These guys are truly great to work with. I didnt know who to bring my 1935 custom Karmic Ice Cream truck to in order to get a much needed alignment. I asked a friend of mine who is a great mechanic in his own right to recommend someone for the alignment for he didnt do that in his shop. Without hesitation he recommended Elite Roads. I called and they said to bring it down this morning, and Im glad I did. Chris, the owner, greeted me at the counter and got me right in. Diego the mechanic who did the alignment was very thorough and treated my truck with gloves. I was very impressed with the entire shop and their staff. And just as importantly they were more than fair on price. I would highly recommend this shop should you need anything to do with tires, rims or alignments. They got me as a repeat customer.

Elite Roads is the best car shop in Broward County! From wheels to installation of side skirts and splitters to a full auto mechanic shop, these guys (and young lady) get it right 100 percent of the time!! It is also very affordable. I just had what should have been a fairly straight forward install turn into a custom install and they did not try to kill me on the price. If you want it done right, take it to Elite Roads!!

Leah was incredible. I am not the most savvy auto person, but i tried a do it yourself for the first time rim changing. I bought my new rims online then took them to this all encompassing auto store repair conglomerate. After 30 minutes they called me to tell me i didnt have all the parts they needed. I then asked if they did? You guessed it, they didnt. So I looked up auto rim and tire installation and was directed to Elite Roads. I walked in a little overwhelmed but was put at ease very quickly when this cute little firecracker walked up and asked if she could help me. I told her the make and model of my car, showed her one of the rims,and she was on her way and got me all that I needed at an incredible price. Needless to say. I brought in my e46 m3 for a wheel alignment and Phil was absolutely professional while doing his work. I watched him the entire time.He would clean his hands prior to touching the steering wheel. Organized tools and took the car 2x to have it test driven prior to returning it to me.. professional work! Anyone who knows can see that I dont hold back in reviews. I am so glad that I found this place. Just a simple wheel balancing.... completely changed my C6 Corvette ZO6. I drove down to Florida from New York and I thought my car was okay that it just needed a little balance from mild vibration.How many times I have had my wheels balanced on my car and it did absolutely nothing or got worse.Well, after the guys at Elite Roads were finished balancing my wheels properly the car was like night and day! Seriously smooth and such a pleasure to drive. Even though they pointed out that one of my tires was not perfect it felt like I was driving on glass. Usually I would get my wheels balanced in New York or Pennsylvania and they would be okay but not quite right as soon as I would hit a pothole or a bump the wheel would go out of balance because the weights would come off. I explained this to the guys at Elite Roads and whatever they did the wheel weights have been staying on no matter what I have hit in the road. These guys even inspected each wheel and found one of the wheels to be slightly bent.That was pretty bad news to me but then the good news was that they actually have a way to straighten out wheels and they do it on the spot in the shop! Not only that but a very fair price to do the work and did it while I waited. I cannot say enough how good of an experience I had at this shop and the attention to detail, as well as a good experience speaking to the shop manager Chris since he has a couple of cool cars also and is also a car guy. A pretty cool showroom to visit also with eye candy wheels on the walls (and at the counter.) I wish that I could stick around and have more service done here!

About a month ago I brought my BMW in for a simple brake job. Elite quoted me for brakes and rotors, which they told me were for high quality replacement brake pads for my vehicle. When I picked up my car I immediately noticed a loud clunking sound. I called them and they told me the brakes just needed to wear in and give it 50 miles. Sure enough after 50 miles the sound didn’t go away so I brought it back into Elite. They called me and told me they accidentally put on a defective rotor and had to order me a new one. Which was frustrating because clearly they never test drove the car or they would have known right away something was wrong. Nonetheless I brought my car back when the new rotor came in. I brought my car in Thursday afternoon and they told me my car would be ready by noon on Friday. It didn’t end up being done until Monday afternoon! On top of that they never followed up with me to let me know the status I had to keep calling to check up on my car, it was one excuse after another. A day after picking up my car I noticed the clunking sound came back! I decided to bring it into 2 different reputable shops in the area to see what was going on with it. They both told me the same thing: it wasn’t the rotors, Elite had put on not only cheap low quality replacement pads, but they were the wrong size for my car! I had one of the shops put on the OEM replacement pads for my car and now it rides perfectly. Not only did Elite end up cheating me by putting on low quality brake pads they were also incompetent by putting on the wrong brake pads and misdiagnosing the issue, I will never go back there!

