Our friends truck was broken down and we needed to get it to a mechanic shop in Frankfort. I cannot remember the mans names who owns and operates Holbrook but he answered when we called, showed up when he said he’d be there, towed us to Goodyear, then after finding out the truck needed a transmission, he offered to tow the truck to his personal lot so we could disconnect the driveshafts for it to be pulled home. Very nice guy and generous of him to allow us to work on the truck and keep it at his shop till the next day.

Kristen and Ronnie were very helpful at navigating the process for me. They were kind and patient. Able to tow my car very quickly! They were great and I would highly recommend them.

After trying my service plan and my insurance to get a tow when my car broken down i ended up having to call for a tow myself as i couldnt get service from them. HOLBROOK was there in less then 30 minutes and took care of my car. Friendly and professional.

Charge my daughter 200.00 for a 8 mile tow. Because a dirty cop pulled her over in front of her driveway. The impound fee was only 35.00. How can you do this to a struggling single mother. Expecting new baby in just a few days all be ause her last name is Lopez and not Smith or Jones.

I have had Holbrook Towing haul cars for my garage and my personal vehicles for 10 years. In ten years I have never had anything at all to complain about. They arrive when they say they will, haul whatever I ask, and make sure it arrives safely and undamaged. They are the only wrecker service I use or recommend.

Called before 6p.m. They were competitive in charges. Asked if I could call back to make arrangements bc the car keys were with us and the car was in a separate location. They never answered the phone.... Beginning 10 minutes after the initial call.

No two ways about it: These guys are the BEST! Personable, friendly, and they have rates that will rival anybodys. I called and they were here within 10 minutes. If you ever need towing assistance, these are the people to call. Excellent service and I will tell other people about them.

Scheduled to move some equipment and he showed up early and had it loaded before scheduled start time. Fair price with top of the line equipment.

Called for a tow and he said he cant come til 8 am because he has to sleep. Lol thats after i told him i needed to be towed 1 mile away. He then said see if she can find someone else. Terrible customer service. Would love to hear from a manager about policies and procedures.

These guys think its funny to continually call me and harass me and my wife. i asked for a tow once the guy didnt even show up. i called another towing company and then the man got angry and started towing the other recovery vehicle. i WILL NOT BE GOING BACK
