Came in with small easy to fix issue and their customer service rep. Tim took time to address the issue when the other actual customer service reps literally refused to take care of the issue. I was bounced from service rep to service rep along their long desk with none taking the time to assist me. Tim definitely is the real deal and best rep at the Fredericksburg Sheehy Toyota. I am giving a 5 star to Tim but would give 1/2 a star to the rest of the crew.

I was absolutely astonished when I visited Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg ! I was greeted by the General Manager Kevin Rooney! He welcomed me in the dealership letting me now how happy he was to see me! I hadnt been in the dealership in a year my experience could not have been more wonderful. Kevin Rooney actually took the time out of his busy day running a dealership and contributing to multiple charities such as National Heart Association, Mary Washington University, and many many more simply to make me feel welcome. Class act!! For anyone reading this review, I highly recommend Sheehy Toyota Fredericksburg for your auto needs as well as employment!!Thank you Kevin !

Generally nothing but great experiences here but today was an off day in general. Dropped my car off last night for a first thing appointment today for an inspection (complimentary as I bought the car there). Did not get contacted til nearly noon and was told I needed a bulb at a quote of $13. At 1 I decided to just go see if my car was done. Went in and waited to be acknowledged. They took care of a woman who came in after me before even seeing if I had been helped. They said my car was done, and the bill was $40. (1.34 for bulb. The rest was labor/shop clean up/fee). Then when I looked at the receipt, it said they contacted me and I okd service quoted at $52. AFTER I left, I got a text saying my car was ready.I am hoping it is a one time glitch in usually good service.

This is the best car repair service that Ive ever used. Have used them since moving to Fredericksburg 3 years ago. Roman is especially customer oriented. Today Tyler helped me. Everyone there has been fantastic.

Cant say Ill continue doing business with sheehy. Always takes weeks for an appointment which is a huge inconvenience for me since I do not have a set work schedule. Will be looking at other places for a more timely service in the future

Busy. Always busy. Took 30+ minutes to check in for the appt I booked a week in advance. Was told car will be ready at 12:30. Here it is 1:30 still no word on when it will be done...... for just an oil change.

Best deal. Went to another Toyota dealer to get a price on a 2020 Highlander with a trade in, Sheehy beat them by a few thousands, no kidding. Previous dealing with this dealer was good, bought a Tacoma at a very good price. When this was Rosner, always the highest price, never bought there, thankfully Sheehy bought them out. Even when I was buying Subaru, I drove to Springfield to get a great price from Sheehy Subaru compared to the Fburg Subaru for two cars. Nothing bad to say, only good for Sheehy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR A FEW YEARS. I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT I CAN NO LONGER CALL IN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THERE ONLINE SERVICE IS TOTALLY WORTHLESS. THEIR SERVICE USED TO BE IMPECCABLE. NOW ITS NON-EXISTENT. THEY DONT ACCEPT CALLS WHEN THEY SHOULD BE OPEN. WHEN I GET THROUGH THEY WONT ACCOMMODATE ME! I SUGGEST GOING ANYWHERE ELSE AT THIS POINT. THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ANYMORE!!!Amazing service. Just started going here. Brought two cars in for service. Cant say enough about their impeccable quick service. Even offered a free Lift to and from my home. They give this to anyone for free within 10 miles. Thats amazing in itself. Cordial friendly service from everything Ive dealt with in the service department. The direct polar opposite from the terrible service I always received at Lustine Toyota. Im now thinking about purchasing another Toyota now that I have experienced such excellent service from Lustine. They definitely have earned my business. If you want the best vehicle service I highly recommend them!!!

Never have had a bad experience with the service department. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating if you are like me and early to your appointments. They try and do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. The waiting area is nice and is equipped with all the basics you need for your wait as well.

Cannot recommend. Sheehy service appts are now handled by a remote call center. They cannot or will not let you talk to anyone at the service location prior to setting appointment. Very unpleasant trying to schedule recall appointment. Toyota said they have the parts and I was scheduled for a 2 day leave car starting Wed morning. For Wed and Thurs service if needed. I called and informed them that I had a conflict and would get car there at 10 am rather than 845. The call center that is NOT in Fredericksburg said must start all over again and reschedule. That in itself is silly as they planned on having the car there 2 days anyway. But I accepted it. I called next day to reschedule and call center said they could not be sure parts were available. Parts are available but not available.Bottom line go to a dealership where you can deal with an on site rep and avoid Sheehy. They apparently got rid of all the service reps they had there.

Lack of communication between customer service and me left something to be desired. In what is normally a 5 star experience, I left feeling it was a typical car dealer and not the 5 star service I have come to expect from Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg. Hopefully this was a temporary blip after 4 years of stellar support.

Went in for a safety recall and was told it would take 2 hours. After dropping off my car and giving them an extra hour before calling, 2 hours later. finally got my car back. Very poor.