Brought my BMW M4 in for a tire change and alignment.1. While the car is being aligned the mechanic leaves it in AAC mode which causes the lights to remain on with the engine off - draining the battery. Had to point this out to them TWICE, by the second time the alignment was done so it was water under the bridge.2. After 3 hours of patiently waiting, I get the alignment report back and see huge deviations in left to right camber/toe etc. A big No-no with high performance vehicles like the BMW M4 which require very minute variances when it comes to procedures such as alignments.. Whats their response to me bringing this up? its not possible to get it exactly equal on both sides. Right. . . strike #23. I step outside to perform a self-inspection and what do you know, they installed the WRONG tires! After bringing this to their attention I received no apologies or acknowledgement for the additional amount of time Id need to wait due to their mechanics negligence.4. 1 & 1/2 hours later I get the car back. . . Again. Because of the complete lack of customer service and the extra time I needed to wait I requested a compensation for the cost of my alignment from the Manager. Manager says hes not refunding anything, makes an allegation that I cant afford the alignment and says that he doesnt want my business, so dont come back. If I had received an apology and acknowledgment of my time prior, itd be one thing to let the issue slide, but that wasnt the case here.After letting him know, Ill be leaving a review of my experience he says they have a 4.7 rating and a bunch of customers so me or any of my possible referrals not coming in wont make a difference. This guy does not understand how business works let-alone how a business continues to grow. Whoever the owner of this company is, I hope youre reading this. Being a business owner myself, I am sure this is not the type of customer service that built Elite Roads into what it currently is. What went up can always come down.Regards,A one time customer

The only place I can bring my trucks to do a awesome alignment is with Diego I own a 2006 Chevy Silverado lifted with 22 x 14‘s and a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 HD and he is the only person that can get my Alignment steering wheel Straight with no problems and no pulling is Diego and he treat my trucks like if it’s his own.

Most of the employees have been doing the wheel and tire business for over 10 years each!!I’ve been going to the same people, at their old location since the late 90s! These are the guys who can handle your car with expensive wheels without any issues. Always great!

Quick, excellent, and friendly staff. Met Jacob and Chris and both were extremely helpful in all the questions I had. I went in to get 2 tires mounted and balanced. Was in and out in less than 45 min. My car was a 2019 Civic Type R and they had all the necessary equipment to mount new tires on the stock wheels without scratching the areas that would be scratched if a different machine were used. They use a touchless tire changing machine that is meant for wheels like these (20inch) so no issues there. Also pricing is extremely reasonable, and beats going to any dealership for a simple task like mounting tires. Other dealerships will claim to have the necessary machines and will charge double to quadruple the price to mount tires on the CTR wheels.

The new owners are a rip-off I called for a 26in tire they told me 180 I called him back three days later to tell him that Im going to bring it in they told me 225 stick with what you say at first youll have more customers

My alignment was done by them. Was great, I later (the next day due to being a busy guy) I noticed my steering wheel is not centered. So I went back to them and told them. They said its the tires. But tires was brought by them that same day I got the alignment. Then was like oh ok you got great tires. Im like my steering wheel is not centered. They rotated the front tires from left to right then rotated them to the back. Whats that gonna solve? (I ask myself). Nothing, so now my steering wheel still not centered like I was telling the alignment guy. Im thinking I will need to go somewhere else that listens to what Im saying and get my steering wheel centered (its slightly off but its annoying when driving your car when it was perfect before all this new tires and alignment being done)

I would rate 10 stars if I was able to.Over the years I have been to a couple of other local wheels and tires shops. Elite Roads is by far the best around. I have a Chevy Cruze that has a uncommon lug pattern. I went into Elite Roads a beaten man because none of the other shops in town could find wheels and the salesman Rob found me a bunch of styles to choose from. This was my first time buying from Elite Roads but Rob and the rest of the staff made me feel like I had been a lifetime customer. Only place that can align our car correctly.Came here and unlike most places that they tell you everything is wrong to make more money, here there was no BS on the diagnostic testing. They are just overall awesome and straightforward. ! Again. If you have a modified car this is the only place to bring your car !

