Confusing and bad pricing!Why is one person $125, but if you put two people on the same rope for the same time it’s another full $125, and if you put three up it’s $375? That makes zero sense! Maybe if it was $125 to put up one person and adding a person was $25 that would make sense. But there is no extra expense of making three people as there is one.So you’re a family and you’re doing this, do it one at a time. Make them work for their money.

GREAT STAFF!!! everyone is very friendly, funny, and wholesome. our experience was so great because the workers made it fun for us. after, they offered us free rides to our hotels. when we mentioned we couldn’t eat where we wanted because we didn’t have shirts, the man turned around and gave all 6 of us free shirts!! most places would’ve also charged for things like water, which we didn’t have to pay for. pics for parasailing were cheap, there was also a video option. they know what costumer service is all about. most places work for money and just want to get u in and out and you can tell. all the people here really wanna make sure you have a good time and enjoy your experience. i would definitely come back and highly recommend coming here!!!

We called numerous companies prices were exorbitant, no one was able to take us out at 1 pm, wed have to wait until 5 or 6 not suitable with little ones! Then my daughter found Wayne at Aloha Parasail... He didnt just promise that we could go out at 1 because of our situation and the distance involved he held the boat for us until well after 1 pm. The waiver and payment process was quick and easy. Then we were blessed with in my opinion the most easy-going, free-spirited, and informative young men to enjoy our day with Nick and Cameron, (neither were hard on the eyes ) ☺. Needless to say, it was worth the frustration, the time, and the money just to find this gem. They gave us an Awesome time to say the very least!! The tour, knowledge, instruction, and experience with these two... Dont just go parasailing, go parasailing with Cameron and Nick at Aloha Parasail like my family and myself, youll be planning for the next outing upon going home, I PROMISE.

Aloha Parasail is a great choice in Fort Lauderdale if you would like to have a parasailing experience. Being first time parasailors, my wife and I never felt anything but safe and very excited during the excursion. There were about 10 of us in total, the boat was more than spacious, the instructor was super friendly, and the captain was the owner and also very nice. Super professional while keeping the excursion fun and light feeling. The parasailing itself was amazing. I highly recommend them and I highly recommend opting for the gopro video and pics, well worth the $50 extra bucks.

Great experience! First time parasailing for my husband and I. We did the higher ft air option and had a great time. I got motion sickness after the flight from the waves and Tucker and the captain were very caring and understanding to the matter. Picture option was very reasonable for almost 300 photos! Highly recommend for first time riders!

The staff here is great. They are funny and relatable. They explain everything and took care of me even when I got motion sickness. Definitely a bucket list memory.

My family and I had a great experience with Captain Chris and Tucker getting us safely up on the parasail and taking care of a few of us that got sea sick!! My first time parasailing was a lot of fun!!

We had a reservation, and when it came time to parasail we tried to call and get an update since the weather was pretty windy. No one answered our call or got back to our multiple voicemails so we decided to go up and see what was going on. The worker said that the owner or whoever mans the parasailing wasn’t even in today! But they knew we had it scheduled for today and never gave us any update about a cancellation or anything if the sort. Terrible customer service that won’t even respond to give us a full refund.

Absolutely amazing time with these guys. Captain Sam and his first mate were incredible and made the experience well worth it. Laughs were had all around and they took amazing photos. 10/10 will be back.

This was th eeww first time for m husband and I and we was on our honeymoon coming all the way from Pennsylvania all I can say was wow..what and amazing experience we loved it the staff was friendly even if we had to wait for the rain to go away .. we still did it..not sure why the 3.6 stars you guys are awesome thanks for the wonderful ride we will never forget

If I could give a zero star I would. 6 weeks trying to get Wayne to call me back or reply to my emails. Once you pay them, good luck trying to get a hold of them. Will report them to the BBB.

O.M.G. What a blast!!!! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to do something special. EVERYTHING from the phone call to the experience was perfect...We had tried calling the first place that popped up on google but they didn’t return our messages so we called Aloha and immediately heard back from Wayne. He actually picked us up from where we were staying down the road. Captain Cameron and first mate Nick were fun, friendly and knew exactly how to give us a great experience.

My cousin and I went this past weekend and had an amazing time. I would definitely do this again. They (Sam and Andrew) were down to earth, yet professional.

I took my 2 sons (9 and 7), the three of us had an amazing time. The crew was top notch, took great care of us, explained everything very well and were super helpful. Highly recommend this place and look forward to going again and making more memories

Its an expierence that everybody should have, at least once. You get up to about 600 feet, at that altitude theres not much sound at all. And really t smooth. I had imagined thus would be bumpy and I would hear the wing rushing through the parachute.--but no.Unless you are afraid of heights, go for it. It can be scary---for some--as you are harnessed into a small seat. $95.00. Regular price. Less for advance booking.

