I can’t speak on the other barbers, but I can speak on Deon.When you’re charged $50 for a service not performed, you call to cancel when an emergent situation arises, try to re-schedule and you get told you’re going to be charged anyway. Hey it is what it is, you tell them you’ll never come back and then he texts your cell phone with a photo of the cancellation policy circled. With incoherent and disrespectful ramblings about his unethical processes. That’s not what being a barber is all about.If you’re about customer service, professionalism, genuine concern and an affordable haircut. Jazz cuts or Deon, isn’t for you.Let’s not forget, every appointment I ever had with this man - he made me wait 10-15 after my appointment time. I never refused to pay because he was late, but it’s no mercy if you are. $50.15 for a service not performed.

Very polite also well rounded barbers cant go wrong with a homely feeling shop where you know you will always have a good laugh.

I originally had an appointment at the Gentleman’s Club in Fredericksburg at 12, however I was running late and the guy said it was okay. I get there and the guy said he couldn’t do it as he had 2 other customers even though I had an appointment. Worst service there. I then called Jazcuts after I read the reviews, and spoke to Lo and explained the situation. I advised him that I’m in a rush as I have to catch a flight to leave town and he said no problem I got you. Lo is very nice guy and knows his game as as nice fades and beard trims and he will take care of you. I highly recommend, I will definitely be going back cause he looked out for me. Thanks Lo for hooking me up.

After the last mashup cut on his hair I definitely had to start going back to jazcutz. They cut it how I need them to cut my son and even offer suggestions, Im grateful for that. My husband had his hair and beard styled by Keith Filmore at the Fredericksburg location. This shop is clean and nice. You are greeted when you come in which I appreciate. The best part was the barber himself. Keith is amazing at what he does. Its his artwork. He makes you feel like youre the only client at the shop and gives such detail and care into his work. My husband is a handsome man but boy did his hair and beard look the best Ive seen it. Go see Keith and you will be blessed for sure.

Followed our family barber to the central park location and I love the setup, inclusion of the other barbers with each other and just the overall feeling you get with an immediate greeting when you walk in.Sean is great at what he does and cant wait to see your shops continue to grow in the state of Virginia.

This is something I never did before, but I had to. After going to Jazcutz for the first time I was very impressed by three things, how each barber takes time to keep it clean, also how professional they are, but most importantly how diverse the shop is, that’s right this shop has all you need, and it doesn’t matter what nationality they will make you happy. Came here after a disastrous experience with The Gentlemens Club. Showed up 20mins to close and they welcomed me in, sat me down, and took great care of me. My barber, Gabriel, KILLED IT. Haircut and beard trim, took his time, took pride in his work and had me walking out of there feeling like a million bucks, even yho Im dressed in gym shorts and a hoodie... went above and beyond what a normal barber would do RIGHT AS HES ABOUT TO GET OFF (Not rushed at all, not upset that I showed up last minute, or at least I couldnt tell, and genuinely happy to get the business). Good music, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. 10/10 cut, 10/10 service, 10/10 will come again.