This is not the Elite Roads that was good in the past, the name Elite Roads was sold to Extreme Performance Wheels which is what this company is. I brought my car here to have all four TPMS sensors replaced and 4 days later both of my back tires were completely flat which caused one of them to be completely ruined. I paid for unmounting, sensor replacement, remounting, and balancing and when I spoke with the guy who did the work he said balancing was not necessary because he never unmounted the tire completely to replace the TPMS sensors, he just pushed the tire down. I went back to them and spoke with Carlos Reyes, the Sales Manager there and he appeared to be helpful but that facade faded very quickly. He blamed my tires for the loss of air and stated my tires were bald due to camber wear which caused the leak. I never had any issues with my tires (Toyo Proxies) until I brought them to this place. They did a leak test on one of my back wheels and they found a leak on the bead where the tire meets the rim. The workers they have there do not know how to properly mount a tire and will take any shortcuts they can. They put a fairly large chip on my Vossen wheels and ruined my tire in the process. I saw the worker struggling to work the mounting machine and he clearly did not know what he was doing. I paid good money to have a simple service done and now it has cost me hundreds more that what was necessary. Carlos got frustrated with me and told me he would sell me a replacement tire for his cost and I told him okay and to place the order. He said he would call me in 2 days. He never called me. I looked up the tire he was going to sell me and his price was more expensive than all the prices online. This shop is dishonest and lacks customer service. Please save your money and take your business elsewhere.

I received 110% of the quality work and customer service I expected. My mechanic friend recommended this shop to work on my custom performance wheels, and they did excellent work at a great rate and did not damage my powder coat. I will be coming to them for all of my future needs.

That’s all I really can say, from service, to them making sure I get the wheels I chose ceramic coated, down to a full interior and exterior wash and sealed, Phil (elite roads detailing) you did a great job, but Rob and Carlos helped me with these amazing suggestions and even brought the wheels off the wall out to my car to show me what they would look like and even once I decided the wheel I wanted then they brought out even more to help me decide the perfect color. Awesome place. All the staff I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. I brought in my own wheels to be installed and they did an awesome job. The installer came and got me out of the waiting room to see if I wanted the brakes and drum painted first because he thought it would look better. I agreed and he didnt even charge for it. Worst place to ever take your wheels to be mounted. This place was highly recommended to me by several of my good friends so I figured they must be good. Boy was I ever wrong, I have gone here four separate occasions and each time I have had an issue. The first time they took a nice chunk of powder coating off my very first set of rims (it was on the inner part so clearly from them mounting) they also lost my hub rings that was in one of the boxes with the wheels. I decided to give them a second chance, so I went to get two new rear tires mounted. I called and tried to make an appointment and was told if I was there right when they opened Id be in and out in 30 minutes. I was there 19 minutes before they opened and was there for literally 2 hours no exaggeration. On my third experience since Im lowered and cant go many places, I went for an alignment and camber adjustment. After adjusting my camber one side was off by more than .5 a degree than the other side and I was told thats as close as they could get. On my forth visit I got more tires mounted and they took up yet another piece of powder coating from my wheels causing it to constantly leak. I complained only after my first visit when I went back the second time and told them about my first experience and I was told by the old man at the desk thats highly unlikely Im not one to post reviews but after gearing one if my friends having the same problem I had to share my experiences. Beware of terrible work and horrible service. I should have never gone back and wouldnt have if there was anyone more local to me

Called ahead to get my rims mounted and balanced and I was told it wasnt busy and to bring my truck. Got there and waited for about an hour before asking for my truck back. Went down the street and got my rims mounted and balanced in 20 minutes with no wait. Nice shop, slow service

Happy to come here when I need tires and new wheels. Been coming here for around a year and a half and for some reason I keep coming back. I think it’s because the staff here treats you like a friend rather then a customer. Most places will lie straight to your face if they think they can get it done but elite just tells you flat out what to expect and the time frame. Always gonna come back here

