Kid friendly (we had 3, they didnt mind my 5 year old doing a running version of drag car racing inside with my 2 year old saying go), they didnt rush me making my decision even after staying 40 minutes past closing, they even found my kids sippy cup she left behind, they spent time to build a connection with my kids to give me time to look at car and do paperwork, first car I looked at had an issue so they gave me a no hassle negotiation on another vehicle which turned out amazing. They pull out the vehicles for you and park them making life easy. Hopefully I can convince the spouse to buy her next car from them too.

The man there didnt listen to a word we said... He was so focused on selling us a car it was ridiculous and the one he swore was in amazing shape the window fell out of when we got in.... we finally gave up and left.

Recently purchased a 2007 C280. Harry was very upfront about the car and, for the price, I was good with the small things ($200 in parts and labor) that needed to be done. Basically, I got a Mercedes for about $3.5k less than the actual value. I’m a serious negotiator which I don’t think they were quite ready for (LOL!) But It was a great buying experience and I will definitely refer people there.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!The man running this dealership sold me a disastrous car without warning me of its GIANT transmission problems and rust!! He had no problem scamming a 17 year old girl in high school out of $6,500 from her own pocket. He is a liar and a crook and even swore he was a honest business man when I was purchasing the vehicle. He tried to hide the cars problems and even manipulated the check engine light before he put it up for sale. He has no concern for his costumers and is only trying to fulfill his greed. He made little effort to fix his swindle and only offered to put $1,000 towards a dangerous used transmission to replace the broken transmission needing $8000 in repairs. I am out of a car and six and a half grand because of this man!!!!!!

Was told that vehicle was in great shape with no major problems. Within 2 weeks learned that front struts had busted and an axle was bent because the strut housing had also busted.

I really wish I would have went somewhere else waste of time and money the vehicle that was parked n their lot is now sitting n my yard and thats what its been doing sitting after 2 days of having the car unbelievable ..made a bad mistake coming here cant blame nobody but my self so be careful where you go or you might get a 5,000 repair bill like I did or yeah one more time the Vw dealership also said the vehicle not safe to drive unbelievable .. not too professional at all ..he told me they was lying they was just trying to make money off me oh really whos walking now?? I bought a 2017 VW Jetta S from these guys and the process was smooth. I found the vehicle online for a lesser price then what their website showed and the honored the lower price without any fuss. Harry was personable from beginning to end. I recommend doing your research into the car and the dealer before buying any used car, but I had a very positive experience with these folks and I consider the dealership trustworthy.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I would NEVER buy or refer anyone to this dealership. I took a Lyft 40 miles to purchase a vehicle from Sam. The first thing he asked me when I walked in the door was do I have the check? What???!!!! I should have turned around and walked out then. He sold me a vehicle that had several issues...engine light came on as I was driving home. It was obvious he cleared the codes prior to getting the vehicle inspected/emissions testing. I had to put so much money into this vehicle it’s not even funny. Haven’t even been able to drive it for 30 days. Purchased it on June 17. I would suggest purchasing a Carly device, so you can run a diagnostic on any vehicle you purchase from him. He didn’t wash my truck nor offer to put gas in it. He started off as a nice gentleman. However, I caught him in a lie. Emailed and called Autotym to coordinated purchase of a Tesla they had. Gave all me details and we worked pricing ahead of time as I live in NC (5 hours away). Some negotiating over the phone, which if I was smart would have noted how rude the man on the phone was talking to me about questions on the prices. After several discussions back and worth, I told them I was settled on their offer and drove 5 hours to find out my car was a lemon after sending all my information ahead of time to salesman (first time I’ve heard this out three dealers, may have to check lemon laws)...All this aside, the real reason I have a problem is the salesperson I dealt with was constantly taking calls and ignoring me as soon as I showed up (after driving 5 hours to buy a $37k car). Then there’s the fact that he thinks it’s cool to just randomly start yelling at you (on the phone and when I was in the store). Should have gone with my guy.Key takeaways:1. The salesman I dealt with was rude on the phone several times, especially if I had questions regarding pricing of their vehicle. Salesman in person didnt really seem helpful when I showed up. He was on the phone about half the time I was there (telling me basically I am not his priority, even though I drove 5 hours). You can see in my photo how he basically ignored me while I waited on him.2. In the short time I was in there (maybe 30 minutes), I was never given the chance to look at the Tesla or given the opportunity to test drive. It was basically three phone calls/please wait for me, wanna see the car?, then wait, I need to see your car, and finally oh snap, your car is not a good car and I wont buy it because of this title issue.UPDATE:It is worth noting that I took my car to two reputable dealers closer to me in NC. First offer I had for my car was $10,000, offer from dealer #2 was $10,500. It was noted that my car was in a fender bender, but neither dealer made a stink about it (like Autotym did). Glad I didnt take Autotyms offer and walked away with the P85 I was looking for.
