I’m surprised this location has low ratings, but after reading through them you’ll see it’s mostly from idiots. Been here multiple times with different barbers each time - and they have all done amazing. Big thanks to Michelle, Iman and Brittney for killing it each time I’ve come in!

Ask for Brittany. Her fades and blends are fantastic. She did mods to my hair that Ive been asking for for years, without me even mentioning them. Im stoked on this cut!

Just walked out and walked to Hair Cuttery. I guess Megan doesn’t understand that when I check in online its so instead of waiting on location I can be more efficient with my time. I arrived with a five minute wait remaining and first in line on the board. Someone who im guessing arrived slightly before me sat in the lobby as well. Megan finishes her current client, logs the already present person into the system and takes her back. This causes me to get placed in the back of the line and now my wait is 36 minutes. Management, Megan needs some training. I dont plan on returning

Totally disappointed with lack of knowledge concerning Covid 19 as to who can and should wear a mask ... I have a medical condition.... dispute telling them I am not required to wear a mask for medical reasons they still refused to serve me !!!!

Manager pretty incompetent, her clippers pulled my hair, and shop was over all pretty disgusting with dust all over the shop, and I would also like it to be noted I showed up at 4:30 on Sunday afternoon and they denied me service because of the wait time. Would love to know who lets anyone runs the shop like this.

Not impressed, $20 for a men’s high and tight haircut is ridiculous. I saw the pictures online and decided to deal with the price because I don’t mind paying a little more for my son to have a nice haircut. I conveniently checked my son in online & got there right on time for my appointment. We waited for 15 minutes my son was supposed to go next it was posted on their board he was 1st in cue. Apparently that didn’t matter because they completely ignored the check-in board and had the guy who had been there longer than us but had not checked in online go before us. I was not pleased! IF you aren’t going to honor your online reservations, DON’T offer them! I waited at home for 20 minutes, because my online reservation told me to be there at a particular time. I would have waited there if I knew that’s what I needed to do. I wound up walking out, they never even acknowledged our existence, never said a word to anyone that came in the store. It was not a welcoming environment & I will never go back.

Awesome experience! Make sure you check in online. The wait is very long on the weekends. When I got there I saw I was next in line but then my name disappeared from the list and I asked about it and they put me back on as next. Additionally, my haircut turned out just the way I wanted it, and Im terrible at explaining how i want my hair to look.

This is a great place! I felt welcome in a friendly and professional environment. My stylist was completely focused on providing me the outcome I desired. For a reasonable price, I received a quality hair cut, shampoo, and massage with their MVP package. I totally recommend this place.

Great cuts have been going here for some time but recently they do not have enough staff to accommodate the foot traffic in the area. Walked in today 5/10/19 and looked at the screen to see wait time 2 hours there were 9 names on board with only two staff members. This is the second time in two weeks I have seen the board that way. As far as cuts I give 5 stars but I’m giving 2 for wait time and again multiple times I went with the wait time that long.

Decent haircut, MVP service recommended. A bit pricey for a cut but they do a good job. Can do a Marine fade. Try it at least once. Would rate 5 stars if the prices were lower.

This location maintains the same appearance and high standards of cleanliness that you would expect from a popular chain hair styling establishment. The quality and efficiency of cut is better than average especially with Shay. She is a full-time stylist that is professional and consistently delivers a great haircut.

The ladies here do a fantastic job. One of the main reasons I go here is because they will trim my beard for $5. They do a great job with both my hair and beard.

Stay away from SHAY. I still tipped her 10 bucks cuz Im a nice guy however I will avoid this stylist in the future. Arrived at 745 tonight on Monday, April 15. I left at 806. She was cold as ice. Very unpleasant. When she greeted me in the rudest way I have ever been greeted I asked if she was ok. All down hill from there.

I do like sport clips in general but this one was closed at 7 when they are supposed to close at 8. If you cant follow the hours you have posted...dont even bother opening a business. Ill never give you a dime now

I took my boys today 7 and 2, the 7 Yr old has been going for years but my 2 year old its his 2nd hair cut and they did a great job even though he fought them every inch of the way, his 1st hair cut was at hair cuttery in south point and he stood perfectly still for them and they did a horrible job.. SPORTS CLIPS in South point will boy the only place Ill take my boys again 5 star service all the way thank you sports clips

The ladies are very personable and courteous. They do a great job for what my son wants, but Im not a fan since they cannot do a high fade; not use a razor or take it to skin.

This is an amazing place to go get your hair cut Surfreda did an amazing job on my brothers hair cut i will definitely be coming here again.

Frida did an amazing job on my son’s cut and style today. Frida had amazing attention to detail. My son has had several people cut his hair over the years but very few are able to cut and style his hair so that it looks amazing with a cow lick on his crown. She was nice, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this location to others and to specifically see Frida or Nina!

Can’t really tell you about the haircut because I left after 30 min while waiting for one stylist to complete one haircut. I would assume that their employees are hourly. Sport Clips is now off the list. If they moved any slower, they would have been going backwards.

The woman cutting my 13 year old sons hair was very rude and acted like she didnt want to be there. She didnt speak to my son at all.She had the personality of a wet napkin! I wont go back there!

Been going to Sports Clips for a while between two locations for particular stylists. Great service, good cut packages, just wish the pricing was a bit cheaper.

Horrible. Had a 10:00 appointment, at 10:30 still 30 more minutes. They had 1 person working on a Saturday, who had no motivation to her step.

I took my kids here last week and I showed a picture of what my boys wanted and they messed up my boys hair and the manager told me there was nothing wrong with it and that it’s just hair it will grow back and that they are young well my boys were very upset and didn’t want to go to school until their hair grew back and I’m really upset and will never go back, the sink inside is broke, also very unprofessional place I do not recommend for anyone to go there when there’s other better places that will cut your hair the way you want it not how the stylists wants it.....

I showed up 10 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment and Clair Nina took another client when I was on deck. She bumped me from the appointment and didn’t say anything to us as we stood right there. What ‘s the point of scheduling an appointment. I don’t live local and drove to town specifically for this appointment.

Waited 30mins, had to wait an additional 30mins even though 2 people under me had less than 20min wait time. I was waiting for a particular barber, I should then be able to be the next one for that barber as I walk in, right?!

Assumptions made by staff leave your hair ruined. Staff turnover rate is high, and I have always had some mistake done with my hair or beard. For the price, it does not equal the quality of the haircut. Find a barber, and for a couple bucks more, get it done right. Will not return.Customer for 6 months.

If I could give this place a 0! I would, unfortunately I have to give 1 star. Never again will I go to this location. Two different ladies cut two of my boys hair and BOTH of them messed there hair up smh.
