Fantastic barber shop! Ive been getting my haircut here for a few months now, and they have always managed to cut my hair just right. I would highly recommend this shop if your looking for quality haircuts, good service, and wonderful atmosphere.

I walked in one day looking for a haircut and did not know I needed to make an appointment. One of the barbers, Trent, was in the middle of a haircut but told me he could still cut mine even though I hadnt made an appointment.The second time I came back, I wanted my hair shorter than I had previously gotten it done and, after my haircut, I still wanted it a little shorter. Trent told me he could not cut it again then because there was another person waiting, but if I came back within two days he would cut it again for free, which he did.I have been pleased with Cutz-N-Restore Images thus far and look forward to going back.

This is one of the best barber shops I have been to in a while. Fast and affordable service with regard for quality. The building is clean and welcoming. Trent was professional and does outstanding work. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability and they have easy online scheduling! Highly recommended

Mr master barber “ Trent “ cut one of my locs at the root and told me “ it’s a common thing “ and that “ it’s just hair “ . Resulting in me having to cut my Loc off and now having to wait for my hair to grow back so I can re attach it. Very unprofessional and disappointing considering it was my first time visiting the shop. If you have locs and value them I wouldn’t recommend this clown at all.

This barbershop is by far the best barbershop in have been in. Brent, my barber, is extremely nice. He really does know the meaning of customer service and making sure that everyone feels comfortable. From the moment you walk in to the time you walk out, you feel like you are part of their family. All the barbers treat you well even when you are not cutting with them. On top of that, they have $10 Wednesdays. Whats not to love??? Brent! Keep doing what you are doing. Much appreciated!

This was the first and last time I will visit this shop. Trent asked me what I wanted done. I replied, shape my Afro, leave the length and taper the back. He said, I figured that. What would you like me to do to the sides? Do you want me to taper the sides as well? My response, no because the sides are thinning. So you want me to line the sides? I said yes. Keep the c-cup natural and do not line the front. Believing I made myself clear, I was confident in thinking that I would be pleased. Needless to say I was wrong. Trent cut my Afro off and left it in the floor. When I finally saw the cut I said something. I told him it’s not what I asked for. When I repeated what I asked for and he acknowledged by saying I figured that. He proceeds to tell me he must not have heard that part. Wow and Really. I paid him because he did cut my hair. He had the audacity to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. I said, No. Here’s your tip Trent. Pay attention to your customer’s requests and follow through. For a master barber, I expected better. Then he said he’d like me to come back. I said No. I will not come back. He had the nerve to ask Why and continued with I apologized. Really! Come back so you can get a second opportunity to royally screw it up again? I’ll pass.10/4/2020Upon careful re-evaluation and reconsideration, Ive decided to change the rating. Ive come to this decision because while at work I attended church, virtually. During prayer, the pastor said something that resonated with me. He said, forgive those who have harmed or wronged you and you shall be forgiven. You must forgive all the time as God forgives each one of us. I immediately thought of the current situation, wept and asked for forgiveness.Trent made a mistake and although I know he is not perfect I was still hurt and felt disrespected. In that, I felt the need to post my experience. Since the incident, Trent has reached out and expressed his sincerest apology. Replaying the conversation and re-reading the texts, I believe he did not do it on purpose. In the moment, it was difficult to comprehend because I knew Id made my requests clear and believed he understood.Trent, contrary to what you may believe, I did not post the review from a place of malice and did not post it while sitting in the parking lot of your establishment. It was done so that you would be held accountable. While I stand by my review, (meaning it is an accurate account of what happened) it could have been handled better. I should have waited until after I had the opportunity to calm down. As mentioned, I dont know you to judge your character or profession. I judged you based on our encounter and how I was made to feel in the end. I was reminded today, that I dont have the right to judge you at all, as I am not perfect. I am a woman of great faith, pride, humility, character and virtue and hold others in that same regard. Because of my imperfections, I allowed my hurt to lead my actions, when I should have been patient. I to, could have handled the matter better.It was important that I append the review because I put you on blast publicly. Its only befitting that I post this publicly as well.Trent, I can admit when I am wrong. I offer my sincerest apology. Ive forgiven you and hope that you can find it in your heart to forgive me as well.

Every visit is pleasant. Trent is a great barber and takes time and extra care whenever I visit with my grandson. Today I saw an even more caring businessman as he offered special rates for back-to-school cuts and even demonstrating his community awareness by providing school items such as backpacks and more for his customers. My scheduled /booked appointment was on time. The barber immediately greeted us, was pleasant and professional. We discussed my son’s desired hair cut, self hair care options and pricing. Walked in to the most warming welcome, and had a opportunity to have great conversation with some great people. The barber, Walt, that is now my sons personal barber is also a native Washingtonian such as ourselves. I remember when I first went here my son and I was on the hunt for a barber in Fredericksburg. My son had pictures to take at school and we were in a rush. We saw Cutz-N-Restore Images from the street and made a U turn and came back. They were about to close, I explained to the barber that were in dire need and urgency of a haircut. Trent the Barber agreed to cut my sons hair and Trent can Cut, he did a Great job on my sons Fresh Cut. Trent and I conversed during the process and he really is a good dude.