We called the morning of and luckily there was a cancellation and they were able to squeeze us in! What a fabulous experience. You go on a boat ride which was super fun with the group and then you parasail with whoever is in your party. The guys in the boat were super engaging and entertaining with good music the whole time. The parasailing 🪂 is amazing. A gorgeous view and so peaceful when you are up there. It was a really fabulous experience. Don’t miss this on your trip!

Went parasailing a couple days ago! Nice people, it was so peaceful and fun!!! Saw a massive sea turtle they were very friendly took great pictures & played some good music!! Really recommend this place. They are great and will work with you!

The boat ride was great with Sam & Andrew. Good vibes and music along the way. Andrew told us about some of the house and yachts we passed. I was nervous being my first time parasailing, however everything was explained to me and it end up being the best experience. I do not recommend this company at all. We weren’t able to go because of the high winds which I understand...the people I was with on vacation decided to go to the keys instead and called Wayne and told him our plans and would like a refund. He said ok have fun and that it takes 3-10 business days for the refund to return back on the card. It has been longer then 3-10 days and we still have not received a refund. We have tried to contact them and no response. Very unprofessional!!

Yesterday i did Parasailing experience with Aloha Water Sports, i am very satisfied with everything.I want to thank two ladies that register you at red umbrellas, and then two guys on the boat that did an excellent job. I enjoyed the boat ride from the meeting point to the open sea. They did excellent job with the pictures (totally worth it). We were in a group with different ages and everyone was satisfied there. I recomend 100%.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I got there and was greeted by a shady Persian man with a durag. Aside from that, when I first got there I waited for 2 hours because some dude before me dog had died due to it plummeting into the chilly Atlantic Ocean. The instructional video they played in the beginning were just the owners Overwatch highlight clips. I ended up getting harnessed but the equipment was too tight for my fat balls to fit. When we were in the air, the dude kept making 911 jokes and pointing at the numerous buildings hed want to run us into.

You can’t reach them after you book. We booked parasailing on vacation, March 26, 2021. The boat driver stated due to the weather they had to cancel the sailing because the winds and waves were to high. We understood that. The same day Wayne said, “I’m refunding you now.” Well here it is 4/8/21 no refund, no returned back call, no response back to my email. I’m highly upset because we spent hundreds of dollars!!!!

Andrew and the Captain were awesome! Played some good tunes, made everyone feel comfortable and completely guided us to have a fun and safe experience. If you go ANYWHERE to parasail in south beach or Fort Lauderdale go here!!

We scheduled a session for 2 of us - they had to cancel it due to weather, which I was grateful for. They promised me a refund. I have been waiting a month - I have emailed and called multiple times with NO RESPONSE and a full voicemail box. DO NO PREPAY!

We were sad that we couldnt go out because of high winds but also happy that they didnt risk it just to earn our $$. I paid cash the day before and the owner drove it down to me out front of my hotel. Very professional and safety first.

Please refund me at your earliest convenience. Rather frustrated that I was, able to book and spend money for a service that wasn’t even operational that day. Update: Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and this company has not responded to them. As of current, I havent been refunded and it has been a month and a half. I am forced to dispute this charge with my bank and report them as fraudulent.Trying to get a refund for parasail reservation that was cancelled by the business. They havent responded to my calls or emails. Beware if you book online and get cancelled.

BEWARE!!!! I booked with them online for 6 people and the go pro. I was called 3 hours before our experience and they canceled and I was told I would be refunded. I emailed and called about my refund and the guy was a jersey to me on the phone. I still have not received my refund of over 700$. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

We had made reservations for parasailing on April 9th for 5pm on the 10th. At 3pm, April 10th we received a text saying our trip was cancelled due to bad weather, which we totally understand. The text also stated our fee would be refunded within 7-10 business days. Thats fine. We understand it may take some time. It is now May 26th. After multiple emails sent and voicemails left, we have yet to receive our refund. We had to file a dispute with our bank to receive the refund, which should be applied to our account in a couple days. Im sure they do a fine job when taking someone parasailing but you better hope the trip doesnt get cancelled. Youll see many other reviews stating the same thing. I dont know how they are getting away with this. As far as Im concerned, its theft.

He whole experience was awesome. Wayne was so courteous and made sure if we needed anything he would try his best to help us out. He was willing to go out of his way to make sure we had a great time on vacation. Not only with parasailing but with out trip in general. Our Boat Captains Jimmy and Trey were great and very informative. Great People all around!!

Got there and the guy never shows we got told by other people that he wouldnt be out because of weather. We understand that things happen, but no call wasnt their no news still dont go their bad service.

