I cant say enough about how grateful i am to GEM CITYTOWING & REPAIR. My daughter and her boyfriend were stuck at the skatepark with what we thought was a dead battery. We tried jump starting numerous times with no success. The major issue we were having is getting the tire off because the battery is up in the wheel well. We went and bought a new battery and still couldnt get the tire off. Call these guys up and ask for a tow to brothers house. The gentleman said let me just go over there and see what i can do for them. He went over there and got the tire off right away and saw that we in fact did NOT need a new battery but that there was a wire loose. He had never worked on a car like that but gave it a try and got it started and my kids on their way. Told them the battery was perfectly fine and just to return the battery they just bought. He was so helpful and ended up saving them a lot of money. Definitely recommend for sure. Very friendly and joked around lifting the kids mood. GEM CITY TOWING & REPAIR you rock!
