Wow! What an incredibly horrible business! So many things promised and not delivered. Then I was called a liar by a supervisor... Luis! Yep thats right! He actually called me a liar! Told me to Google the telephone number for corporate when I asked. DO NOT use this company unless you want horrible results and ripped off!*3/31/21.. of course theyll respond with non sense. I would not have paid 30 extra dollars to have someone move furniture if they did not provide that service. All lies here!

Our Zerorez Fredericksburg guy, Oscar, was on time, polite, professional, and thorough. We had three rooms, a walk-in closet, and an area rug done for $171!! The carpets look and smell great. Can’t believe the difference in our teenage son’s room!! There is no way you can beat the service for the price even if you rented one of those little machines from the store yourself...but why would you? Call Zerorez, you will not regret it!

Thought Steven was very professional and courteous. I have to change my review of product. It’s been 24 hr and everything is dry and to my surprise spots appeared in places where I’ve never seen spots before. When Steven inspected with a black light I saw spots that were not visible until after everything dried. Very dissatisfied with final product and would not recommend this company to anyone. There adds sound very promising but are totally misleading do not use this company very disappointed

Oscar from Zerorez showed up to clean the carpet upstairs. He was very polite and knowledgeable! He also wore disposable booties ...as not track anything into the house. He showed up on time and Zerorez sent a text about 40 minutes prior to let me know. My carpet looks great and smells great! They were fast and efficient! I would highly recommend!

Oscar was knowledgeable carpet tech answering all questions during our walk through. Our entire upstairs is carpeted beginning with stairs and hall. All four bedrooms carpets look amazing and smell so fresh & clean. They’ve never felt softer. Reasonable fee for exceptional work. Text notifications for appointment and prior to tech arrival were reassuring & convenient. I’d definitely use Zerorez again.

The carpets look like new! Love their efficiency of this company. My one complaint is I called to get a quote on another service and whoever answers the phone should not be doing that job. No- didn’t ask my question on that phone call- I sent an email instead.

Updated review!After my initial review the owner called and apologized for their problem. Turns out an employee had a life gets in the way issue, which understandably happens! Good call with the owner and we rescheduled to today. They were right on time and did a fantastic job, our technician Steve was just terrific great work ethic and while not his fault he continued to be apologetic. Things happen and some are unavoidable in this case I think even when life gets in the way care enough to notify someone above you to make sure you have passed the baton before so the business can continue without you. My only reason for not giving 5 stars. But I would say since they learned from this situation and make it better for the customer they are a 5 star company, but will strive for more!Had an appointment today for 1 - 3, called at 3:30 and again at 4 when they were a no show, no answer so left a message twice! Tech showed up at 5:15! He was apologetic and nice but very late unacceptable! He noted I should have heard from the office! Not one call even after I left a message!

Ron did a fantastic job on my carpets! He was extremely professional and made sure I was satisfied with his work. I pointed out a few small problem spots where my dog had tracked in mud and Ron got everything out!He recommended the pet treatment in one spot and scotch guard treatment only in the high-traffic areas. I added both of those on and will see if they make any difference. I always appreciate when technicians give an honest recommendation for add-on services instead of recommending add-ons for your entire space just to up charge.I definitely recommend these guys and plan to use them once a year for carpet cleaning.The only downside is the fact that nobody called to give me a heads up that the technician was on his way, as I had expected based on my appointment confirmation email. I have a large dog to wrangle and secure, so it took an extra few minutes to get him situated.

Ron was excellent! He couldn’t promise me my chair would come completely clean, and he did a great job with my upholstery cleaning and wool rug. My rug looks beautiful! And my chair is “clean”. Thank you Ron and Zerorez!!!

Great service!I needed someone to clean my carpets who brought their own water supply, as I am on a well that runs on the low side.The carpet in my home is decades old and had never been professionally cleaned.Zerorez sent Oscar, a very polite and prompt technician.He cleaned 3 rooms of my house (and a hallway) with a pet stain treatment and he was finished in less than 2 hours.While some of the pet stains were stubborn, he did a great job and my home looks and smells much better!Highly recommended for fast and courteous service.

The tech did an incredible job. He took the time to explain his process and set expectations, which he proceeded to exceed. Our carpets look nearly new. I cant believe how much dirt and pet hair he lifted out. My sectional sofa is refreshed. But what was really nice was that the tech was a really nice guy. He was charming and quirky. Zerorez was great! I just bought a house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Dana helped me set up my appointment and was very helpful in doing so. Tom gave me a call prior to him and Kens arrival and they arrived within my scheduled time frame. Once at my house, they both walked each room with me and Tom explained Zerorezs process. He addressed heavily soiled areas before even getting started. He was very knowledgeable and informative and answered any questions I had. I had three bedrooms and the family room done. After they were done, Tom walked each room with me again to make sure I was happy with everything before they left. All in all, they were there for approximately two hours. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to their carpets cleaned!

We had a great experience! Jeremiah was our technician and explained everything very clearly before he did it. We have two dogs which means accidents and tons of hair. He was very attentive to the time and space needs as I work from home. He was able to remove several darker spots in the carpet to give it an overall improved look.

Mike just finished cleaning our cream-colored upholstered couches and stair runners. The first word out of my mouth was, “WOW!” They look amazing, and he was even able to get out coffee stains that I tried hard to remove. He spent a lot of time, used some elbow grease, and exceeded my expectations!

Zerorez was absolutely incredible. Called them same day to try and get a carpet cleaned. They worked with me and showed up right on time. In regards to getting the carpet clean, it was nothing short of amazing. Every stain was gone and it only took a couple hours. I highly recommend Zerorez for all carpet cleaning needs.

I have used this company twice and am always amazed at how great my carpets look when they are done. I appreciate that there are no harmful chemicals used, and that because soaps are not used, the stains are actually eliminated. With other carpet cleaners I have had them rise back up within weeks. Zerorez done a great job on my carpets. The price was reasonable and my tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made suggestions but wasnt pushy. The cleaner was excellent, texted when he headed to the house worked diligently cleaning 5 rooms and some furniture, which all looked beautiful when done, super polite and very hard working. The scheduler was a bit unrealistic, I explained I needed to leave the house at a certain time for another appt., she assured me that would not be a problem but she didn’t pass that on to the person doing the work so he was unaware the appt ran 90 minutes past the time she said.

Upon arrival he went over what we were having done & did a walk through to make sure everything was covered. He did his work in a very timely manner. He did an excellent job at a very good price.
