Truly a great experience. I forgot what color my carpet was originally. Its been 3 years since we had it installed. They brought it back to life and cannot wait for my wife to see it now. They are very knowledgeable with carpets as well and even gave me advice to stop doing spot cleaning with certain products that I have used in the past and gave me a complimentary bottle of spot cleaner to use instead. I will be calling them back again for a more routine cleaning for sure!

Chris and Charles were the utmost professionals… very communicative, on-time, we’ll-prices, and thorough, quality work. You can tell they are very proud of the jobs they do. It shows in the care they take in your home. We have renters moving in this week and been working on housebreaking our new puppy for the past five months, so our carpets needed A LOT of love. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how their process would sanitize the carpets and lift any and all stains. They even left a free bottle of their company’s spot remover for us to keep! Two friends recommended Harris so I booked with them online. The booking process was easy and straightforward. It including a price estimate and multiple date options.On arrival, they looked over the job, gave some recommendations and a new estimate which was in line with the online estimate. We had an unexpected main sewer line backup that over took a large area in our lower level. It was messy and smelled and required immediate remediation. The Harris team fit us in promptly and spent hours cleaning the areas, testing the walls for moisture, and sanitizing everything. They returned for two more days to remove impacted dry wall and floors while continuing to sanitize and dry the areas. Without them, this disaster would’ve been an even greater disaster.

Both technicians worked quickly and efficiently and were super professional and courteous. My carpets look and smell great! Which is a big deal when you have 3 little ones at home. They easily got a puke stain out. I would highly recommend them! We will be using them again.

Used this company to clean dryer vent. The tech was very thorough, pointing out several large tears in the ductwork behind the wall that we were not able to see without the use of their camera. We are a small property management company and have used them in the past and will continue to use them for all our dryer vent cleaning in the future as the need arises.

I have used Harris Clean Carpet Care twice now. The 1st time Chris and his team cleaned carpet in a rental house I was getting ready to sell. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet but they were able to get all the stains out along with pet odors and candle wax.The second time was due to flooding. Although we had to throw the carpet and padding away he and team moved the furniture out took all the carpet, padding and tack strips with him and remove all the moisture from my basement.

The estimate ended up being higher than the final invoice, as they charge by square foot, so I ball-parked the original total amount of space and rounded up a bit. Superb job, very friendly. I have two older small dogs that were used to having access to a huge backyard any time they wanted. Then we moved into a new home with no fenced in yard. It’s potty training all over but now with older dogs that have issues holding their bladder. My carpets were a mess and disgusting.
