Not only did they fix my problem but they went out of their way to find used good parts and put them on that saved me so much in cost. Not only did they save me money, my car was fixed quickly and I was back on the road within a few hours. Also they towed my car for free. I was really impressed with their service and their act of kindness toward my situation. I can honestly say they have great customer service. Im back in Tennessee and my car is still running great. I can’t express enough the professionalism of this shop/dealership. Tony the owner is an outstanding man with an equally outstanding family.I have gone to this family for decades now. They are a great christian family who practices their values in all they do. The recent awful mess I’ve had dealing with button motors lately has truly been tragic to deal with. But I only did because my warranty from purchase of sale was with them. The drive to Frankfort has ALWAYS been worth the respect they show. Recently even, I’ve called their office several times and the boss (Tony) is the one who picks up just about each time. How many businesses you know still have the owner answering phones? They are usually the businesses you can trust.They recently went above and WAY beyond fixing the recent problems I’ve had that were at no fault to them, and at a value they will never understand how much it helps my family right now. I don’t know how yet, but I hope some day I can show my decades of appreciation I have for them.

Had my vehicle taken to them for repairs on my front end (99 Jeep Cherokee). I was basically stuck 100+ miles from my home but they went out of their way to set me up with a hotel room while I was stranded and when i need to get back to work, they set me up with a rent a car company.After the job was done, I was very happy with the work although the vehicle was very low on power steering fluid after they finished. Over all, I have no complaints with the assessment of the work and the quality of the work.I cannot thank them enough for repairing my vehicle and going out of their way to help a stranded motorist.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Been going there for years for all my repairs and maintenance. When I wrecked my vehicle they had my car back to me in better condition then before the wreck and sooner than anyone else was able to get it to me. I am always pleased with the service and will always go there to get work done.

They have taken very good care of myself and my family for as long as I can remember. I came here with my parents as a kid and now they are my number one choice for maintenance and car repairs.

Left with more problems than I went in with. Paid about 500 to have my vehicle fixed, and within 3 days of just driving to and from work (less then 10 miles round trip) my vehicle has more problems than I had to begin with. No help at all... waste of time and money.

Dis-honest business. Got my jeep back this last weekend after they fixed a power steering pump by the time I get back to Lafayette antifreeze is leaking everywhere. A shop in Lafayette said the radiator received impact damage from tool ect not from normal wear n tear. Its oddly coincidence that its the day I get it back an antifreeze is leaking everywhere when I get back to Lafayette however Affordable Auto denies having any relation to the damage. So I advice anyone who is thinking about going here. Just dont. The cars they sell aswell are probably just as unreliable too