Actual scam. They take your money and then run, youll make an appointment pay for everything then get there and no one will be there. Youll get no call or notice of any kind and when you ask for a refund theyll say that itll be there in a week, a week later it never shows up.

Today we had Tray and Jimmy and they were so fun and kind! We enjoyed our trip and ride, they were very outgoing and gave us the best experience! Thank you so much we enjoyed it so very much!!

Planed a get away with my wife and booked for Dec.19. We received a call that morning and the cancelled the appointment due to High Winds. and we would receive a refund in 3-5 days. Of course we were disappointed but understood. However no refund, after multiple emails and multiple calls on multiple calls that have never been returned we are out $295.24. It has now been 2 months so I am forced to file a grievance with my credit card company for a fraudulent charge.Not recommended by this couple, If I could give negative stars I would

What an amazing experience. The captain and his mate knew exactly where to take us to get the best wind. They were also fun and entertaining!

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Aloha Parasail. I had parasailing booked for Feb 5th. I arrived more than 30 minutes early and no one was there. I asked nearby and he said that Wayne had not been there all day and the boat was out of the water. I tried calling the phone number listed several times, no answer and has not returned my voicemail. Finally on February 13th, someone answered the phone, explained that Wayne had COVID and was in the hospital during my original parasailing. I understood completely and asked for a refund. He said no problem and asked me to text him a picture of the receipt to process the refund. I waited a week and a half and asked him again if he had a chance to refund my $300. No response. I asked again on March 6th, no response. I have called since then too and no one has answered. I really wanted to give them a chance to do the right thing and refund my money and not post a review but I am still out $300 over a month later.

I book it then it gets canceled due to weather. They tell me I will get a refund but never happens. I get back to Chicago and e mail them and get no response. I dispute with bank they credit me back but now I see they took it back out. Bunch of thieves that run this place.

My daughter and I took the Early Bird and we had a blast! Jimmy and Cameron were really friendly and super chill. Parking was free and convenient.

PLEASE IGNORE ANY BAD REVIEW!!!We had a group of 9 and were looking to go parasailing for the first time, and we could not have asked for a better first time experience.They picked us up where we were on the beach in a kart so we wouldn’t have to walk. Booking, filling out waivers, the whole process was extremely fast and easy. On the boat our instructors were Jimmy and Luke, they were both very genuine and clearly knew what they were doing. They made sure we had a good time, and we will certainly be coming back next time we’re in the area. Not to mention their rates are much better than any other company around.Thank you for a great time!

Five stars isn’t enough!!! Thought we’d give parasailing a try while on vacation and liked Aloha Parasailing’s American Flag themed parasail - so glad we went with them! Wayne was nice enough to give us a ride to and from our resort and was really friendly. Cameron and Jimmy were our boat crew and I can say enough how amazing they were! Everyone was super friendly and the ride was amazing. Thanks guys, can’t wait for the next time!

Wayne was the best! We had originally went to a different place down the street for jet-ski rental but we were treated poorly so Wayne made sure we had the best experience. He taught us all we needed to know about jet-skiing and was very knowledgeable since he has 20+ years of experience with multiple resort locations. The jet-skiing experience was 100% safe and 500% satisfying. 30 minutes was the perfect allotted time and their prices are so reasonable. They even waved our parking fees and offered us free beach furniture for the day. All of the employees were experienced and friendly. I was honestly nervous about jet-skiing for the first time but the amazing customer service and dedicated team of experts made this experience nothing but memorable. Can’t wait to visit again.

Went on my 40th birthday 7/29! Booked for my family and I. Originally my daughter and son would of been on a boat after us due to availability however Wayne made it possible for all four of us to be on the same boat. We went here last week during our wedding trip and the whole fam was amazing! Wayne was super nice, funny, and extremely courteous. One of Waynes sons and another cool guy took us out and it was beautiful! While we were parasailing, I got to see a seaturtle which was really cool. The water was choppy (definitely not their fault at all), but they definitely tried to make us comfortable. One of our passengers got a little nauseous and Waynes son was immediately on top of it to help him feel better.The captain also asked us what music we wanted to hear on the ride out, which was a personal touch Ive never had parasailing before. (: He was also extremely knowledgeable of the mansions you sail past too with some cool facts about them. Great conversation all around.Honestly, I am really happy with the experience and the memories made! They said theyve been in the business for awhile and it def shows. Ill be sure to give them my business again when Im back in fort Lauderdale. Thanks guys!

It was a first time experience. Had fun, pricey though and the time we spent in the air could have been longer.

Great family-friendly place with a warm and welcoming staff. I was nervous to go parasailing, but the girls in the hut reassured me that it was safe and calming. The captain and his mate were very accommodating and gave a very nice smooth ride. Safety is their number one priority, and regularly go through Coast Guard safety inspections.

