This place had my truck for a month and only changed two batteries. I wrote down specific instructions for them and they DID NOT follow any of the instructions. They charged a diagnostic fee when they did not perform a true diagnosis and I paid $3000 up front before they performed any work. They told me it would be 5 to 10 business days and accepted payment immediately. I called after 10 business days to check on the status and they had only changed batteries, they said it would be another week, I called after another week and they had nothing else done and only more lies and excuses. They told me it would be done by the following Friday, I called that Friday and it still wasnt done, so I told them to give me the parts I had already paid for and I was picking up the truck. They tried to charge me more, gave me more lies about why it wasnt done and had everything locked up when I arrived to pick it up. They then tried again to get more money and didnt want to release the parts. Both the shop manager and lead service technician lied and couldnt keep their stories straight between the two of them. I finally get my truck and parts home to complete the work myself only to find out that they ordered the wrong parts. They had this truck for a month and couldnt even get the correct parts. I would not even give this joke of a business one star. This place is not worth the aggravation and time anyone puts in to them and I am still out $3000. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!!!

This place was fantastic. I took my 1995 Mercedes S320 in to have two oxygen sensors replaced and they got my car in on time as promised and even ordered some parts from out of state and they got here in less than 24 hours and my car was in and out of their place very quickly. And the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be taking my car here if I need to work in the future.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this particular place of business deserves A complement and for everyone to know that they are the best around town. I just relocated to Virginia, For years I always had my cars serviced at the BMW dealership. Unfortunately, in this pandemic I can’t afford BMW service On a 2018 BMW. After conducting a research I came across Forza Automotive, Inc, i’m saying bye-bye to large auto repair bills from BMW. I met a awesome wonderful, knowledgeable, mechanic named Dave, I went to AutoZone and my car was in properly diagnosed so, I’d like Everyone to know Dave did a wonderful job his service was phenomenal and he kept me in formed of every detail that was being done to my car, extremely educated on foreign cars and BMW computerized system and specializes in ALL foreign cars for many years. Forza Automotive, Inc. Owned by Mike, Who I find to be a pleasant gentleman.I enjoyed communicating with Mike and his wife as my car was being worked on. If you choose to get service from Forza Automotive, Inc. you can expect for your car to be fixed at 100% add a good rate that you won’t believe. As we know auto repair tends to be very expensive don’t waste your time getting ripped off anywhere else stop in and see Mike & Dave & you won’t be disappointed.

I finally found an honest mechanic for all my car needs. The owner came through for me when I was facing a very costly repair for my foreign car. He found the part and gave me a fantastic deal on it. The labor was done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. No problems with the repair at all. Overall, I trust that theyre going to diagnose my car correctly and fix what needs to be fixed at a great price.

10/23/2019 was the first time I used Forza. I definitely plan to use their excellent service again. I had a water pump put on my Lexus IS250. Chris researched my vehicle and determined it was the less labor-intensive method required to mount the part. He said he couldnt promise, but he would strive to have the car ready by closing time. That was critical since my wife was going out of town that day so I needed to have my car. Mark was kind enough to give me a lift home from their shop while my car was being worked on. Chris call in the afternoon and said my car was good-to-go. The service was done at fraction of the cost the Lexus dealership quoted. Again, great job Forza team and I will highly recommend your superior service at a fair price to others.

Great experience, Chris was great to work with! Had to get my timing belt replaced and some things in relation to a leak I had, came in with no appointment on a Saturday, got my car back on Wednesday night due to a part not getting in on time. Overall satisfied with work done, they took their time to make sure the job was done right.

Honestly this is the best garage in Virginia affordable repair prices great friendly service and honest to a T.

They took care of my vehicle and were very professional. I spent 3 hrs watching Netflix and Amazon Video while they worked on my vehicle. Chris took the time to explain the services performed and even fixed a few other issues with the car that I asked as a favor. Will be back on my next scheduled service. The less than 5 stars is only because there is always room for improvement but I definitely recommend these guys.

Forzas price for a new engine was half of the dealer, but before they replaced the engine, they called me and said that I did not need an engine, they found out my problem was due to a sensor and repaired it for under $300. Thank you, thank you so much. I dont usually write reviews, but people need to know about Forza.

