Horrible! These people are very nonchalant. They took our money and once we arrived stated that One of the JetSki’s were damaged. Stated that if me and the person I was with was under 300 pounds collectively then we could get on one JetSki. They were very nonchalant and non-apologetic about the situation. I’m very upset because we came all the way from Georgia to enjoy this excursion and we are unable to. They try to move our reservation to 5:40 PM asking if we want it or not nonchalantly not caring that we had other reservations. These people are very rude. Please make sure that you are on time early because it’s first come first serve which is not stated. If you do not come on time you could be in my shoes out of town for fun without any fun. Super disappointing and

The good reviews are probably cause of the multiple location thing. The riding was nice but the fair pricing is cause they snatch 200 bucks from you upon any error. You are forced to park your own jetski. They claim it’s because the police won’t let them but I believe it’s to grab 200 bucks off each customer who slightly bumps anything. They were nice until this point where we had to pay. In my case, they gave poor instructions on where to park and then immediately admitted to their mistake in directions. I had bumped the side of the dock and they proceeded to charge me 200 extra even after admitting their fault.

So today i call to ask about a price for parasail and the guy answer and say he dont have nothing till September and you have to book in advance 30 days. Cool okay and thank you hung up my phone boom he had so much energy to call me from a different number to say even if I did I wouldnt rent to you anyway.... So if this how you treat your customer your karma well show up at your front door step.... You dont know me from a 🥫 of 🎨 and this how you talk....

By far worst experience… all of the good reviews are from the workers. We set a reservation for 4:00, they called us and told us they had an incident and to come at 4:30-5 instead. We arrived at 4:45 and waited… and waited… and waited. It was 5:45 and they still did not have the jet skis available for us, we ended up leaving. The office is just a room in a building and nothing is legit. Could’ve went somewhere else instead..

OMG!!! Best day EVER!!! If I could give 1,000 stars I would! First of all, Jacob was Awesome!! He gave us a thorough safety brief, walked us through the operators procedures, which included how to flip a jet ski if it flips over. Thinking to myself.....Flip a jet ski? Nope! That would NEVER happen!”. Well guess what, IT DID!! This was not due to excessive speeding, Nope!!! It flipped because While I was turning my friend was leaning the opposite way (So don’t do that! Haha). Yup, We ended up in the water. But, We trusted our life jackets! (Thanks Jacob!) and I was able to flip the jet ski back in the up right position. Yayy me!! This made the ENTIRE experience. I love it! We loved it!!! Wish I had a video to replay over and over but here are some pics! We will be back!!

Chiko and Max were awesome today! I think we kinda lucked up and got a 2 hour guided tour. They took us from the waterway out into the ocean and let us kinda do our thing while showing us the way. We saw the other jet ski place we called and they we literally going from bouy to bouy in circles while we got to cruise right on by them! If youre looking to cruise by all the nice houses and yachts, these are your guys! Thanks again for the guided tour

DO NOT GO HERE! From the phone call until the end of our ride it was very unprofessional. I had a gut feeling not to go, I should have followed it. When we arrived we were told our reservation would be ready at noon. We did not get on the water until 1pm. Our instructor was a very nice guy, but did not give us any instruction besides how to the turn the jet ski on and off and move the ski. He did not tell us what to do in case of any emergencies etc. Furthermore, upon arrival they were putting duck tape on the skis and our jet ski was not operating as described, we had to switch our skis in the middle of the ride. The person at the front desk was very frustrated and spoke with so much profanity and continuously said she would roll blunts in front of my little cousin. They also refused to give me my licenses and bank card back. When we asked to speak to the owner he refused to speak with any of it. It was a very upsetting experience. Please go somewhere else!!!

We had a great time. Definitely a small business but the guides were awesome and allowed us to go crazy in the speedway.Prices are reasonable for the area.

We had a fun time, but it was not worth the $150 rate. This was for the intercoastal area. Time quoted was an hour, but we only got 30 minutes to ride. It took 15 minutes to get to the open area and 15 minutes back. The area we got to ride in was fairly small. We basically just went back and forth. There was also a lot of boat traffic so we had to watch out for that.

Called in the morning to make reservations for the same day. They were communicative until 30 minutes before the scheduled time. The office was closed upon arrival. We were informed someone was on their way. We waited an hour and received no communication or responses. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend as it seems to be a very amateurish operation. Wasted our groups entire afternoon.

We had a great time with Mike and our tour guide chiko. First time ever on the ocean and was scared once I got on the water. Chiko talk me through it and was so patient and humble and did not once look like he was irritated by me. Best part was when he splashed water on us with his jet ski he was enjoying the ride with us and did not rush us. We also was touring around and Mike was very fun to hang with and also mention a few spots that we should try. I will most definitely come back here and the price was amazing as well!

