Saturday evening 9/18/21 car was DOA at Walnut Canyon Cabins. The tow truck was about 45 minutes away and Fredericksburg Chevrolet was closing in just over an hour. Rob R. from Sales and Floor Manager John F. made arrangements to have someone at the facility meet the driver (although it would be after hours), so that it could be looked at 1st thing Monday morning. The car arrived safely , was fixed (serpentine belt and water pump), and Andrew L. in the Service Department had it ready for pickup Monday evening. Thank you all! Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. You folks truly went above and beyond.

My truck went into the service department not running. The guys worked to try and find the issue. Went in for an oil change,tire rotate and balance and a diagnostic.Got the oil change and diagnostic .They never touched the tires.Apparently one of the ECMs needs replaced but they can’t seem to get one.I get no communication unless I call them.They could do better.

I searched weeks for a car, with no luck. My Dad called FCB GMC and was told about a car that had just come in from a lease that didnt work out. My Dad and I hurried to the dealership. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile by Alan. There, parked right in the front, was the car. It was all cleaned and just seemed to be waiting for me to come pick it up! The weather had been bad, but my car was spit shined! I fell in love with it immediately. Alan knew everything about the car and did a great job at explaining its features. THEN somehow we start talking and my Dad explains he too was looking for a very specific truck that is difficult to find and normally must be custom ordered. Alan says, Oh, I think we have one in the back! It was a deal that had fallen through and it wasnt out for sale yet. Long story short . . . we both drove away with a new vehicle that day! Both Alan and John were very helpful in making the deal happen. But wait . . . it gets better. Then along comes Wendy. Wendy is the behind the scenes person in charge of making sure the TT&L process happens. My situation is unique. I do not have a Texas DL yet since I just arrived after living abroad. Because of covid everything with DMV is slow. It will be months before I can get my Texas license. Wendy could have easily left my situation as temporary tags. That is not ideal for me, but it is what I expected. What did Wendy do? She went above and beyond in her job! She researched possibilities. She talked to her contacts. She even called me from her personal phone one day because the office phones were out. She went to the court house at least twice as she found new information to help. She made me feel special. She made me feel valued. She went out of her way to do a good job! AND . . . she was a joy to talk to because she has a great sense of humor! Yesterday, I received my new tags. I am very grateful to her for her efforts and perseverance. Because of her can do attitude, my life is easier! Thank you to all the FCB GMC team for your efforts and great customer service. The coolant bypass housing on my 2017 Chevy Sonic failed making my car overheat and unusable. At the time my wife and I had traveled from Austin and were visiting wineries in the Fredericksburg area so I was not familiar with who I could call for help. I decided to call Fredericksburg Chevrolet Buick GMC. It happened to be a Saturday afternoon and the service department had closed. My call was answered by Andrew Lindsey who went out of his way to help me get my vehicle serviced. It was a very positive experience to what was otherwise a very bad situation.

A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I visited Fredericksburg, TX. He accidentally hit a rut when backing the car down a hill and it shifted us on top of a large rock. It broke the tailpipe bracket. We took it Fredericksburg Chevrolet. The part needed to be ordered so they secured the tailpipe with a coat hanger so it wouldn’t rattle on the way home to North Texas. The service tech even found a nail in a tire that we didn’t know we had and repaired it. The only charge was for the tire repair. Brian and his staff went out of their way to quickly take care of the problem. Thank you for your professional, courteous service!

We had a very disappointing experience with Earl and Dan yesterday. Drove 90 minutes on a promise of a deal from Earl, but in the end, we were very misled. Then this morning, Dan texted my husband at 0730...not sure thats an appropriate time of day to make a feeble attempt to win a sale after we had already walked off the lot the day before. In the end, we got a better deal and better truck from Ancira Ford in Floresville. Earl was very much the typical car salesman, pandering to everything that he thought would give us common ground. It was absurd and extremely fake. We couldnt wait to get away.

It was closed so we just went there to look at cars. We found one that we will be getting tomorrow. It was a very organized and clean place. It had hundreds of new and used cars. The one we picked was on special and the price was below blue book price.Update we ended up getting the car we wanted. They made every thing so easy. We did have a problem with the brakes after around 3 days. They fixed them for free.

Service department really slow. Even when you have an appointment. Simple oil change took over an hour and a half, made me late getting back to work. I ask if it would be done in time for me to make it back and I was never given an answer.

He answered all my questions and worked quickly. Provided me with refreshments and snacks. His office was in direct sunlight so he directed us to a cosier area while we waited. Also theres a guy here named George. He deals with alot of the paperwork and GAP coverages and such. This guy has helped me more than once now. When my last car purchase was totalled in an accident, George helped me gather alot of the paperwork needed to get the GAP coverage filled out. GAP coverage can be a pain to go through but George made the entire experience smooth. Very glad they have George here. Theres one more guy thats helped me from the beginning here and thats Dan. Great Customer Service experience from Dan as well. Thank You!
