Great work and completed quickly! Literally saved me $800 over the dealership. Can’t beat that! Changed all 16 spark plugs in my 5.7 v8 hemi Dodge Durango and full synthetic oil change!I have read some of the one star reviews and it seems that they posted on the wrong shop. One was talking about Mercedes Benz of Alexandria so I’m not sure how that ended up here.

A few months ago I took my car to a reputable mechanic in Stafford and he quoted me over a $1000 dollars worth of work. I no nothing about cars and after talking it over with Demetri he said I did not need all that work and he saved me over 500 hundred dollars.. Demetri will always be my mechanic that I trust.... And my car runs great!

I thought this was a good place to get your car worked on but I was wrong. I had my vehicle there for repair and I could not get a return call to say if my vehicle was ready or not. What happened ultimately is my car was NOT fixed correctly and several calls were made to get this issue resolved. I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere to be repaired. This was a big inconvenience.

Prevez Auto LLC Was recommended here on this Site but I just went through a horrible Service Experience with the Owner/Mechanic Demitrio that I would like to share so it wouldn’t happen to someone else!I’m a 69 Year old Man who took My Car to Demitrio to replace the A/C Condenser to stop a Freon Leak but the next Day after He replaced the Condenser, the Dryer and the Orifice Tube and charged the System for a Labor cost of $350! All the Freon leaked again the next Day so I took My Car In again so He worked on the A/C and charged it and it Leaked again the next Day so now Demitrio made Me buy an Evaporator and Freon and charged Me $200 To install! But the next Day all the Freon leaked again!!!??? And then after He told Me To take My Car back He made Me wait 2 Hours in 90 Degrees Temperature at His Shop without showing up or Answering the Phone Or Texts so the next Day I had to take My Car to Sky Auto Repair and Their Invoice of $160 States that the problem was the Air Compressor Sealing Kit that Demitrio installed and all what Demitrio did to find the Leak is spray Soap Spray rather than the Dye Test!!!??? Stay away from Prevez Auto and Demitrio the Rookie who rips Senior Citizens off then refuses to finish the Job He’s paid for and makes them pay $160.00 To fix His Improper installation of the Compressor Sealing Kit !!!???I had to respond to Demitrio’s response, to say that what He failed to disclose is that He was paid to replace the Condenser and the A/C Charge and then He ordered the the A/C Sealing Kit and He was paid to replace that and it was replaced incorrectly, and that’s what the Invoice From Seven Sky Automotive shows, and He was paid to replace the Evaporator as Well and He still failed to detect the Freon Leak that was from the A/C Compressor Sealing Kit that He installed!!!??? I have proof of all what I’m saying in Texts and Invoices. You can lie as much as You want Demitrio, God is watching how You tortured a 69 Year Old Customer!!!???

This is a great place to get your car fixed on. I had trouble on the road with my brakes it was sticken and my car wouldnt go nowhere. n Demetrius the owner had did a lovely job i would definitely be back when my car needs the love.... Hundred of problems appeared in my vehicle after he fixed one problem. On test drive I found problems in drive and many error lights turned on when i went back to his shop to ask him about them just after 2 min I left, he locked himself in the shop. i called him many many time and he did not answer the phone.he is very unprofesssional. I dont recommend any kind of repair form this shop

This shop agreed to secure the plastic panel cover underneath my car. After the work was complete, the plastic panel became detached after driving a few miles. I subsequently secured the plastic myself so I could drive it back to his shop, so that he could remedy the original repair.When I got back to his shop, he was closing up shop, and said he had to get to his other job. Since I was unable to drive my car in its current state, I had to pay for the same job to be done again at the shop next door. They got the job done quickly, and to this day, (5 months later) everything is still intact.Since the job was rushed and the plastic under-body cover was not secured properly, and since the shop was not willing to remedy the issue, I would strongly advise to avoid this shop.I paid in cash; otherwise I would have filed a credit card dispute.If you still want to come to this shop, I strongly advise to pay with credit card, so you have leverage.=========================================================My response to the Owners repsonse:No, I just double checked and I went to your shop. The pictures of the shop are the same, the lift is the same, and your google profile picture shows the same person I worked with. (Demetrios Zotos)It was the black Mercedes sports car (V-12, 500+HP) Theres no way you could have forgotten my car.In regards to the receipt, you only charged me $20 to secure the plastic, and you said your printer wasnt working, and since I didnt think I would have an issue with the repair, I said, Its Ok, I dont need it.I assure you this is the correct shop.Also, I wouldnt consider it body work. It was just a matter of securing the plastic under-body with some zip ties. Only a drill and zip ties were required.In regards to writing the review 5 months later, I was looking for another shop, and when I inadvertently saw your shop profile on google; I remembered my experience, and decided to write a review.

Even if they open in June he cares about his customers enough to still work on their cars while preparing to open