This place does have good prices, however this business is so unprofessional I would not visit again. We rented a jet ski that kept malfunctioning during our session. When our ski flipped, they left us stranded in the water for several minutes and tried to charge us 300 extra dollars because the ski flipped. They don’t articulate their policies, and the business is operated like a sketchy under the table business. Go at your own risk

Beware!!!!Hey guys, before you get excited about your teen (14 and up) riding the jet sky, Make sure u take a picture of all the papers u r signing. All of their jet sky’s are super old and crushed and have dents all over them. Take a picture bf u sit on any of them. The guides who take ur kids out their on the water, make kids crush the walls on purpose , they guide them wrongly, so your $200 deposit will not be returned.In my presence they did not return deposit of $200 each for 3 people!!!! The other words: 1 hour ride could cost you $350 for each jetsky. Make better choices. I hope my review will help people to be more alert when dealing with this place. Honestly I got a feeling that this place runs their business on taking and not returning deposits , very unprofessional. It is their way of running business. Beware!!!!

I would not recommend this location AT ALL. My fiancé and I did not even get the opportunity to ride jet skis on our vacation to Ft. Lauderdale in July. The owner (presumably) was shady and ignored our phone calls numerous times after we made a reservation. Thankfully we did not have to leave a deposit so we did not lose money. However, we did take the online course to be able to drive the jet skis which costed us $10 each. This was just terrible customer service 👎🏻👎🏻

I just wanted to share my experience and tell everyone to go ! Best place ever. Staff was very cool and down to earth. We went on a busy Saturday before Valentine’s Day. We reserved one jet ski and got to tour the area and stop on the sandbar . I can’t wait to go back. Our tour guide was a super sweet recent high school graduate. He was the best ever ! Very informative , fun to tour with, and overall well versed on the tour and rules. They will def get our business every time we come down. We will send all of our friends there as well. If your looking for something boring and lame. Don’t come here. Their all about fun ❤️. As for the bad reviews , they def had to be people who were being difficult. Because it’s very hard to have a bad time with how fun and laidback they are.Our tour guide I think his names (Jacob ) and Chris were awesome ! And their super adorable 🥰❤️

If you are lookin for a hassle free jet ski rental & get out on the water, this is it ! Great group of guys that are good @ keeping you updated & want you to get out & have fun! Just take the boater license test, make your reservation, pay the fee & you are golden. Dylan was the goat, a solid tour guide. Guides are out on the water w you in the event something happens. Otherwise you are free to ride on your own. Thanks for the solid jet skiing experience ! Definitely recommending to others & we’ll be back ! :)

Just came back from a great day of jet skiing. From day 1 communicating with Zach was great and the price was even better, He was to the point and not just trying to make a buck. His crew Johnny, Gerra and Cruz made sure everything ran smoothly and you perimeter was pretty big. They were all great, I recently moved here from NY and always have family visiting, this will be my go to place. Thanks Zach and staff. I will be a return customer for sure.

This place is a joke! Totally false advertising on their web-site to what they actually offer. No set working schedule (the guy said he wasnt sure when hed come to work on holiday weekend LMAO), no guarantee on reservations, gots to confirm everything a day before or the actual day you come in. Deposits are held up to 7 days, where their web-site suggests otherwise. Lots of accidents this week they said. Id stay away!

We had a great time Jet Skiing during our time in Fort Lauderdale. Josh explained everything well and was very patient with us when we went to the wrong location (I would recommend updating the Google Address to not reflect 1975 E Sunrise Blvd, the docking station is actually behind the DoubleTree Hilton) we were supposed to know where to go via the preparation text they send you which I didnt see the address. Overall a really good experience and super fun. We had a blast!

An amazing experience! The guide was so much fun, and the group we were with was fantastic. There is a wait time, but the wait is worth it. I called last minute to reserve two jet skis, and although it was a bit late, we were accommodated into the schedule.

Made a 3pm reservation to rent a jet ski on Valentines- was told to wait in the parking lot. Called them several times with no answer, ran into other customers who had booked for noon and were still waiting at 3pm. Absolute clown fest. go to the places on the beach for a better experience.

They sold me an intracoastal jet ski ride and I was only allowed to go idle speed since it is Saturday, Manatee season, and the speedometer did not work.The jet skis are a little run down. The speedometer did not work on my ski, the center console was missing the cover so there was no where to store your boater’s license and ID on the jet ski, the jet ski’s mirrors were missing, and my jet ski started smoking.The group spent 1hr going idle speed. This was not fun. They did however at least give a refund.

First time jet skiing in the ocean was a blast unfortunately we ran out of gas which was a bummer but luckily our tour guide Jason helped us out right away and towed us back safely with no issues. Would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a great adventure

Had an amazing time, they communicated well, if ur a first time jetskiier this is actually the perfect place, u start off slow following ur guider, and eventually youll come to a point where u can go as fast as u can, the waves are minimal, not like the ocean where u go 10ft in the air, theres no reason to be scared and theyre all chill ppl

Other than the 2 hour wait and the screaming match between a customer and the worker, we had fun. We were a little sketched out when the guy told us to text him to book it. We arrived 10 minutes before we were scheduled and no one was at the building or answering the phone.

