My 17 year old daughter took her car in today for an oil change. As usual, they try to sell air and cabin filters. Andre the manager completely took advantage of my daughter today by selling her a cabin filter. We’ve only had the car for a year and only taken it to this jiffy lube location. We just replaced the cabin filter at the previous oil change. When I called to speak with Andre the manager he first hung up on me. The second time he said my daughter had her dad‘s permission. Her dad does not handle these situations. I asked Andre if he thought that it was appropriate to sell her the cabin filter after it was just replaced less than 8000 miles ago and he said yes. This location has lost the business of the six automobiles that we take there. I find this to be very poor customer service as I can no longer trust their best judgement. This was a learning lesson for my daughter. Thanks Andre

I love going to this Jiffy Lube and they always treat me with respect and perform top notch service on my vehicles. These guys give me advice on items that I need to have done without the pressure of forcing it on me and I like that. The suggeestions are always spot on so I know its not just an upsell. Great group to get your vehicle serviced from!

Fast oil change, even for my diesel truck. Had to ask for synthetic, and they had it while all the other shops around did not for my diesel.

Was a pretty quick oil/filter change. Along with air and cabin filter, they were very friendly although I had to wait around 30 minutes for my company vehicle to get into a bay. Still, this location is pretty quick with the work.

In and out. Techs knew what they were doing. Price was good. Out in under 20 minutes

Store manager professional and very knowledgeable about his Store and services.. I didnt know that you can bring in your store bought parts and they will install them at the labor cost only.. great team of people. Everyones wearing mask 😷 they have a TV screen going through different services that they can do.. check them out.. labor prices are extremely worthwhile of calling or stopping by..

I checked my oil and it was low, so I went in for a fluid top off. They broke my oil dipstick inside the tube, but instead of admitting to it, they warned me that they see them break all the time and that if mine ever broke, they could fix it. Next time I checked my oil, the handle came right off in my hand.

Not sure if I’m always lucky but I have never spent more than 30 minutes at this location. My go-to for oil changes. 👌

We could not have been more satisfied with our experience at this location! Andra’ was extremely professional and so kind and helpful. He spent so much time and attention to detail making sure our (very hard to clean) headlights were ready for our trip tomorrow. Won’t go anywhere else!

It took about an hour and a half for an oil change. One of the techs went rooting thru my glove box for the wheel lock, when i left it in the console. He left my glove box a mess. The website said that they do inspections. They dont. Oil changes are supposed to include window cleanings and vacuuming, i didnt get either. This was my first experience at a Jiffy Lube. Not sure Ill return.

Was trying to do a 4.5 out of 5 lol. I do not have any complaints with Jiffy Lube. They always do what they say and recommend other things I legit need done. Usually polite and friendly as well. My only issue is their prices are a tad high for several things. But not enough for me to stop going there.

I had a long ride ahead of me. When I brought my cargo van in for an oil change and everything checked out fine and the van was running more smoothly than before, I was very happy! Quick service, been a customer for a couple years. Last two times I received service they neglected to vacuum the floor and wipe the windows of my car. This complimentary service was one of the main reasons I ever consider them over competitors. Do better

My oil change indicator came on and I needed to drive back to NJ. I usually get my oil changes at the dealership so I was feeling a little apprehensive. Today was Veterans’ Day and Jiffy Lube was quite busy. We were told the wait was 45 minutes- we decided to wait. I am not sure if we waited 45 minutes because the next thing you know we were next. The oil change was quick, the car filters were in good shape and the price quoted was what I paid. First time I have been to Jiffy Lube will definitely go back.The staff was friendly and helpful. The service area is clean. My Mom and I felt very comfortable even though we were the only women there. Very happy! Thank you!

Fast and professional service. They greet you at your vehicle, walk you inside (nice cool AC) to waiting room, confirm contact info then do their magic. I was in and out in 20 minutes or less. Definitely recommend using this location. The guy even opened my door for me!

Staff were all nice and professional but oil change was too expensive compared with several other places in the area. Was told that I was paying more for the convenience of getting in right away. This had not been my experience with other Jiffy Lubes in other areas.

Kevin told me how I could get a $10 off coupon using my smart phone. Hes been there a long time, so he knows his stuff, ask for him. He has an excellent customer service attitude. Once I was upset they ran out of the synthetic oil I wanted....Kevin told me how I could bring my own oil and Id get the oil change for under $49...so with the $10 coupon he told me about, I got the oil change, fluid cap, filter, vacuum, windows cleaned, air in tires, battery check, and all those extras JL does for about $39.... WOW! LOVE KEVIN !!

Great service!! Great communication with there customers. No pressure up sales, they tell you exactly what has to be done, you have the choice!! To put it simply!! I have been going here for close to 12 years that alone is my testimony on how great Jiffy Lube is to me.

Terrible, slow service. I really don’t know how they have 4 star reviews. Took at last 2 hours to get a basic oil change for every car that was in front of me as well for an oil change.RUDE worker whoever the guy is in a bun came to my car and said “what’s up?” No manners.REALLY TERRIBLE!

While all jiffy lubes offer fast oil changes they are not all created equal. Some use the oil change opportunity to upsell you with cabin air filters and other frivolous options. This jiffy lube did the job I came in for, asked politely if there was anything else I needed, and then thanked me for my patronage. This is my new jiffy lube.

Checked all fluid levels without having to ask, noticed I needed air in my tires and filled them, made sure I was aware of all charges and asked my permission before going ahead with replacing dirty filters, etc. There were no surprises when it came time to pay. Really a great place to take your car.

I recently started driving for Uber on the side delivering food and the team at jiffy lube hooked me up with a discount for being an Uber driver but they took great care in finding that both the filters in the car were horribly dirty and needed to be changed and yes I know that something I could have checked myself but when youre as busy as my wife and I are things slip through the cracks also got an oil change tire rotation and they even vacuumed around the floorboard so I enjoyed the great care they took I definitely will be back thanks again sorry for the non punctuation as well I use text to talk because I dont have time to think 😁

I bought a new used car last year and took it to Jiffy lube for the third time and found out that they used the wrong oil the first two times they changed it. To make it worse the manager tried to put the blame everywhere except where it belongedWould the division manager who reached out to me please return my call. Im not sure if you left the correct number.

Quick and easy. With the coupon provided on the internet it was just as cheap as buying all the necessities and doing it myself. Just without the hassle of cleanup. Would have been a five-star if the vacuum job was a little more thorough. Overall strong work.

Just stopped by because my car was telling me I needed an oil change earlier than it should have and I was getting inconsistent levels when I was checking it myself. They checked it, told me it was fine, and then went the extra mile and topped me off (and reset it to match the proper mileage)...all free of charge! The guys were all very friendly and quick to help. Definitely recommend and will return again myself.

Ive come here on and off for years. In the last 2 years, service has really gone downhill. 5$ on the dashboard of my truck went missing and today, the guy helping me out seemed bothered I didnt want to pay $100 for the upgraded oil change...additionally, the car wasnt vacuumed and on the ticket, it said that it was. When I pay 70$ for a full service oil change, its not too much to expect full service. I dont have to have service with a smile, but dang...I dont need an attitude, especially when I dont get everything Im supposed to.

Employees were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Did not take very long and they explained everything they found. I will go there again and would recommend them!

Customer service was amazing! Easily a 10/10 but for some reason when I got back in my car my key fob (which was kinda broken but not broken) was put together backwards and no longer worked. I couldve easily fixed it if somebody would have told me and now Im missing an inside part to my key fob and I cant remotely lock/unlock my car or open my trunk.

I have used Jiffy Lube for several years now, all without a hitch. They are very responsible and are filled with customer care!So, if you are looking for someone who loves your car as much as you do, THEN THINK OF JIFFY LUBE!

I go to this Jiffy Lube all the time and they are very knowledgeable, honest and professional. They even provide free coffee and give a Military Discount. Plus they don’t unnecessarily recommend replacing the air filter every visit. Also, I’ve always been in and out in a Jiffy. ;-)

I recommend that everyone goes to the jiffy lube 3300 on plank road. My entire experience from when I placed my call about my brakes and headlight concerns, and bringing my car to jiffy lube to sitting down waiting for my car and checking out, was phenominal. I have never received customer service like this before. Every employee their made me feel like family, took the time to educate me on anything I had questions on. Zachary the customer service advisor answered all my questions, very polite, very knowledgeable and absolutely helpful. The manager Andre was very outgoing and pleasant. The assistant manager Garrett had made my experience memorable. Randy, Dean, and Chris welcomed me with a smile and were very helpful. Because of my wonderful experience I will come back again to this location.

I got my oil changed today and my tires rotated since I had driven across the country recently. It is Veterans Day and I saw they were doing oil changes half off for all Veterans. I didn’t have them do anything extra that I didn’t mention and my 1/2 price total was $66 and change. I was surprised at the cost being so much and that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars but the service was excellent. Everyone I had an encounter with was so polite and they didn’t try to push any extras on me that I didn’t need. Customer Service means a lot so I will probably be a return customer even though of the high prices.

They were absolutely wonderful. Explained everything they were doing. They were done so fast. I had to admit that I was so uneasy. This was the first time I had to deal with issues like this. My husband use to do all car things himself. Still so hard for me to deal with. My husband passed away just over a year ago. So I am alone now. All the employees were so nice to me. Mr Andre is awesome. I followed him from the Rt17 store to the Rt3 store. He always has 5 star customer service. I only take my vehicles to him.

Courteous, friendly staff. Promptly greeted and advised of available services. I requested oil and filter service and chassis lubrication. Cost estimate seemed a little pricey, but I was limited on time and vehicle needed the service. Then I waited. One technician was challenged opening the hood. I watched him struggle and offered to help after his third try. Then I waited. When the technician was checking and inflating tires I cautioned him to inflate rear tires to only 65 psi, not 80 as indicated by specs sticker. When reviewing the work order with the assistant manager I observed that 35 psi tire pressure was noted. He checked with technician to determine actual inflation pressure; 65 all around. My vehicle was returned to the service bay and tire pressure was corrected. Then I received the invoice. Wow, twice the price I typically pay where my vehicles are normally serviced. The bottom line is that the staff are pleasant, but that does mot compensate for slow service and outrageous pricing. Jiffy Lube is not for me.

Not friendly service. I pulled up for an oil change. I was wanting to also dump my old oil from previous oil change. The manager Andre gives me a look like what this &#^$^ doing here. No good afternoon sir, no how are you doing, no how goes your day. Just a poker stare. You cant bring that here. Boy did I feel welcomed. No. Prob. I immediately cancelled a planned oil change and fuel injection cleaning. I asked who can I speak to above him. He says he is unable to contact anyone above him. Right. Wont be coming to this franchise culture. I was a customer.

They will try to upcharge you on a bunch of services that you do not need but if you are capable of saying no you will get a fairly cheap oil change that is done quickly and is worth the price. I would advise you not to let them convince you that you need anything extra other than what you came for. It isnt the fault of the staff, management forces them to do so

Great customer service today. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Tech went over suggested maintenance schedule for the new car so that we would know what to expect.

A crew of very professional and meticulous Mechanics that aim to please. They did what I asked them to do and brought any obvious trouble areas to my attention and asked if I would want them taken care of.

I typically go to the Warrenton Rt. 17 location but the day I went they were understaffed and made a phone call to this location to do some suspension work. Clean location. Well staffed. Fast service and follow up.

Never had a problem with this location before, the employees have always been nice and the service was typically quick, but today I went and got my oil changed and got new windshield wiper blades and on my way home when I used my windshield sprayers nothing came out, checked under my hood and the lines to the sprayers on my hood were pulled off and I now have to replace them.

Wonderful customer service. All questions were answered with clear understanding. Car was ready in a short time frame.
