing games or surprises the whole time our car was there we knew what was going on with it and if something came up we knew right away. 3. Not only did they fix the car we originally brought in we sent our car that broke down the same week as the one in the shop to them and they have been super to work with on this one as well. We have used them several times and matter of fact most of the family does because they are so well to work with and you dont have to worry about getting taken advantage of.

Really great, fast, friendly service. I just needed a tire patched but they still treated me well and best of all, they didnt try to sell me four tires or an alignment. Ill definitely return here when I am ready for new tires.

A good place for tires, but have had issues on two cars state inspections that I had done there. Both times I was given a laundry list of reasons why the cars failed. Taking them elsewhere the mechanics found a lot of those issues to be false and/or within regulation standards. I would have spent a fortune fixing things that were fine. Not calling them liars, but maybe they was just some human error or just being a bit too nit picky.Ill be a repeat customer for tires though.

I have been going to Tire Tread for many years and have used a variety of their services. I have always felt that they are looking out for me. At my last visit, I had them check my tire where I had gouged the sidewall. It was safe to drive unless I had some trips this summer. Of course, I had a trip planned in two days. They ordered the tire and the next day on my lunch break they installed them. Customer service is number one! I recommend them highly!

Great service and customer service. They have worked on my car many times, and helped me to keep costs down. The manager talked at length about which tires to get, and the different kinds available for my car. There was no pushy salesmanship, just advice on the right thing to do. They have also fixed my windshield wiper and other problems even though it is out of their playbook. A great auto service center all around.

Quality service. All the employees know what they are doing. Its not a rookie Walmart shop that will screw your vehicle up when getting service.

So, I brought my 2015 Mustang GT into their shop on Feburary 27th, 2019. I had hit a pothole and bent two rims in the process. I had a falling out with them because of a rude manager and them admitting to price gouging. No big deal, Ill fix it myself. I got my Mustang home and realized they stripped 10 of 10 lug nuts they tried to remove because they used a 13/16 socket instead of the correct 22mm socket. When politely confronted about this, they immediately told me that someone must have tried to steal my two bent, scuffed, destroyed wheels, yet left the two perfectly good wheels completely alone and never attempted to steal those with the incorrect socket. It certainly wasnt the strung out looking mechanic they had working on my car, he certainly wouldnt have tried to force an imperial socket on a metric lug and deformed my lugnuts to the point of needing a professional to fix them. The damage done to the 10 lug nuts they stripped was very clearly done by an air wrench, something thieves dont typically carry around. When the vehicle was towed back to my house, the lug nuts on just the two flat tires were finger tightened, the 10 on the two good tires were very clearly not touched, and required a breaking bar on a wrench to loosen. These people just lied to me straight to my face to avoid having to pay for a $40 mistake. Do you really think they wouldnt lie to you about needing an extra $500 worth of work done? I certainly dont.Dont go here. They lie. They price gouge. The management is rude. Theyve got some dude in the back using pills working there. Its a bit of hike, and theyre always busy, but go check out Action Auto. Theyre reasonable, honest, hardworking, and nobody there has an opiate problem.
