This was an incredible experience! The captain and crew were as excited and enthusiastic about the experience as we were. Even joking and laughing and enjoying the experience with us! It was our first time parasailing and felt completely comfortable! Also an added bonus was we were looking for a nice but not to expensive restaurant for dinner and on our way back the captain told us about 15th Street Fisheries and let me tell you it is truly one of Ft. Lauderdale gems! And Google never pulled it up when I was searching for a restaurant! But all in all the trip was amazing, we felt safe and the views were amazing! If you are thinking about it DO IT!

We had such a bad experience with this company. My friend had booked a parasailing as a surprise on the trip. We drove to Pompano Beach from Fort Lauderdale which was a 30 minute drive to get here for the Parasailing the day of. When we got there we were told that the Parasailing was cancelled because the captain was under the weather. The guys there claimed that they had given my friend a call to tell that it was cancelled. We had our phones on us all day and we had gotten no call from them. They also said that we would get the refund back within a day, it has been 3 days and we are still waiting for a refund. The worst customer service experience especially when you are traveling, and time is wasted like this. I would choose to book something else, because the next day we were able to find another company to accommodate us so much easily then this place. They need to better their customer service and know how not to waste peoples time!

A must do experience! Awesome boat crew! I definitely recommend you take the early morning flight(9am) as the boat is less crowded and the sun isn’t as intense for the extended time sitting on the boat. I also Definitely recommend choosing the go pro package and the dip in the water!

Took my dad on a 1.5 day trip to Ft. Lauderdale from Virginia, the main event was to surprise him with parasailing. The only street that led to the location was blocked due to a festival. Due to pre-made plans later in the day, I couldnt reschedule.I was told Id get a full refund.However, after calling for an update several days later, they denied and refused a refund. They offered to give me a year to use a credit, but I dont live there, nor would my dad and I be able to come back any time soon. Their customer service really ruined the memory of that trip for me. Especially because I worked so hard for that money to fund a vacation for my dad that he hasnt taken in 15 years. They do not keep their word, and do not put the customer first.

Highly recommend!! We booked last min because we got rained out the day before with a different company and they were booked the next day so we couldnt reschedule as we left the next day at night and I was so bummed as this was something on my check list. I Looked up parasailing near me and this company popped up. Oh thank you universe!!! They had a 9am available and I TOOK IT!! what an experience! Very friendly, good music, awesome ht, good views!! P.s. they will take your pic for a fee. DONT TAKE YOUR PHONE UP!! book with them!!

Wow. This was a life changing thing. I was very nervous so was my girlfriend but the guides/staff were so incredible that we didn’t feel afraid even one bit. They were so funny, kind and professional. This is a must and definitely recommend the go pro add on. The footage is as clear as a movie including the audio with it. This was something I will never forget and definitely will come back to them again!

I purchased two tickets for parasailing from Fort Lauderdale Watersports LLC on 16 July 2021, for a 17 July 2021 parasail. My son, who was celebrating his 18th birthday on THAT day, was devastated when the boat left at 3:01, leaving us behind. The issue getting to the dock was a TERRIBLE Uber driver who took nearly an hour to get us where we were to be for the parasail. Now, I have the utmost respect and understanding for business owners. My mom used to be one. But, I will NEVER understand why a full refund is not an option when you are working with mostly tourists and individuals who are NOT from the area, and rely on public transportation and/or ride share. After a complete nightmare Uber ride, we met the man at the Fort Lauderdale Watersports designated doc at 3:01 ON THE DOT. The boat was gone. Yes, left at exactly 3. So this business got my $278, with NO option to reschedule during the time we were in Fort Lauderdale. EXTEMELY POOR customer service. I will say they are emailing me with the promise to utilize our tickets, if/when we ever return to Fort Lauderdale. Not exactly good customer service. RESPONSE TO OWNER.... AGAIN, a person has NO control over public transportation. My son and I did our DUE DILIGENCE to be on time. Sadly, even though I have reached out to you on multiple platforms, even social media, I have not heard a word back from YOU until you saw this review. Unfortunately, I wouldnt be comfortable doing business with your company in the future. Your business practices are pitiful. And you should be embarrassed. To reiterate, we were STANDING ON YOUR DOCK at 3:01. I was in communication with your employee at that dock, while en route. I didnt ask your customers to wait 5 mins, 10 mins or 20 mins, we needed ONE minutes leniency, and THAT would have shown that your customers meant more than the money you make off them. Those customers would probably be more disturbed by your keeping my 280 dollars and my son being completely devastated on his birthday, then it wouldve hurt to wait....the ONE minute.

