Jordan came out and cleaned and sealed our floor tile in our entire house and also cleaned three bedroom carpets. His was efficient, conscientious,professional and polite. We are very pleased with Zerorez and we highly recommend them

Being I worked at a Zerorez in Minneapolis I knew the type of service to expect... well, this wasn’t as good an effort as I hoped.My biggest issue was the tech was outside talking to my neighbor about a cleaning. For way too long. I actually was getting upset staring at them talking.This tech had no personality and was hard to communicate with. He pretreated areas different than I did. He gave it no time to get full effect.I will say he did work hard on areas and the end result is satisfactory. I do believe Zerorez has the best cleaning process and I will only hire them.Take care of your current customer before fishing for another customer and get 5 stars.

If you are looking for a cleaning company to Clean your floors and carpeting I highly recommend Zerorez. I had a friend over that brought their dogs who peed all over my carpeting in one room. I thought I was going to have to rip the carpet up and replace it. Thomas came and did a fantastic job! It smells great and I think he saved me from having to replace my carpet in that bedroom. In addition I have a lot of tile throughout my house and after he cleaned it, the grout is white again and it looks brand new. I took a picture, doesn’t really do it justice, but the grout from the hallway to the laundry room before he cleaned it is like night and day! I will not use anyone else in the future. Call them you will not be disappointed.

Their process is pretty remarkable as clean and even cleaner than others when done, no chemical smells not sticky and the tech took his time and did a great job. Very good company.This is second time using them and somehow even cleaner than the first time.

Cleaned floor tile in three rooms. Two men were very nice. I just expected my grout would look better after watching your video it basically was an expensive floor wash.

Thomas called in advance to give me a specific timeline on the day of service. He was knowledgeable and explained the process and acted professionally. The rug looks great and the upholstery looks better (although I knew it would be difficult). The process does not use water so the carpet dried quickly and looks great!

Tony contacted me about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was very professional, neat in appearance, and courteous. Tony demonstrated how Zerorez water works and explained the process. I have a white and floral-colored rug and the white parts had become almost gray and very dingy. Zeroez made it as clean as the day I bought it! It looks brand new again and the fibers are soft and fluffy, not like when shampoo is used in steam cleaners. I highly recommend you give them a try. My house was a mess and I was a little embarrassed. I have two dogs and two cats and they sometimes didn’t make it to the yard in time. With Zerorez I have my carpets and my house back in good order. Ive had a wonderful experience every time I used Zerorez. The honeysuckle scented carpet deodorizer smells amazing! Having several dogs, especially having a puppy, the deodorizer is a nice option. Even without it though, the carpet is very clean. I definitely recommend Zerorez!

So very happy with how great my carpet and tile look after having Zerorez come and clean them. I don’t know what magic is in that powered water but it’s magic! I have white tile floors pretty much throughout my home so having them stay white and clean is a top priority for us and Zerorez helped us with that. Plus they did it with no chemicals at all.
