John was my tour guy. It was my birthday weekend. He took amazing pictures and videos of us. He allowed us to jump in the water for a bit. It was an amazing experience. It really was! Happy birthday to me!

This was our first time jet skiing and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were super welcoming, friendly, and made sure we understood the rules and safety involved in jet skiing. Our tour guide was Jimmy and he was informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was a wonderful experience and the staff is truly incredible. Thank you for a great time!

Went jet skiing with 2 other friends. We payed $83 each (30 mins) for everything. The ocean was a bit rough that day but it was still super fun and enjoyable. You first have to take a small test but the instructor goes over everything with you & is very helpful & they make sure you pass (you get a boating license if you pass). Staff was friendly & nice & price wasn’t too bad. we’ll hopefully be back in the future

Scammed my daughter for her 21st birthday. The main tour guide is very arrogant. Don’t recommend, there’s a better place down the street about a 6 minute drive. Their customer service was awesome just closed earlier than our arrival time.

These guys were great. I started at another company and the owner and employee were arguing about if the water was safe and we were treated very badly. We called these guys, got in right away, and they provided outstanding service!great time and great people!

These guys were great! Three of us rented jet skis on the beach Saturday and had a blast. I already had a previous reservation with another place for a boat rental on Sunday but after experiencing some extremely rude conversation when confirming Sunday morning I cancelled with them and came back to these guys who accommodated us for half the day on a large twin engine hurricane deck boat. Dan and Doug were great to work with; very helpful with navigation and boat tutorial, and even picked us up and took us back to our hotel when we were finished. Definitely will visit them again when we go back down. Thanks allot guys, you took a bad situation from another boat rental place and made our day at the last minute!! Awesome!!!

We rented two jet skis for an hour for $280 with a $40 off coupon. It takes 20 minutes to get to and from the ocean at 5mph speed, leaving you 20 minutes to actually ride. I have no idea how the half hour ride works.

I would not recommend this place. They will scam you for your money. They took a $400 deposit for the two jet skis we rented and at the end of our trip accused us of wrecking one of the skis. They then charged us for for another 150$ to our card and said we would get our 400$ back. And they were claiming to only keep the 150$ for the damage we didnt even cause. Im still waiting to see if they refund the $400 which they said should have been posted on my account by now. I almost forgot to mention one of the employees is on house arrest.

We had an amazing experience with renting a jet ski there today. Very friendly, down to earth workers. We loved our experience and we definitely got our moneys worth.

Customer service was horrible! I made a reservation a week in advance for Saturday. It was raining and I totally understand that the boats were unable to go out so we rescheduled for Sunday. I called to confirm that I was on my way. They had plenty of time to tell me then and or call me to let me know that the boat I reserved was not starting up....!!! However they choose not to call me not to inform me no courtesy what so ever. I drove from aventura 2 days in a row for no reason. They couldnt accommodate me for another boat. The only thing they did was apologize! That was much appreciated but not sufficient! I have family from out of town and this is not what I hoped for my labor day weekend! Very very disappointed!

I told them I had 10 people 4 adults and 6 children. Only 4 was parasailing and the others were getting on the boat. The guy I talked to over the phone said nothing about the children had to pay $35 just to be on the boat. He said well if everybody get on then we will lose money so they would pay $35 just to sit on the boat! No costumer service at all and them the price went from $85 to $93. AVOID THIS PLACE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! Save your money... don’t waste your time or money here! Not professional at all!!!!!!!

Easy to get a boat rental. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I give this three stars because we rented the boat went out on the water and it ran with out breaking down.It is far from perfect because all the boats were beat up. Our 27 hurricane that the picture depicted as a very nice boat on line probably had 100 renters take it out that had never used a boat before. Very beat up.

If you’re black & you can avoid this place, PLEASE DO SO. I’ve literally never ever left a google review for anywhere. No matter how bad the experience but this is by far the worst experience I’ve EVER had. I had a party of 5 on January 19th 2019 and we came here for jet ski rentals, we literally were the most polite, attentive and respectful group we could’ve been. We had TWO tour guides with us who led us out of the marina into the ocean. Sarah & John. NO ONE ON MY PARTY HIT ANY BODY ON A JETSKI, AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW ITS POSSIBLE FOR THERE TO BE TWOOOOO TOUR GUIDES with us and they NEVER saw us hit ANYBODY. I was literally riding around John my WHOLE time(nervous). I NEVER HIT ANY JETSKI at all. After paying 200 for a deposit and 230 for 2 jet skis. ($430) total. They sent in a claim to my bank, stating “Satura King hit another jetski damaging both jetskis, the damage was 500 but we only charged her 200” NO THATS MY DEPOSIT MONEY. They expected once they see black people for us to be ignorant and unmannerly. So it intimidates them when we don’t act as though. We asked them at the end of our ride when will we get our deposit money back. They NEVER stated anything wrong with the jetskis. They simply responded with “in two days.” They knew my party was leaving FL the next day and felt that they could take advantage of us. They literally try sooo hard to make money off of people it’s ridiculous. There is literally no proof of the “damage” done to their jetskis and that’s if they even remember the number I was on! Because I do. Never again. I hope that $200 goes a long way for them, but trust me when you’re a evil lying person. You never enjoy anything. Don’t recommend this place at all! SCAMMERS.

Paid $260 for 2 jet skis for 1 hr.. only got 15-20 min max of actual open water time. One of the jet skis kept breaking down..Do YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE... ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY MONEY. WISH I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.(like actually on open water)

Clone of another company running under a similar name. Equipment is borderline trash. Looks good in the pics but well used and abused.

Spent the weekend in Fort launderdale for the 4th of July and had wanted to Jet Sking! These guys gave us the time of our lives. A little pricey $120.00 for an hour all tax and fees included. It was totally worth it though! I love every second of it! Special shout out to Troy who took us around, shared interesting facts about the area and keep us safe! Would do it again in a heart beat!

Do yourself a favor and do not go here. The individuals who run the business are as unprofessional as they come.
