Everyone at this nail salon was personable and fun! I had them remove my old dip polish and do a basic manicure which came out fantastic. My friend got a basic toenail polish and basic manicure which also came out awesome!

I went to this salon yesterday because I broke a nail at the beach, and they were the only place open on Sunday past five with good reviews. I didn’t know what to expect because the reviews were mixed, but this place was AMAZING. My nails were done by Andy, but everyone in the store was pleasant and they were interacting with their clients. Andy did such a good job! He didn’t judge me when I told him I do my own nails and he answered any questions I had and even encouraged me to keep practicing and studying! He was super attentive to details that are normally missed like shaping them properly and making sure around my cuticle was smooth and rounded. They don’t do acrylic, but their dip application is flawless, and they feel just as strong. He even added cuticle oil which my poor babies were BEGGING for. I’m so happy with my experience and whenever I’m back in this area, this is where I’ll go.

After my nail technician of 5 years left the country i had once again searched for somene who would understand my wishes, be friendly and coureous and just no have a typical miami attitude..(a rare sight, actually) And in 2 months i found her!Kim from Nails Concepts is a gem. She listened attentively to my desires, understood what and how it had to be done and, literally, overdelivered..I am in love. She surrounded me with warmth, giving her undivided attention with no rush; not only she understood the shape from the first glance, but carried it out gently and carefully without me asking to do so, as normally i had to. From the time i sat down to the time i left it was a wonderful experience - there were 3 more clients and 2 more technicians, and we all talked and laughed and enjoyed our time. Thank you guys so much! Kim, im looking forward to our next session, thank you!

Mimi is the best 💅 but all her staff is incredibly professionally qualified and super friendly!

They owner was very rude and got made because I requested the tools used for my pedicure to be out of the sanitary package. He told me if I’m not happy I can go somewhere else after removing polish from my feet and me only protecting my safety. Not to mention he sat me directly next to another client and I also requested to sit 6feet apart. Very rude and fail to follow COVID-19 precautions

Had an appointment for 3 pedicures and was told upon arriving that they were about 30 minutes backed up. There were several people in the salon not wearing masks, and when we politely asked them to put them on we were rudely and aggressively yelled at and threatened. The business owners did nothing about this. After the mask-less people left the salon without paying, causing chaos and conversation inside, another customer told us that it was our fault for asking them to wear masks. After another round of yelling back and forth and the business owners still not doing anything to maintain order, the 3 of us left with only 1 of us getting the pedicure we made an appointment for since we had to wait for the thieves to get their nails done first. Worst nail salon experience of my life and until they learn how to actually run a business and enforce rules I dont suggest anyone go there. 0/5 stars.

I’m new to the area and in search of a clean, and high quality nail salon. I tried out a few places in the Oakland Park area before stumbling upon Nail Concepts. By FAR the best nail salon around. The nail technicians are super nice and take their time providing high quality service. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! They had great hours on a Sunday and the work was superb! I had Kim and sister had Mimi and they both took such care in making sure we were happy!

My nails started getting worked on a little before 12:15 I walked out at 2:55 which I only got a pedi and mani too expensive $85 last time going, I used to go there but stopped now I see why

Ive been a client for 7 years I always request Helen, she uses ANC or Nextgen dip powder my nails are beautiful. She also waxes my under arms. All 💅 technicians do a fantastic job book your appointment in advance for a specific day & time though.

I am completely amazed at how through my services were. Helen is absolutely the best, I actually look human again.! Thank you Helen for the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had

Kim was great & gentle giving me a pedicure. The prices were less expensive than I thought. The customer service from the owners to the staff are the best I have seen anywhere. They are very sanitary from the massage chairs to the pedicure stations. They also give manicures.

Staying at a near by hotel who recommended this poor managed salon.Nail tech told me to come back in 2 hours after I express I do not live here I’m willing to wait until a tech is available.She proceeds to tell me I cannot wait here??!

My hands and nails were truly a mess when I arrived two months ago. I wanted the Nex-gen nail polish and there were few places to choose from. This is Mimis place and she does take her time. The powder nails are not a quick application, but they look gorgeous and last almost three weeks. I am an artist and a gardener and I dont have to worry about dirt or chemicals. My nails grow slowly and are very fragile so this protects them and keeps them lovely. Kim does the most relaxing and beautiful pedicures I have ever had and this week I sent my husband to her as a treat. He loved it!

Great place. good prices. trying the dipped gel polish. will keep posted about outcomes. I usually do the UV gel polish, only lasting 9 days, because I am constantly washing my hands and being rough with my nails. so I will compare this to the other. overall I had a good day at this nail place and the people are very nice and all speak English very well.

Hands down the best manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten in Ft. Lauderdale. This will be my nail place moving forward. Highly recommend you give them a try!

At 1st loved the salon .But after a week notice dark spots underneath the nails .I took them off myself and there was a fungus

Not your conventional nail place (no acrylic) but they are open late on Sundays and have good pricing. They provide the nail powder services which is much better for your nails any way. First time visitor and they did a great job

My experience was I went to get my nails done well before closing time and I was turned away and told they were expecting others. Despite the fact that I was there standing in front of them. And no one else was waiting smh but they were accommodating people who werent even there instead of being professional and accommodating me. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Favorite place I have been too. I feel very welcomed I have brought many of my friends here and they all love it. I get compliments on my nails all the time and its thanks to nail concepts. My gel nails last me 3-4 weeks. I can say I am very pleased whenever I leave from getting my nails done.

My babe has gone here several times already and has positive comments each time. The salon is very bright and clean, and doesnt smell strongly of chemicals which is great for the times I have to wait for her.She raves about a manicure technology they use, I think its called ANC. But the point is it lasts for several weeks.Shes going to keep coming back to Helen who does a great job for her!

Went there for years ... I recommend you make a reservation with Helen, her English is poor however her service is excellent. Mimi the owner gave me an attitude for the last time... She was really tired (once again!) , hurt me constantly by going over my flesh with the polishing tool and laughed when I complained. She overcharged me once for a service she usually does... when I asked why the elevatedchange in price,, her answer was because of the shape . YES, ballerina nails cost me $30 extra....Its until I started going other places that I understood that that day she felt like raising the price just because. I usually came on time, paid great tips, remained quiet... yet when I asked for gold nails she pointed at a sparkled yellow and insisted THAT IS gold.... when I explained I wanted chrome, apparently only one tech does it and theres no gold, but that yellow with the sparkles is a gold. Ive had good experiences there BUT the moment I start noticing a trend in nasty attitude, thats my queue.

I was referred to this nail salon by my previous co worker from the European Wax Center. I saw that she had her natural nails done & they looked very elegant! I looked at the revewis & seen nothing but great things being said, so I knew I had to try them out! Unlike every other nail salon, I was not rushed to pick a color, I felt welcomed & was treated very nicely. They also let me tend to my 3 year olds needs with NO problem! The conversations were genuine & I was relaxed & at ease. The nail tech, Andy made a slight mistake on my nail, but he fixed it. I like this place & Im glad I got my nails done there. The nail dip is amazing!! If youre looking for something that wont harm your natural nails with no harsh chemicals, this will be the place to go, trust me! Ill be returning! I enjoyed it!! 💋💋💋

I hated this place do not recommend. The nail tech cut my cuticles with the drill and I started bleeding in multiple fingers. The nail tech who did my nails was Mimi she wasn’t sitting down and paying attention to me her client she was all over the place and it took over an 1:30 for a simple dip nail.

Best Nail place. I would not go anywhere else since i came here. Minni is the best. Love love love this place. I drive all the way from Hallandale just to do my nails.

I have visited the salon about 3 times. The first expierences were ok- nothing special but decent. The last one not so much. The gentleman who did my nails shaped them very oddly and uneven. The dip powder used previously was much lighter than the first time. I left very unsatisfied with my results and was asked to move from my seat several times to accomdate what appeared to be their regular clients. Maybe it was just a bad day but I won’t be visiting this salon again.

One of the worse nail shops in south Florida . It took 2 hours for my friend and I to get basic pedicures and they started on my friend first and I had to wait and hour until mine were done that was the first strike . Second strike they butchered my nails and shaped them very short, uneven and awkwardly. I was so upset after I left , my toes didnt look like they were done by professionals. My friend and I were so disappointed with our experience she left in tears . Third strike the man that worked there was very rude to his female workers and belittled them in front of other customers . The cleanness is also questionable as well . NEVER GO HERE EVER EVEN IF YOUR DESPERATE ! Biggest mistake ever .

I payed $60 for my gel mani and pedi. They promised they will stay for at least 3 weeks. On my way home 2 of them have cheeped. When I took a shower the nail polish was peeling like a plastic foil from my nails. I was upset and angry because I didnt have time to redo them... I had to be at my brother wedding in no time. I will never go there again :(

Worst place in the world. Everyone smells like cigarettes. They dont have normal Salon products. The man cut my toe nails with cubical cutters. Also the files they use are from the dollar store. I heard the lady make 4 different appointments at once and then when the appointment came lied to one of the girls and said no I told you 10:30 am when indeed she did say 11am. Stuck me on a chair with foil wrapped around my hands so she can take another guests
