I do like this place for the updated facilities and cleanliness, however the young girl that runs the place with the American accent never smiles, looks miserable each time I go, and runs the place like a drill sergeant, overseeing everyone and everything with a stearn look and presence, so there’s usually no talking, no laughing, and it doesn’t feel relaxed at all, you say a word and her attention immediately falls on you like a teacher, which to me is not the point of getting a mani/pedi, it’s to feel relaxed. But I notice other salons in Fort Lauderdale are the same, it’s a competitive business, but I don’t like going here for this reason, so rarely go. If you like that intense judgy atmosphere, it’s the place to be. The workers though are good, under these strict circumstances.Also, beware, they say $26 for a princess mani/pedi on their website, but I was charged $42 for my 9 year old. The girl who runs the place mentioned above did the manicure and said it’s only $26 for 7 year olds and under, which there’s no mention of on their website. And this is my daughters mani below a day later, which took over 30 minutes to do, while I waited. My daughter said the girl wasn’t really paying attention while doing her nails and chatted with a co worker the whole time. Never again.

Posh nails is always busy, but always professional and friendly. On todays visit, every worker was masked and gloved, assuring me of a safe environment.

Got a manicure/pedicure and the nails were done very sloppily (streaking, top coat dragged on wet nail polish creating gaps, and parts of nails not even covered in polish.)Policy is no refunds but I refuse to spend anymore time going back to a place that did such a terrible job to have them “fix” it.

I am from out of town and super picky about the way my nails are done. I had gone to 2 other nail salons prior to Posh Nails and left disappointed. Tried Posh Nails today and I am over the moon with the job Daniel did on my nails. They look gorgeous! Staff was friendly and professional, salon is impeccable and also very pretty. Stephanie was a doll! All that being said I love it there and I highly recommend! 👍👍❤

It was my first time coming to this salon. I called on Saturday to make an appointment for a fill on my powder nails. On the phone they told me they didn’t have anything Sunday so I made an appointment for Monday. I arrived on time for my appointment, picked out my color, and was ready. 30 mins later, they finally decide to seat me. Only to find out, they entered me in for a regular polish and that nail tech did not know how to do anything but polish and no one was available to do my nails.So not only did they specifically tell me they had no spots available Sunday for powder, they ended up making the wrong appointment, and I was unable to get my nails done.It was extremely disappointing that they couldn’t even get a simple appointment correct. Overall, I’m happy with not getting my nails done here. If they can’t get an appointment correct, how can I trust they will do my nails correct.Save your time and go to a better salon. There are plenty around that will actually schedule you for what you asked for.

They close at 7pm, it’s 5:45. The sign on the door says walk ins welcomed. They turned me away. They said I can come back tomorrow. I’m from out of town. I need my nails and feet done today. I won’t try again. First time impression is everything. I wasn’t impressed.

The BEST nail salon ever! Their manicures last longer than anywhere else Ive gone. Very sanitary. Service is excellent and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend it!

Just a random choice while in town. Went on a Monday morning. Made an appointment and was immediately taken care of. Liked the feel and the background music. The tech didnt speak much English, but I wasnt there to talk. A decent experience and would recommend them.

I book months out to confirm my spot and you should too. Do not count on walk-in’s... the experience seems to lean more towards exclusivity. Went to do a pedicure and I came out worse than I got there. The lady was very rude and didnt want to scrub my feet. I had to go to another place to fix them. Never again.

Id give this place 10 stars if i could. After a few bad places recently its so nice to find a place that gives good quality service. Everyone was so friendly. The tech even introduced herself. The place didnt feel rushed and the tech Lucy really took her time and did an amazing job. I will be back for sure and bring my family and friends with me.

Ive been going here for almost 2 years now. Doug is the absolute best! I would recommend this salon to anyone. He makes my nails perfect every single time, and he is always up for my crazy color choices and ideas. The salon is very clean and all of the staff are welcoming and sweet.

It was my birthday so I brought a bottle of prosecco and oj to make mimosas they were all for it and provided us with cups my nails came out nice and we had a good experience my lavender pedicure was so amazing I highly recommend going here if you like quality nail work and customer service

Best place in East Ft. Lauderdale. A friend recommended this place and it has been my go-to place for over a year. I always go to Cindy - she is quick (but not rushed), kind, funny, and does a GREAT job! You won’t be disappointed. It’s also very clean and they use clean tools plus a new file, buffer, etc. on each customer. Also, they have a great selection of colors including newer colors as they are released.