Highly recommend trey and Cameron were amazing

Great time with the jet ski rentals, no issues and staff was very accommodating especially for a first timer. I had to take a 10min test to get my boaters license apparently as I was under 28 but the staff went over everything before the test so it wasnt really difficult. The guys at the waters edge were great and would come again.

Just recently had the experience of using aloha water sports in Fort Lauderdale located on the beach directly behind the Marriott harbor beach spa and resort. Easy access to get to . I first met with Wayne the owner and he delightfully explained every question I had o. The phone to make me want to go and check it out . He took his time and didn’t rush me off the phone like the others I had called previously . I was super surprised at the selection of water sports they provided . They had jet skis which were in top condition and really moved well on the water . They had parasailing which we found amazing and his crew was very insightful as to what to look for and what protective procedures to take plus they were fun with my kids . Overall Wayne and his family run an amazing operation . They were courteous and answered all of my kids many questions . No need to look for the competition . Give ALOHA WATER SPORTS a call and make you reservations in advance because they book up fast

Parasailing was fun, but it was only 7 minutes of air time. We were told it would be a 15 minute ride. There were 6 total rides on our boat and it took less than 1 hour. The time stamp on the picture package we bought also proves our ride was only 7 minutes. Disappointed that they were not upfront with the length of time of the rides.

This place is the absolute worst tourist trap in Fort Lauderdale. Terribly rude/less than desirable staff (saw one guy with an ankle monitor?). Outrageous prices. Definitely find a more professional company.

Wayne and his Aloha watersports was the highlight of our recent trip to Fort Lauderdale! The water was so clear that day that we could see the bottom even when far out from shore. It was also the perfect temperature for these girls from Seattle. The staff were attentive and safety conscious while being relaxed and fun. My daughters rode water weenie, played on flipping trampoline and an obstacle course in the ocean. Its location at harbor beach Marriott is convenient and far enough from any crowds. Highly recommend! Thanks Wayne and Aloha!!

Did parasailing the other day for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Found this company on Groupon, and got a great deal! The customer service experience was great. Taylor, the manager was so helpful as far as making the reservation, she was great to work with and she made us feel welcomed from the moment we got there. The captain and all the staff were also very attentive and helpful! Talk to Taylor and she will make sure your experience is one to remember! I would also recommend in purchasing the photos, they put it on a memory card for you. When we got back, we uploaded all the pictures and they came out very nice!

Our friend Eric Blumberg from Ocean Drive Exotic Cars referred us to Aloha Watersports and Wayne this past summer. What a great guy and what a treat!We went on 2 wave runners first and then all four of us went parasailing. They gave us free water too which was pretty cool I though considering it is $5.00/bottle everywhere down here.We will go here again next time we visit, I am the new wave runner queen!

Very odd experience from the beginning. We walked pretty far to go parasailing but the young girl taking care of us had a passive aggressive attitude from the beginning. It was almost as if they didn’t want our families business. They lacked any sign of charisma and every question was answered with a very cold, yes or no answer... I can’t imagine being on a boat with them for an hour. We are just tourist trying to go parasailing, instead now I’m on the beach typing this review and walking a mile away to go to another place.

What a wonderful experience!! My husband and I are from Canada and weve never been to or even seen the ocean before, so when we traveled down to Fort Lauderdale beach we did not hesitate to take advantage of whatever water sports there was to offer. Among all the choices in the city, Aloha Watersports really caught our eye and had an awesome selection of different activities! We decided to go parasailing first, and we were terrified because weve never done it before. Kyra, very nice and knowledgeable, eased our fears by telling us about all of her experiences, and they even have a video playing on their TV in the background of how they do it all! When we went out to the boat Alex and Rickey treated us so well, we got to see the whole coastline and even saw a few turtles (they told us its their mating season which was very cool.) They gave us a SD card with 120 photos on it of our entire parasail ride, This was the highlight of our entire trip, plus their amazing referrals to nice restaurants near by where we got to have dinner later on. I would highly recommended this establishment to anyone wanting to have an amazing experience with great customer service and knowledgeable employees.

Had a great time renting Jetskis with my family. The girls working the beach giving the lessons, Stephanie and Kira (I probably misspelled that) were amazing and so sweet! I live in the area and will defintely be back with friends because of them

Parasailing was way way overpriced. How can they charge the same price per person for 1 or 2 people?The boys on the boat were very nice even with the boss being a jerk over the radio and in person.I would have given them a higher rating had they not been stupid enough to fly a Donald Trump MAGA flag on the boat.The pictures were not great even though there were a select few good ones.

I had an awesome time with my 5 Autistic sons and their were very polite. Great trip!

We went here for waverunners. Wayne the owner was amazing and the waverunners were new. Prices were fair and we had a really fun time.