The staff was very nice to me and they are very helpful with assisting you and your needs. Great place highly recommend it.

Paid $120 for an hour of fun but got an a crazy mess of a time. Never again will I come here. Had a complication during the trip and they didn’t do anything to make up for the 20 seconds we got to actually enjoy it. Only reason I gave it a two star is because it didn’t start out terribly. Just ended that way.

Not sure if “Zach” knows what he’s doing. He called the cops after an argument. Told us we were okay for a 2pm reservation and we actually waited 2 hours before we can get on with 15 other people. Didn’t matter what time, just tell us so we don’t waste an entire day. Poor communication from the start, poor customer service, awful overall experience. Stay away.

DONT waste your time here. We had called to make a reservation and we’re told it’s first come first serve. When we got here we were told you need a reservation. The guy said he would be back in 20 minutes we waited almost 2 hours and he never came back. During that time 6 other groups had came and left while waiting for their reservation. We came on our last day of our vacation and wasted our last time here because the people working here are a complete mess and inconsiderate of other peoples time.

We had an appointment booked for 3pm. I was told I’d receive a call at 2:30pm. We arrived early, parked, and waited for the call. We noticed other couples waiting outside so i started calling myself. One of the other couples said they had been calling with no response. After 30 min of calling someone finally picked up to tell me they were running late and all our appointments were canceled. I was very upset that we didn’t even get a notification of cancellation because it would have saved us a 30 min drive. I was told they had availability for 4:30pm. I said we would wait and asked them to call me. We waited an additional hour and half and once again received no call. Terrible way to do business. I understand there’s unpredictable circumstances but communication would have been the professional route. There were 3 separate couples and not once of us received a phone call.

NEVER AGAIN. 3 of the 6 jet skis broke down before we even started the tour. Then my sister & were separated and I had to wait 40+ minutes for her to be brought back. Very unprofessional & sketchy.

The people were absolutely rude, customer service was insanely bad. They didn’t keep track of their stuff. We scheduled an appointment days prior and drove a whole road trip there and once we got there, no one was waiting for us, or helping, there were over 10 people also waiting, some were waiting since the morning and it was 3:30 pm. They overbooked and didn’t let anyone know. A complete waste of time, and no one talked to us about anything or let us know prior to it.

Had alot of fun for my first time and the instructors are cool , very informative & helpful .. A little bit pricey but its worth it if its something once & a while .jetskis are in pretty great condition . I would return again

The service here was amazing. Our guides Daniel and Kevin were extremely nice. They made sure we knew how to operate the jet ski in the beginning as well as give us an amazing time on the inter coastal waterway with the view of mansions and yachts.Would definitely recommend booking your experience with them.

The guy who answered the phone, Zac, was extremely kind and helpful! He sent pictures of the area for me and gave specific instructions on how to get to the location and not to worry about everything being ready when I got there (after driving an hour).Unfortunately my friend and I weren’t informed about going the proper speed in certain areas so we ran into some trouble but after talking to Zach, he cleared up the whole situation.Overall super fun experience and kind staff. Just wish some instruction were clearer.

To begin with I never leave a bad review to any company, as I know how business works and have been in customer service for years.. but when I say it was Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, I came in at the TIME I WAS SCHEDULED then he pushes me back an hour and advised it was due to another group that came in late... I then call him letting him know I’m running late since I was in Fort Lauderdale beach with huge traffic and he then tells me “it’s first come first serve if you’re not here I can’t help you” he didn’t try to accommodate me when I was early for my original schedule and he was very rude with me he had a horrible attitude.. Horrible service I wouldnt recommend anyone going

My husband and i traveled to Fort Lauderdale to take our family jet skiing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My family and I really appreciated the guys going out with us as we werent familiar with the area nor the rules. It was a blast. At first, it takes some time to get to where you can go fast, however, the ride there was very scenic. Many beautiful homes and boats to see. We had a great time and will go through them again if we travel back there.

Was turned away yesterday when the ocean was reasonably calm to come back today for glass like lake conditions. Then was told they are not doing rentals at all. You cant control the weather, I understand. But as a business professional you should be able to communicate effectively with your patrons and manage expectations in a way to save them the drive to your location, have them pay for parking and take time out of their vacation when they could of planned something else to do.

Spoke with Zachary who was a true gentlemen and we got straight to the point. Rented two Jet Skis at a reasonable rate... He provided all of the details and made sure I was well informed... I noticed immediately I was dealing with a great person so I didn’t bother shopping around... At the end of the day the experience was out of this world!!!!!

We called, guy on the phone said they had slots open at 4:30, we get there on time, guy at the desk says there are no appointments but there is an availability now, we go to the jetskis, guy manning the jetskis says they’re done for the day.There are 3 people all trying to play boss here with no communication with each other, wasted an hour of my time.
