The tire services at this Audi dealer are a highway robbery! I had a flat tire on my Audi Q8, with 22 wheel that require special equipment to remove the tire from the wheel. By phone the Audi representative told me they may be able to fix instead of replacing the entire tire because of just a nail on the middle of the surface. When arriving at Audi, the service technician didnt even look at the tire and told me that it would need to be completely replaced to a new tire, then I argue with him to look at the nail, he told me was on the edge of the tire and because of that they wouldnt fix, I argue with him again showing it was in the middle of the tire, not the edge, then he told me they couldnt because the tire was runflat, I told him again the tire is not runflat, and then he told me they just would not fix my tire and I would need to spend $550 for a new tire. I called a near by Goodyear store, they had the equipment to fix the tire and would charge me $35. I left Audi and when to the Goodyear store, in 45 minutes they fix my tire according to manufactures procedures on a safe way. This Audi dealer just want to rip you off. A perfect fixable tire they wanna sell a full expensive replacement. Its not only the cost to do the service, but the environmental impact to dispose a brand new tire for just a nail that is completely fixable. What you can expect from Audi that was cheating on the Diesel-gate scandal ?