Wow, I just scrolled through all of these bad reviews and let me tell you something my boyfriend and I had the best time doing Parasailing on 6/12/21! It was such an amazing experience that I will never forget! The two men on the boat Trey & Mike were such a pleasure to deal with and they made the experience so fun ! Also if you want photos and a video of your parasailing experience, I would definitely spend the extra money to get those pics and video ! So with that being said I highly recommend this company for parasailing! If I can give them a higher rating I defiantly would!

This was a great fun for just about $70 they take you up to the sky and the view of Fort Lauderdale is amazing - for a few additional bucks they take up to 200 photos and give it to you on a SD card. really a recommendation if you are up for some thrill but not too much thrill just a little you know...

Julian was an excellent guide. He gave us a perfect balance of the houses on the inter coastal and play/speed time on the jet ski. He had our safety in mind with the ocean being a bit to handle today, but we still had a blast where he brought us!

We as a company needed them at the last moment. They were very professional Pat all of the necessary safety items. They gave us a safety briefings and made sure that we were safe. Thank You for a great time at the last minute.

Me and my husband went parasailing it was great they explained how it works provided us with life vest. The boat goes pretty fast . They dipped us in the water when they were bringing us in,that was really fun . They do take photos and videos using a camera/go pro . We unfortunately said no and it wasn’t until after we went we wanted photos; but we will be back a wonderful first time experience .

Worst company ever. Took my money weeks in advance then telling me 3 days before my 1 hour rental that I now need to book a 4 hour rental or I cant go. Then I get Tommy the manager on the phone who acts like a tough guy refuses to start the process of giving me my money back because hes doing stuff. So now I dont have my money and wont for days so have to come out of pocket even more to go to a decent business to ride. Dont do business with them they are scum.

Great place!! Excellent customer service, Eathan and Mikey made a great job!! Everything was on time. They have 4 times en winter time 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm, you need be there 30 min before, and I suggest to make and appoinment before. The view was speechless. Definitely something that should be done if you visit or if you live in Fort lauderdale.

On April 29th 2021 we went parasailing! I highly recommend anyone who visits ft. Lauderdale to go parasailing with this company! They were professional! Funny! Loved the music selection! We had a blast! The boat ride was just as awesome too! I really like that our instructors went through each step carefully where I felt safe and less scared! And when I was up on the air it was absolutely incredible and peaceful just floating in a rocking chair! I will definitely do this again with this group! The guys took our photo and we got a video! The price couldnt be beat too! Thank you all for the wonderful memorable experience ❤ 🪂🚤

My very first time on a jetski and I had so much fun. You have to take a short test to be approved which was super easy. I recommend this spot for everyone. Very safe and fun.

What an amazing adventure! Mike and Trey were so much fun. They know exactly what they are doing and it shows. Get the photo and go pro package, it is worth it! We got over 200 photos and a clear quality video. I had a great birthday in Ft Lauderdale with this trip with Ft Lauderdale parasail being the highlight. The website an person you talk to doesnt inform you that you will get really wet. Its rough out in the ocean especially on a windy day and it was freezing and completely wet so I feel that we should have been made aware of that no one was prepared also to be prepared to get sea sick. We had people throw up because it was so rough out on the water. Remind customers that if they are sensitive to getting sea sick to take medicine. They also for some reason, we were the last people out of 15 but everyone else got to dip into the water at the end and they didnt do that for us. so the experience wasnt the greatest. I dont think its really worth the money. I was very disappointed. Its just all about money for them.

Planned to go jet skiing and they moved our appointment and tried to charge my husband $1,000 for 4 hour appt when we only booked 1 hour, which was $300. They then said we can do 4 hours or lose the appointment. We paid weeks ago and are only there for a short time.

This place is horrible!!!! They never answer the phone, you go there and ask questions they give you the worst attitude! For something so fun and exciting, they took the entire excitement out of our experience!! My first time parasailing and it was a fun experience!

This was my first time parasailing and all though I was a little nervous they guys on board for this company made it a breeze! It was definitely a great experience and I would for sure do it again. I love the little tour and information about the houses on the lake afterwards!

I havent even been there yet and I just called to ask questions about pricing and weight limits for the jet skis . I spoke to one of the rudest person. I will be crossing this place of my list of possible places to visit while in florida.