I have been living Stafford for just about 6 months now. Trying to find a legit mechanic that you can trust and not get ripped off MIGHT just be the most stressful thing ever. Thankfully with online reviews I was able to find just the right place, and have full confidence with Forza working on my car. I give these guys 10 stars(above and beyond) for their a+ job. Have used this shop numerous times. Very satisfied with their work and pricing. They have always been honest in their dealings. Turn around has been great. Usually can pick it up the same day unless its a major repair.

These NEW owners of Forza Auto are Great. I moved here from California and did not know where to take my Range Rover. I did not want to take it to Alexandria or Richmond for service & repairs. I found them off google and wasnt sure I wanted to take my car there because of reviews about the PREVIOUS owner. Glad I gave them a shot because I will not go anywhere else. John & Mike have gone above & beyond to help me with repairs and service each time I have been in there. I drop my car off & they have given me a ride to work. They take time to research the best prices for me & explain each and anything that I ask about my car. I am super happy & comfortable that I have found some Honest guys to help me maintain my car.

A amazing automotive shop that is honest and forthcoming about the needed repairs for your vehicle. They have helped me with my 2001 Lexus LX470 sport utility several times and explained every detail of what was needed to repair the vehicle. No stealership worries. Straight up, clear cut repairs without the hidden charges! Wouldnt think of taking my vehicle anywhere else!

These guys are always pleasant and are pretty timely in their work. Ive never been anything but pleased every time Ive been there. Theyve been a little busy sometimes which resulted in long wait times, but I recommend them to all of my friends because their repair work is solid and Ive never felt like they were trying to gouge me during state inspections or other work.

Absolute garbage. Had some repairs done there previously. Car broke down and had it taken back to them because it was still under the warranty time frame. Was told that the warranty was only 30 days, not 2 years. When I told them the paperwork clearly shows 2 years, the story changed to were under new ownership, and have nothing to do with the old one. Was told that the parts needed were only available from the dealership, 30 seconds of Google proves that was yet another lie. And had to be towed to the dealership to be programmed. Repairs took 3 weeks, which would have taken anywhere else 3 days at most. When finished, the paperwork was a joke, no part numbers, generic description, and no breakdown of the actual repair labor. Avoid this place like the plague.Edited, for the response from owner.I didnt care about where the parts came from, you told me that it was something that only came from the dealership. Im merely pointing out that you directly lied to me about it.

I am happy to drive from Alexandria for service and people i can trust. Added bonus - they beat competitor prices ... by a lot. Honest about whats needed and what can wait, and very good turn around time. Shop offers comfy sitting area, vintage arcade game (free and awesome for waiting with the little ones), coffee and cable tv if you choose to wait. Night drop box also available.

Just dropped in to Forza this afternoon and left extremely happy! I was a walk-in needing help with a convertible top that was stuck closed. I met Paul in the front and asked what the likelihood of having it looked at today. He explained they were already at max capacity today and unfortunately wouldnt be able to get to it. But he went ahead and asked what my issues were. After hearing the problem and looking at possible solutions, he offered to come take a quick look. He tried a couple things and fixed my issue within a couple mins!! I was so thankful he took the time to fix my problem, even with already having such a full plate! Highly recommend.

1st time I have been to Forza Automotive. No problems at all. Problem was diagnosed, part ordered, installed, and I was called to pick up my vehicle on the day I was told it would be ready. Great job!

Its hard to find a qualified BMW technician in the Fredericksburg area, but Forza meets that criteria. Took my vehicle in for a service light indicating possible brake pad wear, and the technician checked the vehicle out. Brake pads were in good shape, and there was no effort to sell unnecessary services or parts.

I just got an oil change it only took 25 minutes and the mechanic was very friendly and really appreciate him. I think hes a new guy up there and does a great job .

I believed most of the reviews, but what I found was that overall they do not play attention to details. This is displayed in the customer service and actually doing what the customer desires. It feels like they want to do what they desire instead. Most people do not want their vehicle done quickly if it only means that it has to be returned for additional services.

Last month while in Fredericksburg VA.,the guys here at Forza automotive worked their Majic on moms Lexus to get me going down the road safely. How without God an my guardian angel I didnt flip that truck an die is a miracle cause some shop in SC took the clamp off the boot of the axle an made sure that the boot released all the grease an oil,an losened three out of five lugnuts on all tires an took some of the weights off...so yeah these guys at Forza automotive worked their Majic an fixed the Lexus for a great price an I was able to drive safely down to FL. I brought my Camry for oil change and general inspection . The people at Forza were very friendly, professional and honest . I will return with my parents vehicle for next week . Highly recommend to my friends and family .

Spent just under 9K from Dec 2014 to August 2015. Numerous issues to getting the interior done on a 1965 White 356C Porsche. Never once heard back from owner when trying to obtain assistance in the QA of their restoration. Its Nov 22, 2015 and the drive seat has fallen apart - less than 3 months after work was done. Additionally, the interior roof lining has opened up. Im writing a formal BBA note on lack of warranty, quality and attention to a customers needs. Avoid this shop at all costs. Update. May 2016. Took car to Richmond Dealer who showed me the shoddy work that included staples in back seat to holes drilled through body structure of car to hold new seat belts firmly. They ruined my interior and now I have to start over

Trust worthy automotive shop.

Having purchased a used Jaguar XK, I needed an oil change and baseline inspection. Contacted Forza and spoke to Nick who advised me for that service it would be $122.50. A few days later, I showed up for my appointment (which I was later told they dont take appointments) and was disheartened to see the most disheveled looking automotive service center ever witnessed. I can understand automotive garages to not be the cleanest and squared away working environments however tools, trash, full fluid containers, and old disassembled cars were all about the place in complete disarray. As noted, you dont get a second chance to make a good first impression, and this customer was NOT impressed. The mechanic who worked on my car was knowledgeable about the basics of this particular car model but little more. Forza knew well in advance that there was this specific car coming in for an oil change, however they failed to have any oil filters in stock for this specific car so I waited for over ninety minutes for the filter to be delivered only to be advised by the Bookkeeper (didnt catch her name) that the filter was $57 and therefore she had to charge me $192.00 for the service. After I had told her of my detailed conversation with Nick, she rudely said that they will put my old oil back into my car and that I could go elsewhere. Knowing that what she said may have crossed the line for defining what is proper customer service and interface, she relented and only charged me $164 for service that should have only cost $122.50. Everything I have written in this review is 100 percent accurate, therefore my strongest recommendation for this shop...GO ELSEWHERE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FORZA.

We took our 2008 Jaguar Vanden Plas to due to an air suspension fault indictor. The front air springs were leaking. We had asked other non Jaguar auto shops if they could do the job and they all said they did not have the necessary tools to get the job done. I asked Forza specifically if they had the tools to get the job done and they told me they did even after I had explained what the other shops had said. They “fixed” the car and less than 10 miles down the road the fault indicator came back on. When we took it back they explained that they did not have the necessary tools to reprogram the Jaguar computer. When I reminded them that they said they had the tools the first excuse was “they couldn’t know it would need to be reprogramed”. But they “routinely work on Jaguars” so how could that be? They don’t work on Jaguar suspensions routinely. Wouldn’t a good shop do their homework to figure out what was required before they started a job they hadn’t done before? Then I asked if they had used OEM parts. Answer, no you didn’t ask us to. They didn’t ask us if we wanted OEM parts but we informed them we were trying to have this covered by the warranty. How many warranties cover non OEM parts? Not to mention this could be another reason why the fault indicator stays on. Is a job done if the indicator light remains on? Maybe we just had marks written across our foreheads when we walked in.Do yourself and stay clear of this establishment.

Ive taken my Mercedes SLK for yearly maintenance, and its about half the cost of the dealer. They also took care of a nasty oil leak in a 12 year old Montero Sport. They were $100 cheaper than another local shop, and the final bill was even $60 cheaper than the estimate. I think Ive found my new repair shop.

Lousy service, horrible owner, the place is a sham, only reason it appears busy is because he parks his for sale cars from his dealership there!!