Impeccably clean & amazing service! First time back since Feb & was greeted with energy, happiness and feeling safe. They have plexiglass at signin, in between each pedicure chair and in between guest and nail tech at desk, sanitizer everywhere and I watched them sanitize each location top to bottom after each customer left. Will be going back for my every 3 week visit going forward. Highly recommend! Doug & Courtney are the best!

I came here because Cindy the technician is really great but this place is like a market. The other technicians will have a 3 or 4 ways conversation in their own language, laughing and chatting while working on the nails. They pretty much don’t care the noise level and how other customers are feeling. There in no manager in charge and really out of control

It was my first time going to this salon and the first time I ever got dip. I can tell you it was an amazing time. They really take care of there customers. I love the atmosphere. Ill definitely continue to go here. A lot of people go to the salon because its so great, I would definitely suggest making an appointment. This place is really nice and clean. Very bright. Im not sure if I just came at a good time but it wasnt as noisy as other nail places so it was relaxing. My tech was very sweet and did a perfect job (Im VERY picky about ones that miss polishing edges). I plan to go back next week for a manicure when I have more time.

I moved to south Florida over a year ago and finally after trying out countless nail salons I found a great spot! I hope I got his name right I think it was Doug who did my perfectly shaped coffin nails! 10/10 will be back!

I rarely leave reviews, but I had a great experience at Posh Nails. At the recommendation of a coworker, I made an appointment at the salon. I only made an appointment for a basic pedicure (not understanding the options), but the ladies went above and beyond, adjusting the schedule, when I realized what I actually wanted was the deluxe pedicure. Julie did a wonderful job with my pedicure! I will definitely be back.

Contacted through yelp for dip nails and pedicure, along with a facial wax. They replied promptly, and I had an appointment at 3. There was some misunderstanding, but they completed all of the services I came for. I highly recommend Bella for any of your needs. she did a fantastic job on my nails and is a great conversationalist.

Happened to find this gem while shopping at Fresh Market. They were so nice to fit me in at the end of the day on a Sunday. Very clean and well maintained. The owner and family are awesome and it was a great service (gel manicure). Love my salon in Plantation, but glad I found this great salon/spa too. I will let all my friends know!👍

Visiting South Florida from out of town on business and needed a clean reliable place to have gel nails! Loved this place! Service is always good with the nail techs but they hardly ever have appointment available for both nails and pedicure. New girls up front are not as nice either for customer service. Seems like u have to book a week out ! Not walk in or spontaneously treat yourself friendly

Love this place! Great technicians and good service. Docking one star because they only take tips in cash (well, technically they can do tips via credit card but make you feel guilty for doing so) and that’s an inconvenience I don’t have at other places.

This place is so cute, and CLEAN! All licenses are properly displayed and tools arent reused without cleaning. This place is spotless. Cindy did my gel manicure and pedicure, and did a fantastic job. She was so friendly and paid attention to the details. 70 even for a gel manicure and signature pedi (includes wine) is a steal.

Nails completely discolored in 5 days after paying $35 for a gel manicure, not french, just plain gel. Went in and they couldnt find time just to give me a fresh coat of polish. Could only fit me in at 9am the next morning which did not work for me. Kept giving me a hard time that it was because of some chemicals that I used. I used no chemicals, did nothing out of the ordinary from normal. Extremely poor customer service and over-priced. No were sorry that that happened, if you can have a seat and wait we can get to you in a bit, what time works for you to come back and we will try to accomodate.

When I complain I receive major attitude and they did not fix my nails I left looking more so when I walked in. There are rude and they do not provide any decent service. I am 100% on Team Tevin- he gave the BEST massage and his attention to detail for both pedi and mani were spot on! Beautiful salon, a thousand colors to choose from and a fresh liner for every pedicure. You cant go wrong. Prices are in line with other places, too.

First timer @ Posh today. I live in the area and have been looking for a good, relaxing nail salon......Man oh man am I glad I walked into Posh! I got a gel mani and regular pedi by Tevin....My nails look amazing and he gave one hell of a hand and leg/foot massage!! Everything is so nice, clean and brand new I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Posh nails!!

Walk in on a Friday evening at 5:30pm asking for pedicure and full set . The owner told me that she can take both services but not till 6pm . I said I will wait . Then 8 min later someone is able to help . I pick my color and start the pedicure . She spent 30 min for a 45 dollar pedicure . Not what I thought it would be . Donot file the nail , donot clean the curilitles , no base coat . Nail polish chip already and nail broke . Stay the hell away . Services sucks .