Be VERY careful with this business. We paid for a family of 5 for parasailing in advance, and they cancelled the morning of the excursion due to high winds. But they have not refunded our money and are not returning ANY of our calls. There are a lot of choices when it comes to parasailing in FLA. I would strongly recommend looking at the others.****update****After three voicemails and posting this review, they reached out to us and apologized for the miscommunication and are refunding our money. Hopefully just an honest miscommunication.

If I could give 0 stars then I definitely would. They didn’t explain that half of the hour you pay 120 for is strictly driving slow to get to the spot. 120 for 20-30 mins of fun? Not worth it. Owner is with you at all times and the strip where you drive fast is small. Don’t pay 120 bucks for 20 mins of supervised “fun” on a small strip. The dude guiding us also cut our 30 mins of fun short.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERSI went on the Jet Ski tour during the summer with my friend and it started out well. On our way back, one of the tour guides (Brandon) was disrespectful to customers and totally ignoring a customers complaint. He began to argue in a yelling match with the customer and began to speed off his boat way ahead of the rest of the tour, leaving all of us behind and confused on direction. While on the tour, he had offered to take photos of us, to which we replied of course. After the tour, I wrote down my phone number and was promised that the photo would be sent to me by the end of the day. I waited... no photo. Then I called back the next day... was promised the photo.. no photo. I was then informed that the guide took photos for tips, to which I proceeded to tip the guide via Venmo and awaited my photo. It had been 4 days and still no photo. Now this company has my (tip) money and I called every day after my tour for 2 weeks straight and was promised my photo. I still till this day have never received the photo and the company has still not reached out to me and has made false promises to me for the whole 2 weeks. Too add on, none of the equipment was sanitized. Very bad customer service and lack of care and respect for customers.

I had a terrible experience with this company, my group and I paid for an hour on the water on jetskis and was only on the water for 45 minutes. It takes 15 minutes to get to a speed zone and 15 min to come back. None of this information was presented to us before making the purchase. Was given attitude when trying to talk things out. Really unprofessional.

Amazing experience! Hands down the best Water sports company I’ve ever encountered. I did parasail and Jetski and they were very informative of the houses, boats, safety equipment, and much more. After reading some of these reviews I was skeptical about using these guys but I would give them 10 stars if I could. It’s just my option but I believe some of these people want the moon and stars instead of enjoying what’s in front of them. For example one lady complained about getting wet on the parasail boat, it’s a Water sport activity hun what else did you expect. With all that being said I highly recommend use if these guy if you get the opportunity.

We booked a trip online, when we arrived for our parasailing adventure we were told the trip was canceled due to high winds. No problem there that is understandable, however we were also told that all customers had been notified by phone, we had not. We were told we would receive a refund to the card. I phoned later in the day and was assured the refund would happen that day. That was a week ago and after several more phone calls I still have not received a refund. I will be contacting BBB and Chamber of Commerce first thing next week if I have not received my refund.

Can not say enough about how awesome this was. The ride up and down were so smooth, the guys are super friendly, fantastic views, relaxing. Theyll take great care of you!!

I booked a 30 person birthday party boat with this company 2 months before the event. I confirmed twice with them prior to the event and the DAY OF the event the tell me it has been doubled booked!!!! They didn’t help me find any other accommodations or alternatives and were not even apologetic. I was speechless. I hope People see this and save themselves from working with these people. Don’t do it.

This is worse place which I met. Dont use this place for rent jet ski. We came at 15:00 to rent jet ski they told us that there is a line and probably we will get jet ski after 2 hours. They put us in line and take our phone number. After almost 3 hours we came to ask when our turn they told us without any excuses that they finish for today and if you want you can come tomorrow. We was waiting almost 3hours guys you wasting our time and without any excuses and sorry you telling tomorrow. This is disrespect and irresponsible. You need to change your service. Thank you!!!

I absolutely loved the experience, they have a better prices then competitors and the crew was fun and friendly. They also offer to record the video on their GoPro for extra 30$ per couple and host was nice enough to put both of our videos on the same card , they charged us 30$ for the whole group of 4 without us even ask for it. The time while you are in the air was amazing and it’s total about 10 minutes per couple . I highly recommend to try it for everyone who likes parasailing or skydiving. Super fun

Very unprofessional! I called ahead and scheduled an appointment and they failed to write my name down. My and my family took an Uber to the place and they called and gave another address so we had to take another Uber! It was so disappointing we just canceled the entire activity. That is unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN !
