This is Our Tire Kingdom even though there are a few closer to us. The mechanic, David Nogueira is professional and completely transparent with the work he is doing on our cars. We always ask for him.Robert Hibbard has been our contact person for many years and we couldnt be more pleased with his professionalism and excellent customer service. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with these two men.We highly recommend this Tire Kingdom!

I always go to this particular tire kingdom. Bob always knows what I need! This last time he was able to pinpoint that there is an issue with my car. In the meantime, I was replenished with oil! They didn’t ask me for a thing, only to come back in another thousand miles so that I can get it checked. I know him by name and always remember him and the gentleman there are always gentlemen! They’re fast and dependable! Recommend to everyone!

Ok, so I came in with a brand new m440 and a run flat tire with only 180 miles on it that was giving me problems. Got it fixed and replaced in less than 2 hours, with a service quality like no other!!! Thank you guys!!!

Straightforward, efficient and honest. Thought my brakes were bad but Gregg and the team told me they werent. A less honest mechanic would have just went with it and charged as much as possible, so yes definitely recommended

His efficient service has led me back for a second time to this location for my tire services.It is near the interstate but also connected to you if you’re already in the area. Bob was a great service advisor. Another Tire Kingdom said they couldn’t take my drain plug out, it was stuck. I had to come to Stirling Road and they got it all straight for me and saved me a lot of money! I wasn’t excited about the amount of money I would have to spend but Greg was so nice and made a bad situation better by trying to help me save money and trying to be as nice as possible with the bad news of what was wrong with my car. I also had an oil change done, and the only bad thing about it was that the employee who managed it seemed a bit confused, but other than that, its a great place😁

They did an oil change on my daughters 2020 soul and ruined my daughters motor.. They put a used one in but we have been having trouble getting the car rental fee back we paid out of pocket. The manager Danny didnt seem to be getting anywhere so I went to corporate who said the check was lost and had to issue another.finally after 4 trys I got a check but it was the wrong amt. What a nightmare this has been. Worse of all there is no communication from them unless I make the effort to call or email for info...worst company Ive ever dealt with.

10/17: Time for an update. On 9/14 had to replace a tire because of a blowout. Despite having bought almost ten tires over the years, they could not find me in the computer by phone, license plate or VIN despite the manager standing there telling his employee I was just in a couple months ago. Because of the good relationship, decided it was an anomaly and decided to let it go and not write about it.Called this afternoon to check to see when the last time I had an alignment done and they are telling me they have a record for me but no record of my car or purchases, by phone or license plate. Asked to speak to a manager and was told in no uncertain terms he was not there and would tell me the same thing.Dropping my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars until I can hear from someone who is willing and able to assist a long time customer.Previous Review: I’ve been coming here for the better part of eight years ago and I’ve always found they to fair and efficient. Bought five tires three years ago and here today because of a flat. They just told me the tire is fine, no damage. Maybe someone let the air out?They are doing the tire rotation and alignment but no up sell or extra charges. This is where I recommend friends bring their tire needs.

By far, one of the friendliest and honest vehicle service center. Greeted kindly by Store Manager Francois Capecchi and one of the mechanics named David. In the last minute, to get tires and wheel alignment(pay once and your good for 6 months on alignment), not only did we get a really good deal, but were taken care of with a lot of kindness and attentiveness. Customer service was 💯. We loved the fact that they did not try to upsell other services that were not needed as some other places do. For example, went recently to Pep Boys and Midas for estimates, and not only was the customer service a no-go, but the prices were ridiculous, and then came the upsell. Of course!!! We highly recommend Tire Kingdom located on Stirling Road for your vehicle services. By the way, they offer a lot more than just tires. Also, CDC/Covid-19 guidelines were followed. Please wear masks before entering the establishment.😉

I always come here. Its ez, make my app on line and ur in and out ( more or less). The staff is always nice, Marcial was very helpful. Lobby is alway clean and their ac is chilly which i love cuz its hot as balls outside and the last thing i wanna do is wait for my car in a warm waiting room.

Service here is fast and reliable, I was helped by Daniel Telesco and he was very accommodating. Waiting time is fast, few minutes after they took my info my car is services and I was out of the door. The place is clean and accessible. They even serve coffee for clients.. Prices are reasonable.

Been taking my car here for years. I actually drive 20 minutes from my house just to go to this specific location (even though there is one closer) because I trust these guys to do a great job. Robert is always there to greet me. I know he will be honest with me about the needs and service to my car. Manager Daniel is also always around to check on things. Even though today they were quite busy, both made sure to keep me in the loop on numerous occasions as to the status of my cars service. Needless to say I will always give them my business and you should trust them enough to give them yours!

Needed all four tires and an alignment - came in a bit after 5 and was out in about an hour. Quick and efficient as always and they helped me get as good of a deal as new tires can be.

This place takes advantage of people who are inexperienced with “ all things car”. I came with a flat tire ( had a temporary tire) and asked about replacing tires. They told me I need to replace ALL 4 tires even though my tires are only 2 years old. They did NOT offer to take a look at the flat tire to see if it was repairable or to see if only the flat tire needs to be replaced.I found out afterwords replacing only the flat tire or simply repairing it were other options I could have been offered. He did look at the flat tire AFTER I asked him and he was reluctant to take a look because he said “they already started working on my car”. So beware! This place WILL try fool you if they see an opportunity.UPDATE: got contacted by the company’s management. They did EVERYTHING to prove that they were right and I was wrong. They requested the proof of purchase of my old tires to see if they were really just 15 months old. I provided. They scrupulously investigated it and provided me with a LONG explanation of why they had to change all my tires based on that OLD receipt. If they asked me for that receipt BEFORE charging for all 4 tires, there would not even be this review in the first place. Anyway, do not come here. Just find a place with a respectable customer service because you never know what issues will arise later and if you will have to deal with the management.

I was told it would take an hour and a half to install 4 tires and have an alignment done and it took 4 hours. Needless to say I was extremely upset. Maybe they should let you know the correct time of how long the process would take instead of assuming. Wont be going back.

These guys are amazing ! I’ve been taking my 2013 Hyundai Sonata there for years and I always know they will take good care of it ! Today I went for a routine oil change and tire rotation . Service was performed quickly and off I went ! Highly highly recommend them!

Called into this location to get a set of new tires and an alignment. Robert/Bob was very helpful over the phone and I asked him if they could be finished by a certain time if I came within the next 10 mins. Bob advised me he would be able to accommodate me. When I arrived I was greeted at the door by Bob and we went thru the different tire options and I was given a price. I agreed and they took my car back. While they were working on my car I remembered about a fuse being blown and asked them to replace it. They finished my service about 45 mins before I needed to be done. The manager Daniel helped check me out and revisited what I had done. Everyone who I encountered at this location were helpful, kind and great workers! Keep up the good work guys!