6-26-16First off this is not the ELITE ROADS you are thinking of. They were bought out by extreme performance. I went to the new location thinking it was elite roads, to find out it was not. None the less I had an agreement with the manager and the owner of Elite roads that when I got my next alignment it would be for a discounted rate due to unforeseen issues with my vehicle. I get to extreme performance they were able to pull up my information and saw that the account was noted to give me an alignment at the rate I had mentioned before hand. The employees refused to do this, even though it was written in the computer. I drove 40 minutes to this new location figuring I would not have a problem since when I called they answered the phone elite roads and I knew it was in the system. So they refused to give me what was promised, I agreed to the higher price, what else was I going to do?! I needed the alignment. The second issue was the tech brought in the paperwork showing the alignment degrees etc for all four wheels. One wheel was still way out of specifications, (completely unacceptable as I have adjustable camber arms front and back and rear toe bolts. I asked why the one wheel was out of specification while the others were not. He mentioned the individual working on my car stated I did not have adjustable camber arms. Basically calling me a liar as I just stated I had them. He had another technician bring the car back on the alignment rack to take a look. He came back in and apologized and said that I did have adjustable camber arms and toe bolts. And that the other technician was and I quote new. Both of these issues are unacceptable. The next issue was the entrance into the shop was extremely aggressive. I told both of the employees that if the car would not clear that I would adjust the car higher to clear the entrance ( the car is on air ride). I asked them not to do it as I know the proper and safe psi levels to run in the car. The guy decided to take it upon himself to adjust the bags himself and bring the car in. Then asked me what psi levels I wanted the alignment done at. I walked out and I stated I asked him not to adjust the psi without me doing it, the psi levels on my particular bag setup can safely reach 120psi without causing damage, when I got to the car the technician had put 160 psi in all four of my bags. WAY to much and completely unacceptable as I just asked him five minutes prior to not adjust them and let myself do it. Now I am having issues with the rear coil overs as they were extended way to far and now are making terrible noises. I NEVER had a problem with elite roads and went there numerous times. I will never be returning to elite performance wheels the employees disrespect for the vehicle owner is absurd. I am making this post two days after the alignment. ** I am editing this so that I can also add that all four of my wheels have marks all around the center of the wheel where they attached the wheel sensor to do the alignment.

I recently had a set of wheels and tires mounted on a BMW e46 M3. The specs of the wheels were very aggressive but no job is too big for Elite Roads. This is NOT the original Elite Roads that are pictured above. The original Elite Roads was an amazing shop but they sold their name to this Extreme Performance which is low class. I did not feel comfortable leaving my BMW at Extreme Performance. Elite Roads was a legacy that has ended. If you care about your vehicle take your business elsewhere.

This place has got to be the worst place Ive ever took my car to I came for a simple speed balance and wheel rings on my rims everything was working fine but when they were done I ended up with all my tire pressure systems disabled and they had to break off a stud to remove the rim in the back rear and want to charge me for that when I brought new nuts for the rims like 2 days before so dont know how the nut coudnt come off then off their mistake wanted to charge me $75 to fix the stud and $65 for each tire sensor I dont know but my first time coming there this place is horrible !!! I will never go to elite roads or mention this place to anyone Im so upset with the service!!!

This shop is the real deal. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, on time, and on budget. They helped me correct a problem caused by another wheel and tire shop that had no idea what they were doing. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I have been taking my various vehicles to Elite Roads for more than 10 years. That should tell you everything you need to know. These guys are good. So good in fact that they are always swamped with customers. Sometimes you have to wait. But their service has been exceptional and their tire changers are really great guys, and they do a solid job. Highly recommend them.

This company receives merchandise and disputes the charges without returning the parts. Be considered about dealing with a company like this. We have already had a dispute placed on shipped parts, now we have to have our attorney send them to collections.

I’m absolutely blown away by the folks at Elite Roads. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and just plain great people! I researched seven different places before coming here as a recommendation from a friend. Not only did they give me a much better price for what I had done which was rims, tires, leveling kit, and an exhaust for my Chevy Silverado, they also have me great advice and made sure I would be happy as I am a novice when it comes to trucks. Dave is absolutely amazing and was my main contact but the entire team is phenomenal. I WILL NOT take my truck anywhere else but here!The manager Phil talked with me for about 45 minutes and answered every question I had as to how to take care of my truck, new rims, and new tires. He was so patient and thorough and made sure I had a clear understanding as what had to be done.I can’t say enough about the entire team! THEYRE SIMPLY THE BEST!

This shop took the time to get my 2008 X5 right. They precision balanced my wheels to where the car feels like your flying on air. The alignment was a little work, but they took the time to get it right. In all honesty they helped me fix what another shop could not get right and I thank them for that. They have been in business a long time, and the reason is obvious.

I’m not sure how to put a picture on here but they ordered and installed my spoiler for me and they seriously did a good job helping me select some rims for my m2! YOU ROCK OVER HERE! My boyfriend is so freaking jealous!

I had the pleasure of working with Max. I came into elite roads after hearing great things about them. After talking to Max about my car and the look I was going for which is OEM + look. Max took the time to show me a few options. After going back and forth about two sets of wheels, Max suggested bringing the wheels out to my car so I could imagine what they looked like on my car. After comparing the wheels we decided on a set and size that would look great on my car. I greatly appreciate the time and patience Max took with me and cannot wait for my wheels to arrive.
