The Staff is very polite, they give you honest diagnostic results, and their prices are fair. I would definitely recommend going to this location for automotive repairs and maintenance.

My first encounter with Koons was a breeze. The salesman I worked with Dylan was professional prompt and worked hard to put me in a vehicle being I was a first time buyer. Very good. They had to replace a part that they had installed a couple weeks back, it went out. I did have any problem from them they told me we will take care of it ,its under our warranty., and they did no hassle at all. Mike was very informative and helpful. The atmosphere was great here and I didnt feel pressured. My salesman DeQuan was very helpful in assisting me purchase my car. He made the process less painful for me by completing most of the paperwork before I arrived and I thank him greatly for that.
